This market is amazing for souvenirs! You can find a huge variety of clothes, desserts, and savory food. The best part You can even ship large purchases back home with Thailand Post.

The place to go to get the real Chian Mai vibe. Things are cheap, they have food and smiles and stuff and clothes. Right next to the Ping River with a parking garage. It's just amazing to go and check out.

Local market that caters more to locals and definitely an enjoyable stop for visitors. The food court inside the building has many seats. You can order from each vendor or grab a seat and have the runners place your food order (from the stack of menus at the table). Once your food arrives, pay for it with cash. The runners will also help with change. This market is large and covers a lot of territory. It’s a very comprehensive market. There are many clothes and accessory vendors, where one can find beautiful, creative, artsy pieces or everyday wear from socks, under clothes, and any items for all family members. Shopping for fruits, vegi, snacks. They got it too. Tools, school supplies? Got that too. So many things. My favorite place was a small papaya salad vendor. I can eat their food everyday.

Adjacent to Warorot, worth visiting the food court in the morning for some breakfast in the vicinity. There’s a cart with a lady that sells great you tiao and soy milk. And nearby there’s also someone grilling skewers, but sells out by 10am

The market had grown steadily since Covid-19. Back in 2017-20 it was a one level market but now there's food and other stalls available. Mostly clothes, bags and children's toys. Worth a stroll around for a couple of hours. I bought the brown bag here 120 baht in 2017, the black (identical) one in 2025 for 300 baht.

Not crowd, local majority visit this place. Sell many things, especially snack, dry food. The place was neat.

Won't be open at night; to enjoy, one must come wile the sun is up. It is a huge market that resembles an old shopping complex. Unlike an ordinary Thai market, it is a four-story building with an inoperative escalator (interesting!), which is now a staircase connecting the ground floor and the 2nd. Those who seek to buy dried spices, BEWARE; check the spice bag or container well because it may include a lot of tiny insects within. I bought a bag of cumin seeds and ended up throwing it away because 30% of the seeds were actually insects... But the people selling stuff there are nice. All in all, I like this market and will visit again and again.
