Warby Parker Baybrook

Was very pleased with the Baybrook location. The store was clean, open, easy to shop and I did not feel pressured at all. The staff was kind and available when I had questions. I found the most perfect pair of frames and they processed my prescription from another provider easily. I was very pleased with the overall encounter and transaction.

First trip to Warby Parker and was not at all disappointed!! Baylee was extremely helpful and we picked out the perfect frames that I liked so much I got another pair to have as sunglasses. The optometrist was a delight and had my prescription accurately determined so quickly. Can’t wait to get my glasses in!

Wow,this has been the best experience I have ever had getting new glasses! I got the most comprehensive eye exam that I have ever had thanks to Diana, which included a comprehensive print out. From the moment I opened the door I got a warm welcome by Jody. She was very professional and competent. After getting my new glasses she was able to adjust them for a perfect fit. Even though going to Baybrook Mall is inconvenient it was well worth the trip!

I ordered a cute and stylish pair of progressive transition glasses with all the bells and whistles for less than the price of the best progressive lenses ALONE at TSO. I can not wait to get my glasses in. The staff was amazing and helpful. I highly suggest Warby Parker for your convenience and affordablility. They also took my insurance.

I have had several eye exams in the past, but Warby Parker had the latest technology, and she tested for things that my previous doctor never tested for. The selection of frames was out of this world, they had it them all and oh so friendly staff there. We had to drive about 30 to 45 minutes to get there but it oh so worth it. What sealed the deal was that I saved over $500 at Warby Parker for two pair of eyeglasses over what the last place we went to charged us.

Got some new glasses at a great price, I was a little anxious because I couldn’t find it but when I did the doctor helped my anxiety calm down she was so nice and patient with me, and Sam helped me pick out some glasses and we had great conversation about something we both loved, Drag Race! She was great, doctor was great, just a great experience. So glad I took the hour trip and got taken care of.

warby parker makes the whole process of getting glasses so easy!!! the workers 10/10 the options 10/10 they are so kind i went in to get a new nose pad in my glasses & they put one on & cleaned my glasses....for free!!! i love their frame options they really have something for everyone...i could go in for hours....big fan very excited fir my new frames to come & THEYRE SENT TO YOUR HOUSE?! SO PERFECT COME ON!!!!!!!
