Warby Parker Baybrook

We were greeted upon entry. The store representative asked us what we weee looking for and brought us several frames. Once we found the frame, they created our customer profile swiftly. They saved our desired frame since we wanted to walk first prior to making a final decision, no hassling. Once I decided that the frame was right for me, the same store representative pulled up my profile, took my measurements and payment. Smooth transaction and she explained the warranty and other features when purchasing through Warbu Parker. Wonderful experience!

Great price and easy to use but best of all was an associate who was listening to my needs. After picking out my frames she was using the photo of my prescription when she noticed the prescription was for up close and not distance. She had me call home to have my wife check my paperwork and sure enough - there was a second prescription for distance that I’d not taken a picture of. Saved me time and money. Awesome.

I stopped by to look at frames and returned the next day to purchase. Both experiences were excellent. On the first day, Sarah helped me identify the "best few" options that met my requirements. I returned the next day, and she remembered me and what I had been looking at (impressive!). The pricing estimate she gave me on the first day was identical to the final purchase price. She was both friendly AND efficient in getting my purchase completed. By far, this is the best glasses purchasing experience I've had. I've been to this Warby Parker store previously and always have a good experience. Thanks for keeping that winning streak going! I'll be back.

I had a wonderful experience at this Warby Parker location! I walked in without an appointment and was seen by an optometrist within 20 minutes. I was able to quickly renew both my glasses and contacts prescriptions, and the entire process was seamless. After my exam, I was helped by a very sweet sales associate, Sam. She guided me through picking out two pairs of beautiful glasses and even set up my annual appointment for next year. Her kindness and attention to detail made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this location for both the efficiency and the outstanding customer service!

I've seen the Warby Parker tv commercials, and thought how wonderful and easy it woild be to have everything such as uv, blue screen, scratch resistance and anti glare included. This makes decision making easy, leaving out extra costs. I found myself having to purchase new glasses and went to a Warby Parker store near me. They were about to clise for the evening and allowed me to enter. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and professional. I forgot my prescription at home, and was given a estimate on a pair of frames I picked out. I in formed the staff I would return the next day. I went in and different staff was there. I thought I would have to start all over. I was presently deprived that they looked up my info and within an instant they presented me with the frames. The staff had the same energy and presence of the previous staff. I was quoted the same price. I will receive my glasses at my home within 17 days, at no additional cost. My experience was outstanding.!!!

Was very pleased with the Baybrook location. The store was clean, open, easy to shop and I did not feel pressured at all. The staff was kind and available when I had questions. I found the most perfect pair of frames and they processed my prescription from another provider easily. I was very pleased with the overall encounter and transaction.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Dr Patel was very accommodating to my discomfort to having anything close to my eye and made me feel comfortable. She also was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions with a smile. I have been to several other providers over the years but now I think I found my permanent Optometrist.

Ryan who helped me choose frames is very detail oriented. I appreciated his time to help me make a decision. Thank you Sarah for your expertise as well! It did seem Ryan was on his own for a bit as other customer came in and left because there was no one to help him.

warby parker makes the whole process of getting glasses so easy!!! the workers 10/10 the options 10/10 they are so kind i went in to get a new nose pad in my glasses & they put one on & cleaned my glasses....for free!!! i love their frame options they really have something for everyone...i could go in for hours....big fan very excited fir my new frames to come & THEYRE SENT TO YOUR HOUSE?! SO PERFECT COME ON!!!!!!!
