While the owner of this store is back tracking in what happened to me on Saturday, I stand my ground, her behavior was rude and condescending. She is lying about all that happened in her store parking lot. Let me point out the lies NO parking spaces were available in the lot as we cruised the lot and found none. I came to my truck to see her helping a very elderly couple back up in the space perpendicular to is. I shouted out and asked i if she wanted us to move the truck as we were leaving. Instead of answering she hit the review mirror of the truck. I said nothing. Then I helped the copy back out of their spot on the front end. We them started to exit the lot. That's when the owner started yelling at me. Using the word ILLEGAL at me. My parking and I were illegal. Security showed up and the rest was history as I have started. I called the security a little boy when he accused me of calling people names. I told the owner that she was being racist. She denied that her rant was because of my race. I work against racism everyday and what she displayed was clearly a rascist, rude attitude toward a FORMER customer. One that didn't need to happen if she would have approached me as a kind person. Others have come forward with similar experiences when I shared the incident on FB, and she replies to Google reviews with feined innocence.

I’m all about customer service but when you have two employees hovering over you as you look and try on their most expensive jewelry…. Like your thief…. Not a fan! We were to purchase one of those pieces and the employee couldn’t wait it get it off my moms wrist… we left. Won’t be back. Which is unfortunate since we’ve spent a good amount money in here every time we come. Will go all the way to Wyoming next time.

This store is absolutely amazing. Went in yesterday for my first time and bought a bunch of their snow globes, they are beautiful and of good quality. Set them all up and enjoyed them so much last night I went back in today and bought a bunch more ( $900 ) total for all and worth every penny. All the lady's on the staff are so helpful and bubbly and fun to deal with it pretty much sums up the name of the shop. We will without a doubt be back for more shopping. Thank you not only for the snow globes but also for the warm welcome we felt while shopping. See you all soon.

Great store. Lots of really nice things. Completely disappointed you don't carry 2x or larger jackets. The reason I was told, they're oversized as it is. Some of us -- quite a few actually, don't want things that are snug especially as a jacket. After browsing further, I realize you cater to a different clientele.

One of our favorite places to shop for fun gifts. We love to support local and this family makes it a fun experience. The staff is always helpful and we love the unique gifts we find. If you haven't purchased one of their soups or cakes mixes in a box, you are missing out.

Beautiful store! Great for gift ideas - treats, scarves, bags, jewelry, and even children's gifts. I especially love their mixes - perfect ideas for holiday gifts. And the owners have been in there every time I'm in there and they are just so pleasant and talkative that it's a lot of fun to visit them when I can! Great place!

Ran in Warm Hugs looking for some Colorado green chili seasonings. While I did not find exactly what I was looking for, I did see other nice seasonings, gifts, and knick nacks. Staff was friendly! Cute clothes and accessories too!

Awesome store with many opportunities to look and many options for gifts in all price ranges. I checked off gifts for many of my family and enjoyed the shopping experience. Staff is super nice and helpful.

By far our favorite store in Greeley. The staff is amazing and helpful. The variety of items is through the roof. Nice jewelry selection, garden decor and some fashion items. I love browsing around and finding the hidden gems. Some small batch coffee from a local supplier has really good flavor. Packed with treats of all kinds for every want/need yet still spacious enough to walk around without bumping into your neighbor at every turn. Pricing is fair to good even though my wife seems to max out my cc upon every visit. Plenty of specials during holidays and special events. Warm Hugs will leave you feeling....well, warm!

Warm Hugs is a fantastic place to find a gift for any of the ladies in your life...and yourself, and guys too! Their delicious, hand-made mixes are their foundation, and they offer dozens of varieties of soups, breads, desserts and dips. Many times they have samples out to try. I have their No-Crumble Cornbread in the oven as I type. Along with the mixes, they have so many perfect gift items; Brighton jewelry, Snap Wares bracelets and necklaces, Alex & Ani; Vera Bradley, Chaco, Sak purses and accessories; a wide variety of ladies clothing, housewares, home and yard decor... I don't think the prices are unreasonable, and they have many sales and special shopping events with great deals. They also have a wonderfully generous loyalty program. The family and staff that operate the shop are very nice, and know the names of most of their customers after one visit. Warm Hugs provides a wonderful opportunity to support local business and find great gifts for everyone!

This little shop is so adorable! The staff members are so sweet - my son and I walked around and found some cute gifts. They have everything from clothing to housewares to jewelry and more. Everything was so cute and Jess was so kind to us! I would highly recommend paying this little shop a visit while in Greeley!

What an amazing local shop! Been wanting to stop in here for a while now, finally made it in on Saturday. I can't believe we waited so long to visit this quaint shop! I imagined this to be a small little shop with mostly soup mixes and a couple random gifts. Boy was I wrong! Great selection of not only soup mixes, but cookie and bread mixes as well. Tasted a sample of pumpkin bread-delish! Decided to purchase Mamma Mia Italian soup mix for ourselves and tomato basil soup mix as a gift. Other items for sale include clothing, candles, soaps, pottery, and garden items. They also sell these neat signs which can be personalized while you wait! I cooked the Italian soup for dinner tonight and my family absolutely loved it! We will be back and I recommend you stop by-soon!

Suzanne, Jim, Beth and the rest of the Warm Hugs "family" are amazing individuals. Everyone is always so welcoming and attentive. I love the selection of items available and shop here probably 3-4 times a month. Their prices are reasonable and you can spend as much or as little as you want. You can guarantee you'll always be greeted with a smile.

This place is so great! I've been here multiple times and the staff is always so nice and friendly! Their store actually has a ton of stuff even though it's pretty small! Great jewelry and ideas for gifts! Good holiday stuff as well!

Oh, my word. I've been driving by this place for several months and finally had a chance to stop in today. I was intrigued by the metal sculptures in the windows. We are still in a pandemic, and I was absolutely SHOCKED to find the store completely packed with people (shoulder to shoulder) and not even the employees were masked, much less the customers. "Warm Hugs?" Maybe "Warm Hugs with a Side of Covid." No thanks. I'm sure the store is lovely, but I never got further than the first few feet into the store, as there was nowhere to walk anyway. And no masks made it a definite NOPE from me. It makes me sad, because it looks like it has some nice things.

Lovely location and merchandise. Friendly greeting and helpful suggestions. Tasted Saltine mix and tried candle that melts into lotion at sales person request. Ended up purchasing a Marilyn Monroe scarf, candle lotion, and pine-cone owl. I was just browsing with no intention of purchasing...but happy I stopped in.

I visited Warm Hugs when they were in the middle of the block. Now they are at the corner, with the opportunity for better window displays. I really didn't know what the place was. My companion knew one of the people in the store, so we went together. I was surprised to see how nice it was inside, and what a variety of lovely gifts were available. They'll make up special gift baskets for you, at your request. They have a lot of nice things. If you go in for a gift for someone else, you are very likely to come out with an additional something for yourself as well.

Nice little shop with lots of creative things. Just wish I could afford something. I visit regularly with coworkers when we take walks and I just can't justify spending that much money on anything.

First of all, the costumer service was wonderful! The people that work there are so kind and genuinely care about your experience. In addition, they have so many cute things for almost anyone. I could easily pick out tons of things to take home with me. Love Love Love this store. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with warmth and kindness. Was shopping for gifts for co-worker secret Santa and the choices were aplenty! Walked around the new larger location multiple times and ended up with my secret Santa gifts as well as items for my home. I would definitely recommend supporting this local business, you will not be disappointed! I will definitely be supporting this business.

Local Mom and Pop place literally! The couple that owns this are amazing, professional but make you feel like you are family. I go here when I need a unique gift. LOVE SHOPPING HERE!
