The worst Mahi tacos I’ve ever tasted in my life. Waited almost an hour for the driest tacos on the planet.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

52 minutes from the time I placed an order for street tacos to them coming out of the kitchen, cold. I guess you can serve them from a truck in under a minute, but for a hotel restaurant at %25 occupancy that's too much to ask. Please hire more cooks that's unreal.

Had dinner at the water fire Grill that's located in the Sheraton hotel by the Galleria. Good service decent selection of appetizers. We tried the nachos, jalapeño peppers, the hummus and the chicken wings. The wings were definitely the best out of the options that we tried here. Will come back again soon and try some others

Food was excellent and the staff was super nice! I did have to wait a long time to get my burger but the entire area was super cozy and relaxing so I didn't mind waiting.

Very friendly and quick service at this restaurant located in the Sheraton Galleria. The ribs appetizer ($8 for 3 ribs) was delicious. And although I specifically asked if the Chef cooks steaks as ordered- stating in most restaurants you order medium rare but still get medium well- I was assured I would get exactly what I ordered. Well I ordered medium rare...but got medium well. The waiter made sure to check back with me to see if it was okay, but I didn't feel like complaining or waiting to have it made again so I ate it away and it tasted pretty good. Great restaurant I will visit again next time I stay at the hotel.

It's a lobby lounge in a Sheraton, but the food's not bad or too overpriced. Not a destination by any means, but convenient and has plenty of variety.

I've patronized this place twice in the past year. Both times have been a pleasure. They have reasonably priced food and drinks. I've had both the chili and the fish tacos. Beer selection is diverse and not as expensive as most hotel beers. I didn't feel like they were taking advantage of me like most hotel bar and restaurants- as far as price gouging goes. Bar tenders and servers have been consistently friendly and prompt.

Is my first time coming to Dallas and stay at Sheraton by The Galleria was my best option ever. The lounge/bar Red Eye is incredible awesome and is just right there after a front desk area. I love eating at the Red Eye. The food, service and drinks are great. I love the ribs, steak and salmon. They also have vegan options like impossible burger that is really juicy and tasty (I'm not vegan but I got one and now I'm a new fan). The servers and bartenders are friendly and attentively, the bar have a big variety of liquors, draft beers (includes local ones)and a big menu of cocktails. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. I like to chat with my friends for awhile after finish our meals and we've ever felt rushed or pressured to leave. Kudos to the management and staff for providing quantity food, service and atmosphere. Highly recommended.

There is no place to find their menu online so I'm adding a few of those pics. You're welcome! I had been thinking about the PB & Jelicious wings all day and they were out! Whomp whomp! So disappointing! So I ordered the mac n cheese balls and they were very creamy and delicious! Also ordered the homemade peach cobbler. Awesome! And huge portion!! I saw a few other items as I was sitting there that all looked good and I wanted to get pics for ya'all but is that weird to have a stranger come up to your food for a photo shoot? These things all looked worthy of being ordered: burgers, flatbread, salads, and the pulled chicken in cheesy buffalo sauce which is served on chips by the way! Basically everything. You can get anything here and not be disappointed. The service was very friendly and attentive!

Red eye was an amazing experience . All of the food came out fresh and it was very quick . The cocktails were very good!

Al the bartender 11/10 best bartender. food was good and had drinks going all night. When I visit Dallas again will definitely be staying at this hotel so I can drink at the bar again.

I had drinks and dined here while staying at the Sheraton Galleria. This was in July of 2020 in the midst of the Covid crisis so the bar/restaurant closed early. That being said the service was excellent. There was only one bartender/server around 9:00 pm- they closed at 10:00 pm this Sunday but anyhow- this guy was on top of things and made GREAT drinks. Granted, the drinks are slightly overpriced but it's what to expect at a hotel bar. If you're a Jack Daniels guy this menu is a must. Whiskey Sour w Gentleman's Jack was great and the Lynchburg Lemonade and French Martini are delicious. Great turkey burger as well and relaxed environment!

This restaurant/bar is located inside the Sheraton Dallas at the Galleria, where I come every month for business travel. I usually take customers to dinner outside the hotel, but when I have work to do and decide to stay in, I have no qualms about eating here. The portions are generous, the food is high quality, and the prices are moderate for a hotel restaurant. $20 for a ribeye with two sides. You can't beat that! The burgers and salads are all very good too! The service is always spot on and the food comes out hot and fast, so when you're staying at the Sheraton and don't want to leave the hotel, just walk on down to the Red Eye!

I have only had the fries food wise(they were great) but I have also had plenty of drinks and I tell you they can definitely make some good drinks. Will be hitting the bar again tonight!

Amazing Staff, Good Food, Quesadillas and Steaks are great! Get an Old Fashion from Al too
