Warby Parker Baybrook

I had a wonderful experience at this Warby Parker location! I walked in without an appointment and was seen by an optometrist within 20 minutes. I was able to quickly renew both my glasses and contacts prescriptions, and the entire process was seamless. After my exam, I was helped by a very sweet sales associate, Sam. She guided me through picking out two pairs of beautiful glasses and even set up my annual appointment for next year. Her kindness and attention to detail made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this location for both the efficiency and the outstanding customer service!

Was very pleased with the Baybrook location. The store was clean, open, easy to shop and I did not feel pressured at all. The staff was kind and available when I had questions. I found the most perfect pair of frames and they processed my prescription from another provider easily. I was very pleased with the overall encounter and transaction.

Ryan who helped me choose frames is very detail oriented. I appreciated his time to help me make a decision. Thank you Sarah for your expertise as well! It did seem Ryan was on his own for a bit as other customer came in and left because there was no one to help him.

Wow,this has been the best experience I have ever had getting new glasses! I got the most comprehensive eye exam that I have ever had thanks to Diana, which included a comprehensive print out. From the moment I opened the door I got a warm welcome by Jody. She was very professional and competent. After getting my new glasses she was able to adjust them for a perfect fit. Even though going to Baybrook Mall is inconvenient it was well worth the trip!

Great store with fast and super friendly customer service. First trip to Warby Parker and was not at all disappointed. Sam was extremely helpful and super nice. The price point was amazing compared to my first pair of progressive frames! Thanks Warby Parker! Can’t wait to get my glasses in!

I needed new glasses. A friend had new glasses and I liked them. I tried her glasses on and loved them. Went to a store as I'm not good with a computer. Getting the glasses was easy. I'm anxious to get glasses in 10 business days

First trip to Warby Parker and was not at all disappointed!! Baylee was extremely helpful and we picked out the perfect frames that I liked so much I got another pair to have as sunglasses. The optometrist was a delight and had my prescription accurately determined so quickly. Can’t wait to get my glasses in!

Great overall experience from start to finish. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable and personable Optometrist. Excellent business model. I've been to so many different places for exams and contacts/lenses over the past 20 years. This place is the best!

warby parker makes the whole process of getting glasses so easy!!! the workers 10/10 the options 10/10 they are so kind i went in to get a new nose pad in my glasses & they put one on & cleaned my glasses....for free!!! i love their frame options they really have something for everyone...i could go in for hours....big fan very excited fir my new frames to come & THEYRE SENT TO YOUR HOUSE?! SO PERFECT COME ON!!!!!!!
