Google
The customer service experience here is superlative! Rebecca, Sam, and Claire were the three sales people with whom I had the pleasure of interacting. They were all three expert… from helping me pick out frames, to explaining the details of progressive lenses and what to expect when they arrive. Thank you! I really appreciate your help today…And I would recommend this place, and the lovely associates without hesitation.

Google
I stopped in in a panic to find new frames because mine broke and Rebecca was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet, patient and helpful. She used her knowledge of the frames to bring me glasses that perfectly fit my features and I found two that I loved! They are beautiful, stylish and affordable so I had to get both! Thanks Rebecca for a wonderful experience! I think I’m a longtime Warby Parker customer now!

Google
This particular visit to Warby Parker is very important to me because if you’ve read my other review on their GREENHILLS location, I was treated so badly. However, as I’ve been with Warby Parker for more than 6+ years, never having one bad moment until now…I gave them one more opportunity, turning to the Edgehill location. This place is HUGE and the aesthetic is much nicer/cleaner. Kip single-handedly, with his welcoming energy and kindness, reversed the damage done by the previous interaction. Not only that, I purchased two new pairs of frames [Earle and Nestor] that I’m super excited about receiving. Overall, I just wanted to thank Kip again for representing the brand well, and restoring my faith in Warby Parker after such a horrible experience. Good people and great customer service are hard to come by these days, so his kindness should not go unnoticed or uncelebrated. If you’re an existing Warby customer or even new to the brand, I suggest going to the Edgehill location to get the true feel of a WP experience…the same one I experienced 6+ years ago that had me hooked.

Google
Stopped in today with my daughter to look at new frames and we both ended up ordering a pair. We were surprised with the number of frame options and the salesperson was very helpful regarding width and additional color options. Can't wait to get our new glasses! PS Walked next door to Jack Browns for a burger dinner. Double win on our outing. haha.

Google
The staff at the Warby Parker Edgehill location is professional and offered me attentive service, answered all of my questions, and addressed all of my concerns. I can honestly say that this was the best eyeglasses frames shopping experience I have ever had. I purchased 2 pairs of frames. I would definitely recommend them and have, in fact, already done so.

Google
Rebecca was amazing!!! I cant say enough! I broke my glasses very far from home. She came to the rescue! Popped my lenses into nice new frames. So reasonably priced! Yay i can see again. Highly recommended. Was out within 15 minutes. Thanks again!

Google
Really like this shop. I've never worn glasses before but I really enjoyed coming several times to look at frames. Since my glasses came in, I've been back several times to get them adjusted (again, not knowing how they're supposed to fit) and everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful, sales folks and opticians alike. Shout out to Bekah for helping me pick the frames, and Sam and Rebecca for helping me to get them adjusted multiple times!

Google
My first time shopping at Warby Parker but it won't be my last! I had the friendliest, most helpful customer service experience and the store was comfortable to navigate. The variety of frames to choose from was much more than I expected. I walked away with two pairs of glasses for the cost of one pair at my prior eyeglass store. Highly recommend!

Harrison P.

Yelp
Amazing store with friendly, helpful, and quick-to-help staff. The optometrist was especially helpful, she fixed my five year old glasses and made them feel like new! I highly recommend this store!

Yelp
Cost is better than other vision stores. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Huge selection of frames. Have a 30 day return policy.

Yelp
Rebecca was wonderful; it felt like we were old friends. And today is her birthday! She had great recommendations and we had such a good time. Thank you!

Yelp
Everyone at this Warby feels relatable, compassionate and willing to give you their time of day: not easy in this day and age where the economy feels like it's pressind down on everyday civilians. What I love about Warby is that they take both FSA and HSA. They also measure pupillary distance on the spot via their in-app, staff-operated iPads. Be sure to bring in your own, updated prescription if you want to purchase glasses that day. You can always update them later, but it makes it easier on everyone if you have a digital or hard copy. Adjustments are free, and they have low-bridge varieties for all my APIA/AAPI fam out there. Remember that sunglasses and glasses frames are pretty interchangeable for whichever one you prefer: they are all just frames. There is an optometrist on site (pun intended) if you need one and didn't have a prescription. Warby also does their own contact lenses, but I haven't tried them, so I can't really tell you much about them: only that they, like their frames, seem affordable. The only slightly tricky situation is parking. There is plenty of street parking should you choose to arrive on a random Tuesday midday. I imagine there would be less so on a busy Friday evening considering the many restaurants nearby. There is a paid lot, but they were renovating it when I was there.

Sarah C.

Yelp
The girlies in the store were so kind and helpful to me as we navigated the different frame options and I selected the right pair for me. I was also given info on how to figure out my insurance reimbursement. Grateful for their kindness and patience with me. They also expedited my shipping cost-free since my old pair broke and I needed my replacement quickly. Beyond happy with my new pair of frames!

Yelp
Had never been to a Warby Parker before and was set on finally retiring my glasses from like 10 years ago! You walk in and the space is super open and there are tons of staff members eager to help you. Folks are very friendly and knowledgeable. If one sales person doesn't have an answer, another pops over. The optician also roams the floor taking measurements and making suggestions. It's a well oiled machine and their product is great- funky frames at decent prices. After you get your glasses, they troubleshoot to ensure a comfortable fit. Def Recommend this location!

Yelp
I had a great experience. I went in for some new reading glasses and the place was really quiet on a Sunday afternoon. I was able to FaceTime my friend for advice on the lenses and then asked all three employees for help in the final decision. The glasses arrived in great condition! I would definitely go back!

Yelp
As I black woman, I did not get the same customer service experience as everyone else. They would answer my question and walk away. When other white customers asked for help, they were thorough and very supportive. They did not care if I walked out with a pair of glasses that suited me. I am disappointed.

Yelp
This place is so adorable and the selection of glasses are great. The store is designed to resemble a modern library. What a great concept! They have maps for great places to sit down and read in Nashville! I've been a fan of WP for a while now and ordered my glasses online. Decided to stop in to do a return and ended up exchanging for a different pair. Their glasses are unique and I love that every pair purchased gives back to needing communities. https://www.warbyparker.com/buy-a-pair-give-a-pair The prices include the frame and lenses. Glasses start at $95 which I'd say is extremely reasonable. If you're looking for a unique pair of glasses this is the place to go. All of the associates are extremely helpful and never pushy. I can't say enough good things about this store.

Yelp
I love Warby Parker! The glasses are super cute and affordable compared to all other vision centers. This Warby Parker location also has the BEST customer service. Everyone is very friendly, very attentive and very helpful. They go above and beyond to help and satisfy the customer. This level of customer service is very rare. I also really recommend William. Every time I come he has been very helpful in adjusting my glasses and helping me with orders. He is very friendly and gets the glasses just right. He will go above and beyond to help you.

Yelp
Buyer beware. Surprisingly terrible experience with customer service. I would like to think it was a fluke but after conversations with 3 employees and a manager and emailing help line as well as 4 corporate leaders, it's hard to classify my interactions as flukes. My order was not mailed (after I was told it was in the store after I called to confirm 2 weeks after placing order), no one could tell me when I might receive it, offered any sort of attempt to problem solve with me or even apologize, "manager" appeared disinterested and barely a hair shy of snarky, and worse, each of my 4 conversations with employees took an inordinate amount of time as they talked about how "they wanted to be transparent." Complete time bandits. We still don't have my son's glasses, nor have we received our refund after manager told me he would cancel my order. Hopefully it's just an off month for WP.

Yelp
Warby Parker is absolutely the gold standard in product and service. I wear progressive lenses. These are significantly better than Costco, which is significantly better than the over-priced optometrist. $395 with all of the options out the door is pretty awesome. Knowing that they will replace scratched lenses within a year for free is really comforting. Also, if I don't like my glasses for any reason for the first 30 days I can change my mind and they will replace them for free. The glasses are not only affordable but incredibly stylish and the people who work at the store are amazing. Seriously, above and beyond. Corporate as well, considering I had a billing question that was handled in a swift and friendly manor. I do not know what Warby Parker does differently than other businesses but keep it up! They are the Chick-fil-A of eyeglasses and I will be a customer for life. Thank you for bringing us an affordable necessity are a pleasure to purchase.

Yelp
Whether trying on new frames, making a purchase or popping in for a quick repair, the staff here take great care of each and every customer. Great spot in a great location. Pro-tip: park a couple blocks away and save money instead of using the lot next to the store.

Yelp
Beautiful and minimal exterior complimented by a gorgeous design inside...And a great place to visit when you're in need for some sunnies, especially for a weekend like we're currently having!

Yelp
So I've shopped at W. Parker before but I'm bummed today that the store is closed without any notice at 4:45pm. I called ahead of time and the recording stated they were open today until 6pm. I drove 25 minutes! Just asking for better communication. Thanks.

Ron H.

Yelp
I made a trip to Warby Parker in need of reading glasses. They have none onsite for immediate purchase. I have now been waiting over two weeks for purchased glasses. In order to get my purchase the salesman said they would put a RUSH on delivery. I think we are way past the RUSH phase. Why would you not have some common models with reading lenses in them for immediate sale? Ron Hewett

Yelp
So I finally realized that I needed glasses to drive if I ever wanted to live long enough to reap the rewards of senior discounts, early bird specials and AARP - not just yet mind you, but soon. I'm also kind of ornery and don't take kindly to millennials talking down to me because I'm their mom's age - we gave you rap and punk rock, show some respect! So I was a little wary about coming in here, what with their hipster website and all, but figured I could just make them cry if they were rude to me (key word: ornery) so I gave it a go. This review is based on a culmination of several visits since it took a couple tries to get it right, mostly because of me, I'm a lens-wearing neophyte, so it took some teaks. I now realize that I'm an age-ist (not sure if that's a real word, it's like an age racist.) I had some not-quite-5-star review experiences with folks of all ages at WP, but in the end, my experiences with Michael and Rebecca made me a fan. The first pair I got were all wrong, the frames were too small for my prescription. So I came back in and Rebecca immediately knew I needed different frames, so we picked some new frames and ordered them right away. Rebecca's closer to my age so this just reinforced my age-ism. I continued to struggle with my new glasses and WP has a satisfaction guarantee, so I came in again, but Rebecca wasn't there! I was crushed... Enter Michael, I was wary...he was clearly too young to remember the Biggie/Tupac rivalry, let alone understand my myopia both figurative and literal. But dear reader I was wrong, oh so wrong. Michael didn't just bend my frames and tell me to get used to them; he didn't just tell me that the lenses had to sit on my cheeks to avoid scraping my eyelashes, no my friends he did not! He ordered different lenses that adjusted where the focal points were! He extended my "warranty" to make sure I was happy! He offered to refund all my cash if I just wanted to sack the whole enchilada! Ah Michael, you give me hope for the future of this great nation of ours, even if you don't remember when Sid killed Nancy (just google it)!

Yelp
The staff was unbelievably helpful and friendly. I broke my glasses, and they made sure I was taken care of. Highly recommended

Yelp
I'd like to start this review off by saying I went in on a Saturday, and I am black (I am mentioning this b/c i want ppl to know that I didn't feel discriminated against or rushed). I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was able to try on glasses without being rushed or pressured to make a purchase. Once I was ready to purchase i was helped almost immediately. The process was very easy. I will probably purchase all of my glasses from Warby Parker going forward.

Yelp
Bo was super helpful and made my Warby experience perfect. Thanks for helping me :)

Yelp
Over the past three weeks, I've visited this Warby Parker location multiple times, and each time, I can confidently say that my day was made better by the experience. A few weeks ago, I went in to pick out a new frame as my prescription was a bit outdated and my glasses on the verge of breaking. I'm typically the kind of person who gets very overwhelmed by even the cereal aisle, so I was quite intimidated when I realized the plethora of affordable options available with Warby Parker. However, I was graciously assisted by one of the excellent team members, who helped me choose about 10 different frames and whittle down the selection to two. Shortly after, I went in before heading to work to have one of the frames fitted and was out in less than five minutes. Just today, I picked up the second and had the first pair slightly readjusted. Jay, the optician, took so much attention and care to ensure that both fit me perfectly and is frankly one of the kindest individuals I have met in a while. Who knew that getting new glasses could be such an uplifting and rewarding experience!

Yelp
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and received my glasses within a week. Thanks Warby!

Yelp
This was my first time visiting a Nashville location after ordering two pairs of glasses online. I believe my mother and I were discriminated against because we are Hispanic. With three employees in the store, we were not greeted, asked to be helped, or acknowledged in any way throughout our time there. Three other couples walked in while we were there, and all three were helped by the employees. I am not someone who assumes racism, but am not sure what else would have been the cause of such poor customer service. It was obvious to both my mother and I that we were being purposefully and blatantly ignored. Whether this was the employees' intention or not, it came across as discriminatory and ruined our impression of the company. I have purchased 2 pairs of glasses from Warby Parker in the past and have had a great experience. I brought my mom to the store because of my past history with the company and was excited for her to look at glasses as well. I was extremely disappointed with the discriminatory customer service offered and will not be purchasing anything from the company in the future.

Yelp
Kind of sad to be in a store for 15-20 minutes checking out/trying on glasses and not have a single employee acknowledge or ask if you need assistance.

Yelp
I've been a fan of Warby Parker since they began, but never could get them because they didn't do Prism lenses. Went into the store yesterday with a friend who was looking and I mentioned to the sales person that they didn't do my prescription. He swiftly corrected me and said as of Dec. 1 they do, and I was so happy!! Went back in today. $410 for a pair of glasses and sunglasses, both prescription. At other retailers you can pay that much for one pair. SO happy they've expanded their service. This store is very light and beautiful. Nice to see what I look like in lots of natural light vs fluorescent like mall stores. It's so easy to navigate, everyone is super nice and listens to you. Super easy check out process. You can choose to have them mailed to the store or directly to your house. Will never shop at another glasses store again.
google avatar

Alicia C.

Yelp
I walked in about 10 minutes before they were closing. I just wanted to do a quick run thru the store to check it out. Rebecca was very welcoming and didn't rush me at all. She suggested I try on a few pairs, so I did. To my surprise, I found a great pair of sunglasses and walked out the door with them in less than 12 minutes. Great customer service!
google avatar

Chels N.

Yelp
Super easy, in and out within 15 minutes. The staff was very pleasant and helped me with everything I needed. I contemplated just ordering and trying on 5 pair at home, just seemed like it would be easier to stop in myself and try the ones I liked online. Of course the first pair I picked online were the exact ones I wanted. I had a prescription from my optometrist Dr. Lyon from target optical that made the process easy peazy! I will definitely be back in the future when I need new frames! Also, very reasonably priced seeing as Warby Parker is out of network for me, so I pay upfront and sent off paperwork to be reimbursed.
google avatar

Allie H.

Yelp
I had walked in completely clueless due to the fact I had never needed to wear glasses before. Rebecca had walked right up to me with the friendliest greeting and helped me decide on the perfect pair. I rarely review online but I loved my service so much I have to say if you go in ask for Rebecca! Have received my glasses yet but I am very excited.

Debbie T.

Yelp
If I could give 100 stars, I would. The customer service is nothing short of spectacular! I had my glasses stolen after only one week. They were super helpful in getting them replaced for me. I would never buy my glasses anywhere else. Love the styles and the customer service is just WOW!

Yelp
I ordered my first pair of Warby Parkers about 2 years ago, and was super impressed with their online service. I was ecstatic that they built a store in Nashville! I recently ordered a new pair of prescription glasses. The store was packed on a Saturday afternoon, but there were about 10 employees there, so I didn't have to wait. Lillian helped me order my glasses. The ordering process took about 5 minutes. I had spent about 15 minutes trying on glasses - it was so hard to choose! My glasses arrived in 6 days and I'm so happy with my new purchase.

Virginia S.

Yelp
Really horrible service at Warby Parker this weekend. Was really disappointed after telling so many people to check out the brand. My husband and I went in on Sunday afternoon and had to ask for help four different times after different retail people just walked away to assist someone else or restock in the middle of helping us. Watched two people walk in and be greeted immediately as we were still waiting to catch someone's attention. My husband had to literally interrupt a conversation to get help to buy two pairs of glasses. Not impressed at all. I'd hate to think you'd get a better shopping experience online than in person but that was certainly our experience.

Yelp
If I move to Siberia and need new glasses, I'm flying all the way back to Warby Parker in Nashville. Mollee, Sasha, and Melissa were super fun, super friendly, and super helpful! (And it doesn't hurt that they were all fellow Hufflepuffs) I never felt pressured to buy and I felt that they were really trying to help me find the perfect glasses for my style. I cannot wait for my pair to get in! Do you need glasses?? GO TO WARBY PARKER RIGHT MEOW!!!
google avatar

Ree M.

Yelp
Glasses that you can actually afford and look good. Great selection, attentive staff that don't hang on you like an albatross. A wonderful experience all the way around.
google avatar

Amy H.

Yelp
The process and transaction were easy. I had my prescription in hand, wandered the store and found the frames I wanted, they did my PD measurement and filled in my information on the floor with an ipad. In just a few minutes I was ready to go. Now I just wait impatiently to get my new glasses in hand. My only complaint is the store is in a location with terrible parking options.
google avatar

Willie C.

Yelp
Went there after buying a pair of glasses from the Warby Parker website to adjust them. They were so helpful and fixed them immediately!

Kenzie V.

Yelp
I had an amazing experience here. The store itself is beautiful and super easy to navigate, the customer service was incredible (helpful, but not pushy), and the process of selecting my glasses and getting everything sorted for my order took no more than 15 minutes. Having just gone to another eyewear store in the Gulch where the salespeople were extremely overbearing and the options were limited (I'm sorry, but I'm not about to spend $400 - after insurance - on a pair of Gucci glasses), Warby Parker was an absolute dream. Highly recommended!

Pattie L.

Yelp
I didn't realize shopping for glasses could make me feel sad but I was wrong. I walked into the store and there were 3-4 people standing around. I proceeded to try on several frames & realized that everyone else who came in after me was warmly greeted and offered help. I stood at the bottom of the stairs and was about to ask for assistance, I made eye contact with a young lady & she turned around and walked away. I walked out of the store and paused at the door & thought i might get a: goodbye, have a nice day or come back soon & it was as if i was invisible. It was almost like shopping at Wal-Mart, i expect to be ignored there but not at a small hipster eyeglass store. Super pissed i paid for parking to end up being shunned.

Yelp
very unhappy with this company. I have been a customer since 2016 for myself and my family. placed an order for my granddau who is away at college. she broke her glasses so came home to get new ones. we ordered them two weeks ago. they girl at the store took her info to get her rx because they didn't have a fax at the store to receiver her rx after we called to arrange the info be transferred. how ridiculous...they don't have a fax at the store and the dr. won't send it by e-mail. hmmmm. no problem from the clerk she took dr. name and assured us they could get it. glasses usually take 7 to 10 days but with covid a little longer and their website says add 4 days if they have to get the rx. ok it has been two weeks so toady I get an e-mail requesting the rx and pd. we expected the glasses any day now but evidently NOT! I am disgusted beyond belief with this. I could have easily gone to the dr and picked up the rx and ridden a horse and have it there faster. two weeks to request an rx from the customer. did they not get the perscriber's info the clerk took. bad bad bad cuystomer service. they have lost this customer and I tried to ask my granddau to cancel but she likes their glasses. damn! I still wo be be doing business with them again!

Yelp
I was very impressed with this store. Cole helped me and he was wonderful! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! By the way, I am 73! This store appeals to older people, too!

Yelp
Warby Parker is already one of my favorite eyewear brands and today, the customer service I experienced at their Nashville store catapulted my love to new, great heights. I stopped in with a friend after lunch nearby because I had just ordered a Home Try-On kit and wanted to see if I could find some frames that were unavailable for try on. We walked in and were greeted quickly and began wandering around the store. Several employees were around to offer advice and help me find any frames I was looking for, without feeling as if hey were trying to pressure me into a sale. My friend found a pair of sunglasses she couldn't live without and decided to purchase them while at the store. As the employee, Michael, was explaining her benefits after purchasing, like getting lenses replaced after scratches or helping to make sure the frames were properly fitted, I dug my own Warby Parker sunglasses out of my purse to examine my own pitifully scratched lenses. He explained the warranty off of my own purchase had most likely expired, but offered to resize the frames to better fit my face. When he came back, he asked me a few questions about my prescription sunglasses and found that I was missing my brand badge off the frames and offered to examine my account to see if what he could do for me. Lo and behold, Michael was able to find a way to make my whole month and ordered my replacement pair of sunnies to be delivered to my home address! I walked into this store expecting to just mindlessly browse some frames and instead was treated with such an exceptional level of customer service, where Michael understood my issues and worked with me in order to find the best solution. My beloved Ormsbys now don't slide off my face like they used to and even more excitedly, they will be replaced within the month! I had been planning on Warby Parker for my new eyeglasses this month and I am so excited to continue with those plans in order to support this company! My only wish is that I had business cards to hand out every time I get a compliment on my Chelsea frames... Check out Warby Parker! You won't be disappointed.

Mobina A.

Yelp
I can't say enough about how wonderful this company is and their staff. I was turned onto them by a co-worker who also works part-time for WP. Whoever was behind the entire design of Warby's store deserves a pay increase. It is clean, clutter free, easy to walk around in, and sprinkled with other interesting pieces of merchandise besides eyeware to purchase like playing cards and books. The eyeglasses are trendy and good quality. The staff is top notch. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and don't follow you around like so many people do in other retail stores. They let you browse freely while still making themselves available for questions. When you are ready to buy, the process is quick and easy. My glasses were ready for pick-up in one week and the friendly staff were right there to ensure my frames fit my face perfectly and that I walked out of there happy. I LOVE my eyeglasses and will definitely be back. Thanks WP for making quality eyeglasses at an affordable price. I'm so excited to wear my eyeglasses.

Nina D.

Yelp
I had never shopped at a Warby before but I had heard some talk via people and the Internet. I tried on a home-try-on trial but none were my style (however the home-try-on was super easy and convenient). Then I saw this store was opening up and, coincidentally, my significant other sat on my glasses and snapped them, so I decided to check out this new location after shopping elsewhere where frames were hugely overpriced for, sorry, hipster type frames that I can't ever get into. As others have said, the store is very bright, well lit, and well staffed, in that there are plenty of people around, they are helpful, but not at ALL pushy. I found frames I liked and checked out with ease. There was one associate I did not like unfortunately. She was flighty and almost out of sorts. She ended up entering my prescription wrong (I had gotten my exam elsewhere) and the glasses had to be reordered. But they expedited them and discounted me and apologized profusely. All in all, the customer service was very good and my only beef was with that one associate. I went back after I got the correct frames to get them adjusted and he barely had to touch them and they were perfect. I was in and out. The glasses total, frames and lenses, were $103. I expected the quality to reflect the inexpensive price but they feel like very sturdy frames! I'm very impressed overall. No complaints yet.

Ulyana O.

Yelp
Great selection, great quality frames, great customer service, very quick streamed line process for purchasing. Totally returning in the future.
