Wasserschloss Inzlingen

My review is for the restaurant. We went for Mother's Day (one day early) and the food was delicious. We had the steak and it was cooked perfectly. My son had the Schnitzel with fries and it was super delicious as well. Very happy with the food and the service. The ambience of the castle setting was also very nice. Next time we hope to sit outside and enjoy it from a different perspective 😁

The Wasserschloss Inzlingen restaurant is situated in a beautiful location in a charming little town. The ambiance is wonderful, and the setting makes it an ideal place for a memorable evening. The dinner was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional — attentive and friendly. My partner proposed to me here during sunset, and it will forever hold a special place in our hearts. The combination of the stunning views, excellent food, and warm service made this experience unforgettable. We will always cherish this location and our time spent here.

Beautiful location! The food is very “hit or miss” - you never know if you’re going to get a wonderful plate of food (which has happened) or something truly terrible (stay away from anything Asian on this menu - the sushi was inedible!). The service is generally polite - not going as far as friendly. We have been here a few times and have observed the chef greeting each table other than ours - a bit odd and we have been wondering why 🤷‍♀️. All of this is from a vegetarian point of view and could be that the meat dishes are fantastic. What you’ll definitely enjoy is the lovely view!

We had a very nice dinner in the beautiful garden on a warm summer night. The atmosphere was very enjoyable. We liked the modern vegetarian and vegan food. The staff was discreet and attentive.

The location 10/10 Food 7/10, waiting time was atrociously long. Service 4/10, he was unfriendly and unhelpful.

Outstanding cuisine in an amazing setting. This castle surrounded by a moat is truly beautiful. The restaurant was a real treat that I would never had thought to go to had it not been recommended to me while in Basel. The dining room is cozy and elegant at the same time. The service is old world and highly professional. The food was a treat to the palate from the starter to the desert and coffee.

Great food, nice and friendly staff. We had an amazing evening celebrating our 2nd anniversary. Even got a nice surprise dessert. Would go again for sure:)

Had lunch here last week, it was perfect. Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff. Tuna carpaccio for starter, a magnificent steak for main course and a chocolate mousse dessert, all top notch. An extensive wine list: I chose an Amarone and a Pinot Grigio - both were excellent. Highly recommeded and I can't wait to go back for more. Thanks!
