"Warung Bali is a Sunday-only pop-up that operates out of in Koreatown and specializes in Balinese-style seafood bento boxes. For only $22, you get grilled snapper and shrimp, spicy sauteed squid, urab sayur (Balinese mixed vegetable), acar (pickled vegetables), and two different kinds of sambal. I’ve visited this Indonesian restaurant many times and always enjoyed their grilled chicken with rice and sambal. Recently, though, the taste seems different and less spicy. Since it’s hard to find truly spicy food in Istanbul, I really hope they bring back the original flavor I used to love.

We love the food so much!!! We had crispy chicken with rice (yes ofc with the spicy sauce I think it makes with tomatoes but superrrrr delicious) HIGHLY RECOMMEND grilled chicken with rice and crispy chicken with rice :”)

2nd visit here already! and we visited just before our flight back, craving for authentic Indonesian food so it is a MUST to eat here in Warung Bali🫶🏻 service was also very outstanding, since we were quite late so we asked the contact person via WhatsApp to prepare our food before we come and they did ❤️ thankyou so much for the warm welcome again and fast and kind response❤️ will always come back here🤩

The Ayam Geprek was very good! Really get the Indonesian taste. So Indonesian people who live in Türkiye can cure their longing for 'masakan rumah' here ( ˊᵕˋ )♡.°⑅

This is an excellent (and incredibly cheap) restaurant. The food is very good, particularly given the price. I have no complaints about the service here at all, I don’t know what others are complaining about. Unless they wanted someone to give them a hug?

I can say with confidence that this is definitely one of the best Indonesian restaurants in istanbul. The food is amazing, the sambal is spicy the way i like it, the portions also great, prices are affordable. Although the place is a bit small and i think the staff doesn’t seems very friendly. No smiles, no welcome so that’s a bit makes me uncomfortable but overall I really like this place and has been here a lot of times actually. Totally recommended!
