It was a clean store well organized and easy to find the items that you need. Clean restrooms and knowledgeable staff big parking lot many entrances to come in and there is a security vehicle that patrols the lot at all times of the day to help you feel safe about your vehicle being left in the lot. It was an enjoyable shopping experience and would definitely make it again.

The store is decent. Fairly clean. Had to do a return and they gave me a gift card so that it didn’t take so long to get back onto my debit card and did not inform me that I had to save the receipt in order to use that gift card. It somehow got the magnetized, and it was a big ordeal to have to get it all taken care of. They finally cashed it out and took care of it, but it was a hassle.

I go their almost closing every time and I love the people who work there. Never rush you out as long as we're reasonable to not delayed the closing and going for more item you shouldn't be.

When attempting to make purchase online and while at store manager mericela and aria took my item away from me and showed extremely bad customer service. Too lazy to drop item off at what was called forced curbside pickup. extremely funny to me that Marisela seemed bothered she needed to stop her chit chat convo and actually needed to help a client. They also stated walmart in rohnert park would do price match but not windsor even being a Walmart sold item. Would not allow me to work with customer service and attempted to hide name tags when asking for who i was speaking with. Not returning and taking buisness elsewhere in the future. Just goes to show how bad politics is with big company's these days. Deserves zero stars at best

I just had the worst experience that lasted all week trying to get my family's groceries delivered that I ordered online through the app. I went through soo much and did not receive all the items. Icalled​ customer service 7 times, and they continued to nit connect me to a manager. The whole experience really made me loose confidence in Walmart and FedEx to deliver online purchases and I found their customer service to be inadequate. They failed to take accountability for their inability to deliver on items already purchased and lacked empathy with conflict resolutions.

The prices are the only reason I shop there. Only when I have to and very early in the morning or I do drive up. The new drive up is pretty good. Not fond of having them have to scan my phone.

Came here to do some Christmas shopping. I wasn't looking for anything in particular cause I was just going to wing it (just to make it more fun ). I found a lot of bargain deals. I'm glad I decided not to shop on Amazon (which is my preferred way of shopping for most things nowadays). The employees range from super friendly ones to the ones who barely acknowledge your existence. The store itself is very organized. The other patrons in store consist of the weirdos who you try to avoid eye contact with, to the ones who are there just to shop for what they need and get the heck out of there as fast as they possibly can. I did self check out and had no issue with it. Overall, not a bad morning at good old Walmart.

This is, BY FAR, the worst Walmart I've ever been in...but, because the prices everywhere else are so much higher, sometimes I just have to shop here. The layout sucks (compared to other Walmarts). The aisles NEED to be wider in many parts of the store. With the exception of David at the front lanes and maybe a couple others at the front end, the employees are rude, unhelpful, always blocking aisles with their carts, and act like I asked them to part the Red Sea when I need help locating something. AND NOW, they have locked up Hot Wheels in the secure cabinets. Yes, you read that right...Hot Wheels. So, if I even want to just look to see what is hanging on the hooks, I have to call one the the afore-mentioned employees I adore so much to come open the case(s) and have them stare at me while I browse, because I might steal one of the $1.24 cars. Just the worst store I've been in.

You can never find help in the store on top of calling there to ask if an item is restocked they never answer the phone I requested different departments and no answer ever worse customer service experience. This is no how you handle customer service or satisfaction. Not to mention some of the employees they hire are rude and disrespectful. That age ranges from older to younger.

Beware that they use outside vendors on their website and they don't honor their word. A walmart employee told me i was scammed, but it was through their website-she just shrugged and said "yeah"

Recently ordered a microwave oven for pick up. Purchase process went fine. However, I was notable to schedule a time (on-line) to pick up the item. After several tries I decided to call the store (Walmart/Windsor). I was not able to get anyone to answer the phone (during regular posted hours). I tried 3-4 times, each time letting the phone ring about ten times. After a similar attempt the next day I gave up and went to the store to retrieve my purchase (assistance from the employeesworking there was good). Yesterday and today I tried multiple times to reach a store employee (hoping to ask a customer service question). Again, multiple rings of the phone without ANYONE answering the call. As much as I'd rather shop local, the experiences are dissappointing and I will take my business somewhere else going forward.

Ordered online using the website. Good variety of stuff available online. Moderately priced. Online shopping mandates a $35 minimum order else there is a delivery fee of $5. Our Experience: We tried a few times to have the goods delivered home, but the option was not being made available (we are a registered user), our order size was above $35. So we did a pick up. Some items were not available from the list after ordering & were cancelled by Walmart at the pick up time. Nevertheless, the pick up facility being offered is VERY convenient (as one of the Walmart representative delivers the stuff contact less by putting our shopping straight away in boot of the vehicle without us having to even get off the vehicle). Must try this pick up option especially in these pandemic times. Glad we tried .. :)

My landlord ordered a new vacuum on-line. Walmart cancelled this order after scheduled delivery with no justification. I then researched alleged available vacuum options for pick-up in a local store. After a 30 minute drive to Windsor, I was told by an employee the model was not available - in spite of showing on-line availability at this store. Never mind , I had tried to reach a live employee to check on the availability and could not get a response.... What a customer service joke Walmart. This is why I use Amazon. You won't be seeing me again!!##

Honestly, the only reason I go to Walmart is because they have cheap prices and they're a mile from my house. If I lived further away, I would gladly pay a little bit more at Target if it meant I didn't have to worry about a crowded store, poor cleaning practices, terrible and limited checking staff (you can go faster), and staff who don't even wear their masks correctly. I get that this last year has been hard, staff may be limited due to illness, but at least limit the amount of people you're letting into the store. COVID is still happening, what happened to limits and having a line out the store? If Trader Joes can still do it, Walmart can. I know of other Walmarts that aren't this bad, so I'm not sure what's going on here. Step it up!

HP printer cartridges are now behind glass under lock and key. Be prepared to wait and wait...AND WAIT to purchase this item. I usually order these to be delivered to the office. I was in the area so I thought I'd stop by and pick up.... big mistake. It's not the staffs fault because it appears they are pulled in several directions. Management please help them out.

It's 105 in Windsor and it's been hot the last few weeks. Why would they (Walmart) have their employees working for 8hrs or more without AC. I came to shop today and I was there for no more than 20 min and saw people sweating, imagine those poor employees working at the store for longer hours without AC. It's unbelievable and unacceptable to have their employees working in those conditions. It's also negative for customers who come to shop and have to leave because the store it's completely hot. I've asked a few employees and even they complained about it but of course corporate (Walmart) doesn't really care because it's not them working like its employees.

this Walmart location is okay. Some of the things that I like about this location are the fact that they have a plethora of candy selections. Me and my family absolutely love to eat candy and many candies you cannot find it at the stores you definitely can't find that this location so that is a super plus the thing I hate the most about this location is the items are not high quality. I purchased two items and the package that both of the items came in was absolutely destroyed. I cannot tell it from the outside but once I purchase it and got it home and opened it up things were not as they seemed

I was excited for my time ordering on the Walmart website. I downloaded the app. Placed my order. I was able to pick one of the 3 items I ordered at the Walmart in Windsor on Hembree. When I got home that same day my second item was waiting at my door. Very happy. the following day when I got home from work I saw that Fed Ex had delivered my third and final item. To my surprise inside the package was an elbow joint not the Dream Bone treats that was order. Upon inspection of the outside of the envelope was not my name but my address. I called Fed Ex and they issued a call tag to pick up. I proceeded to call Walmart a nightmare in itself trying to get the automated lady to understand what I wanted. I got through and spoke to a nice young man who was so polite and gracious and said he would resend me my order. Too my surprise the following day I got an email from someone named Chowdry saying my order had been delivered and to look around for it! I live in an end apartment and never had any issues getting anything delivered. To my surprise all I found was a receipt from Fed Ex that they had picked up the incorrect package. Of course I got on the phone and called Walmart and spoke to someone else. with the heavy accent I didn't quite catch his name. Long story short after being on hold for a bit, he came back on the line and told that at this time he couldn't resend me my order. All he could do was issue me a refund! You can imagine my surprise as I have been a customer service rep for quite some time and I would do everything in my power to get my customer their order reshipped. If I couldn't I would explain why I couldn't. Nope this guy couldn't get off the phone with me fast enough! Needless to say I did let him know they lost an online customer. I always would go into the store to make purchases. I let him know that a yelp review was coming. I did delete the Walmart app off my phone and will stick to shopping in person. I had to write this review because if you're in a customer service position whether in store or on the phone it's your job to make it right for the customer! Granted I know the customer isn't always right but you do your best not to lose a sale or take a chance of getting a bad review! I'm done now thank you for listening . Went to Walmart around 830am on a Sunday morning. It was busy. No checkout registers were open with staff to assist. I had to go to self- check out. The person was hovering over everything I scanned and making a comment about it. I asked him why, and he said he wanted to tell everyone what other people buy, so they can know about it. I told him to stop and asked why there weren't people to check out my purchase. He said it was early on the weekend. *Doesn't make sense as it's busiest on the weekend. If I wanted to do self checkout, I would. But I don't come to a store to do all the work myself. Walmart can certainly afford to keep a few registers open for those who don't want to do self checkout. I don't need someone announcing my purchases either. Do better Walmart!!!

I shop here regularly. After my visit yesterday, on my way out from the self check out, I showed my receipt to the clerk who appeared to be an asian, female wearing dark rimmed glasses. She accused me of not paying for the coffee as she glared at me. She waived other people along and continued to harass me. (Similar experience to Adriana that posted in Oct). I told her it should be on the receipt, which is was. Does she even understand the abbreviations that are used as a product description? Customers already receive almost zero customer service throughout the store, customers are mostly forced to use self check out and now we have to act as the store's loss prevention and be treated rudely? If I had indeed stolen the Folger's coffee as she accused, then why wasn't security called? Is she just harassing folks to harass folks?

I made my annual trip to Walmart yesterday. I truly (and I don't use this term lightly) hate this store. It's always dirty, items are misplaced and they never have anything I need in stock (despite their website saying it is in fact in stock). Yesterday, I felt the need to buy even more holiday inflatables for my yard. Not sure what made me even consider Walmart, but like I said, I go once a year and it's always around this time of year...and apparently I have a difficult time remembering the miserable time I have after each visit. So I check the website and see numerous inflatables are in stock. Wow, okay...I'll give them one more shot. I park and notice...ugh, the garden area gate is closed (where all the holiday items are kept), so I have to walk through the front door and to the garden area. I entered and Yep, craziness. I dodge several people and carts and make my way to the garden / holiday area. I notice the holiday inflatable area is empty. Of course it was. I should have expected that from Walmart. I walk the long way out of the store and quickly check the Home Depot site and see several inflatable options in stock at the store across the parking lot. Wow, you won't guess what happened when I walked in...they were actually in stock and the shelves were full!! Unbelievable...it was a pre-Christmas miracle. A company knows how to keep track of their product online for their stores. Never again...until next holiday season.

I usually never do this but this time I was harassed at the door after paying. I think her name is Amy. Not to sound racist but the Asian chick. I gave her my receipt and after staring at it for a minute, she accused me of stealing toilet paper and Xmas pajamas (2 dogs and 1 adult) she told me to go back and pay. And It got to a point that I had to pull everything out of the bag. My anxiety hit and I then pulled the receipt out of her hand because I knew I paid. If you CANT read the damn receipt then why are you working at the door?? You can't just keep going up to customers and accusing them of stealing and then say "oh" after you're wrong. Thanks dude you ruined my day!!

Horrible customer service. Lazy checker refused allow me to purchase a roll of wrapping paper informing me it had no bar code. After several attempts to ask what can be done since I really needed the wrapping paper, and after her simply refusing and then ignoring me, she abruptly left the checkstand when I asked for a manager. She had asked if I wanted to go get another one with a bar code. It was at the opposite end of the huge store and lines a mile long. She finally reappeared with another associate and told me it was just their policy and asked if there were others to which I replied there were several and wasn't there a way to call over for someone to give a price check. Nope refused and walked away. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I should have stopped the transaction and not given the store the nearly $250 that my bill came to.

I really hate giving 1 star reviews as a Yelp Elite member. I hope this location can improve. I waited almost half an hour at the Customer Service line trying to cash my payroll check. I've never used a check cashing service. My own bank, Chase, who I've been with forever wanted to put a several day hold on my school district payroll check which is a Union bank check. The Oakland school district didn't have time to set up direct deposit for the 8 days I worked as as an emergency substitute. The payroll check was issued by Union bank and the nearest one to me was in the town of Sonoma so I decided to cash it at this Walmart. After 30 minutes of waiting in a really long "returns" line which also is the same line for check cashing, I was told it was rejected. My jaw dropped open. I said "you're kidding". She said "no, you don't have any history cashing checks with us". I said Oakland school district has millions in their checking account. I didn't make any difference. So I proceeded to drive to the town of Sonoma which is the nearest Union bank and they cashed it immediately without a service charge. They said Oakland school district's account is a major account and they don't charge service charges even for non-customers. I would never use Walmart check cashing services again. Complete waste of time.

I don't ever write reviews, but this place sucks. They have many items out on the floor that they consider to be black Friday items and we are not allowed to purchase when I brought it up to the manager she said oh we're just getting it ready for Friday but you can't buy it yet even though there is thousands out on the floor logically if you cannot sell it yet then you don't put it on the floor. You would put it on the floor after the store closes for business not before.

Whoever was the greeter on August 25th, 2020 at 11:20 PM is an incredibly poor representative of what the values of Walmart should be. Repeatedly harassed myself and my mother at the store, was incredibly harsh towards us, while she was just waiting for me to make a purchase. Walmart deserves a better greeter than that.

Rollout of Walmart.com sucked. The pickup was in the back of the store, and the employees don't know what to do there. Stand in line for a half an hour or more for something that's supposed to be convenient. Christmas presents were delivered busted. If you order several things at once, don't expect them to be available for pick up all at once. They will have one thing ready for pick up, and you must pick it up in several days or they will send it back. After you pick that up, the next item will be ready for pick up. Don't waste your time, use Amazon.

I just went to Walmart to buy wrapping paper. Waited in line forever bc it's soooo crowded and then got to the front and the checker said there wasn't a price tag and put it aside and then rang me up for everything else and handed me the receipt and I said "I need to buy that wrapping paper" and she said "there's no price tag so I don't know how much it is" so I asked if she could do a price check or just ring up one of the other wrapping paper rolls I had purchased and she said no and that I could get out of line and go get another one and then get back in the 25 minute line...happy holidays

Never liked Walmart, I dread stepping a foot in their stores for various and obvious reasons, but sometimes, you have no choice, so I purchased $95 worth of HP Ink cartridges, they didn't work, printer says "missing or damaged cartridges" spent hours trying to figure out the problem, with no avail, took the cartridges back to Walmart, they refused to return them, citing it's against their policy, despite the fact nowhere on their return policy, in-store signs, receipt, or their website that states that. So, I asked the lovely store manager "what am I supposed to do with these $95 cartridges?, her response was basically "tough luck". Walmart has absolutely no customer service, treating their shoppers like a herd of mules. I don't know why would anyone shop at Walmart when they can do it Costco, Target or Amazon. Never again will shop at Walmart.

Very mid store, but you can always count on it for something you need. I would have rated it 2 stars, but a certain particular worker really improved my time at the store. Keeyon, was like a ray of sunshine on a long rainy day. He not only helped me get the things I needed, but he also made my day with his amazing attitude. He seemed happy to work at Walmart. Overall, Walmart is 3/5 stars, but Keeyon really helped with my experience with the store.

The Windsor Walmart is a "regular" Walmart not one of their Superstores which suits me just fine. If I want a variety of groceries we have Oliver's and a number of other grocery stores. Having said that Walmart prices can't be beat on household, personal care items and simple clothing such as athletic socks, tee shirts etc. The main reason for the 4 stars is that when I go there it is early morning when the shelves are well stocked, employees are smiling and friendly and best of all no crowds. Put me in the store at 2:00 pm on a Saturday and I have no doubt that my review would be one star :). If you can shop here early, do it, well worth the time and effort.

We had an emergency wedding situation and needed 65 umbrellas immediately. After multiple phone calls with no one answering, a lady named Millie answered. She went completely out of her way looking for the right umbrellas and had the most amazing customer service. Truly a lovely person. She understood the urgency. We ended up on a 3-way call. She was so patient and kind. Thank you to Millie. She could work in any level of customer care in any business. What a gem you have working at your Walmart! She went the extra mile and will never forget Millie! Thank you a million times Millie!

This place sucks I'm in a 8 people line as we speak with 6 people behind me. Apparently a bunch of employees aren't here. (I wonder why.) so there's about two lines slow as hell with all the self checkouts out of service. If you absolutely need to go here to buy something or you'll die, go somewhere else it'll take so long you'll probably die before you get whatever you need. Walmart can die, #targetsbetter #anywheresbetter #thislinebetterhurryup by the way I'm not joking don't go here.

Went to Walmart with my parents and right away entering the first employee isn't wearing her mask correctly she was only covering her mouth and I over heard a an elderly man telling her about it and she says I don't have to eat it like you I'm not close to you... oh man are you kidding me ?! I kept on walking and I went my own way to get some stuff while my parents got other things and boom another employee only covering his mouth.. I met up with my parents we went to self check out and paid and turned to walk and boom another female employee had her mask chillin on her chin fuck my life!! Sorry. Believe me wearing the masks sucks but we all need to do our part.

Zero stars for customer service and staff that no how to work a register . 2nd time I tried to open a credit card and when I asked the clerk said -oh you would like to buy a credit card, I'm not sure I know how to do that let me get some help! Then when I asked her about the $35 off for $75 purchase she went into panic mode LOL. Isn't this how retail stores make their money by opening credit for customers? Very strange that you don't train your staff. A manager who was pretty new and someone of never seen before came over and assisted her and of course my credit was approved tried to convince me to get a card with 0% interest rate for a year told her no thanks I'll take the offer for the $35 off because the soon as the bill comes I'm going to pay it off in full and then I'm going to close the card. #walmart seriously I only went there on my way home from work as I needed more scotch tape and Christmas wrapping paper . One star for having the items I needed

Store management is terrible. Never answer phones, and when they do, they put on hold until the call drops. Pallets full of stock always blocking the aisles, homeless and employees hanging around the entrance and the parking lot smoking and joking.
