Where Was ‘Black Mirror’ Season 7 Filmed: The Surprising Real-World Locations Behind Charlie Brooker’s Sci-Fi dystopia

Featuring in Plaything, this London museum supplies a 1967 Victoria Line carriage for a drug‑fuelled tube ride, with the retro train car giving the scene a distinct, period feel; the carriage is highlighted as being available for hire and even used to host dinners, stressing its versatility as both a filming and event venue. - Shaurya Thapa

I spent a wonderful couple of hours at a true hidden gem of a museum today. While not sprawling, it packs a punch with its unique exhibits. Step aboard two authentic Victoria Line tube carriages, marvel at the intricate model railway, and explore a captivating display of firefighting history. The highlight for many will be the impressive working steam engines, housed within the museum's original pump house. Be sure to utilize the superb audio guides by scanning the QR codes throughout your visit – they truly enhance the experience. The dedicated volunteers contribute significantly to the welcoming atmosphere. With a convenient café and clean facilities. Admission is free, with donations warmly welcomed.

A lovely museum that is free to go in and have a look around. Also has a cafe and exhibitions going on and a workshop. It also has toilets if you need a friendly staff that makes you feel welcome. Will definitely come back and go to a workshop or exhibition.

Great dining experience. The food was spectacular. Please ensure to notify the chef of your diet requirements. Dining on a tube carriage was unique. Definitely recommend it.

Walking past so quick look in. Wow so much information and interest for old and young! Volunteers doing a great job, cafe and toilets too 👍 Didn't see a car park where I walked - road was for bus and cycles only, so check first if in a car!

A quiet place with a lot of history of the local area. Run by a team of dedicated and friendly volunteers who go out of their way to provide interesting facts about certain exhibitions in the pumphouse. The victoria line train stock was exciting to visit in, and it felt like going back in time! The model railway inside the pumphouse museum is extremely detailed and incredibly well maintained, with some familiar roads and landmarks. The fire station seems quieter but is as equally interesting, especially learning about its history as a tv star! All in all, it is a very good place to recommend for everyone of all ages

Wonderful little industrial museum! The staff are extremely friendly and there is a lot of space for children to play. Dog friendly too which is a bonus. They also have a fantastic new audio guide I would highly recommend stopping by and exploring.

Attended a great workshop at the pumphouse museum - intro to diy. Was great to see so many families come and visit the museum itself, I didn't realise how good it was for the kiddos - will definitely bring mine back there. They can explore the tube train and plenty of space to run around - also very close to St James park for a quick trip to the playground afterwards.

Marvellous little museum of transport and industry, including 2 Victoria line tube carriages, a film star fire engine, model railway of the Chingford line, and a remarkably well preserved pump house with working steam engines and a full belt driven workshop. There are also various displays of local industrial pioneers and their companies. The volunteers are absolutely lovely and will happily tell you a lot of stories and answer any questions. There's also a little café with reasonably priced drinks and snacks. There's also a children's play corner with various activities. Free entry with donations accepted.
