6 Best Ramen Stops in Charleston - Eater Carolinas

"Warehouse has a build-your-own sort of ramen program. Choose alkaline or rice noodles, beef or miso broth, and a large selection of proteins. There’s a wealth of combinations, plus a full bar of craft beer and fun cocktails." - Erin Perkins

Update: Brunch When in town, we just HAVE TO visit Warehouse the Lux :) We loved the new Spring tasting menu. Their brunch is also incredible. We ordered the whole menu and some cocktails to try, it was enough food for 3 adults and a kid. Some plates are small, others are regular portions. Shakshuka was great, mushroom grits were out of this world amazing. Home made sourdough bread soaked in custard and turned into a French toast was my favorite! Espresso martini made with aged Diplomatico rum was also a hit. Nice chill atmosphere and French bistro music not to be beat. Get the table by the window to people-watch or enjoy some sun. Overall A++ as always! Had a little Charleston vacation. We were recommended to go to the new warehouse the lux, and let me tell you, the atmosphere of the place is magical, nice music, the staff was friendly and attentive. We ordered some things from the menu and it was very delicious and unique. We come from a big city and it was a big surprise to have such nice original food. They deserve a Michelin star. Can’t wait to come back and enjoy it again.

What an incredible restaurant! Our group opted for the 12-course tasting menu with both the standard and reserve wine pairings just to try it all. And what a treat it was! Over a couple of hours, we went on a foodie’s odyssey with plate after plate of innovative cuisine that combined exotic ingredients with picture perfect plating to create one of the most satisfying dining experiences we’ve ever had. It really says something when everyone in the group said it was one of the best dinners of their lives and I felt the same way. The ingredients are mostly local and the menu is seasonal so we’ve got plenty of reason to come back soon. The wine pairings were phenomenal and enhanced the food that much more-kudos to their sommelier for a job well done. We were totally stuffed! The cost was very reasonable for the entire experience. Highly recommended!

Nice place, attentive staff and well made food - the kanpachi appetizer was especially good. I don't like being charged 4% to use a credit card though, and it will influence my decision of whether or not I return.

We came in Friday night for the tasting menu. It was absolutely incredible for the price point and we were extremely happy! -the “sommelier in training” did a wonderful job paring the wines with the courses and his descriptions were interesting and different from the norm -we will definitely come again the next time we’re in Charleston -the only thing we didn’t care for or thought was weird was after there was a band playing so we stayed and the service and experience went the other direction. It just turned into a collage bar with sub par drinks from the bar

Brunch review: The Cure (Sausage and egg sandwich) was much better than the buttermilk biscuit and oxtail gravy. Recommend also as a side some tater tots rolled in truffle oil. Also of note is the really attentive and friend staff!

Wowwwww dude. I am at a lost for words for the new tasting menu at The Lux at The Warehouse. So a-vant-guard. It’s very foody, very inventive, unlike anything I’ve had in a while. Going from lightest to heaviest I had one of everything and was full by the end. Valentina is one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Zack and Brandon are the chefs and they executed perfectly. It was like farm-to science class-to table. Lots of textures and flavors. This is a must try if you like food. Instagram: @holycityhost

The food, the service and the cocktails were on point! Ben and Niles took great care of us at the bar. I'm still thinking about the Farro salad! So much flavor.

Such great food! Very friendly and attentive service. The interior is huge and they even have a pool table in the back.
