I wish I could give 4⭐️ but it was more like a 3.5⭐️
The starters were delicious, the Ceviche was phenomenal, the spider crab and the scallop/pork dish were solid. The mock risotto (orzo) was a textural nightmare with unbalanced flavors and the "raviolo" was visually pleasing, very clever in context, but that's all there is to it. The mango/pineapple foam (forgot to take a pic) tasted great, but the dish does more damage than good to the ingredients. Lastly the pistachio trilogy is in dire need of some crunch, we had much higher hopes for this dish.
They had a great selection wines, one of which their knowledgeable sommelier helped pick out. Unfortunately he was the highlight of the service, as our waitress was rather unenthusiastic (and didn't speak english, which I didn't mind, but might be an issue for some)
Keep in mind, that weekends are tasting menu only, and I'm not sure if it's indicated anywhere on their website.
Overall food is good value for money, but rather unpolished still.
