Went here for a work dinner and wow - super impressed! The sushi was amazing with lots of different options and varieties. It was a little on the pricey end, but not much more than other places. The inside is really cool and calming also. There is a decent amount of parking in front, and the restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating. If you're looking for a nice date spot or hangout, this is worth checking out. It's a nicer spot but still casual vibes - which is dope.

Google
Twas very very good. My server was very knowledgeable and made my solo dining experience very enjoyable. I ordered the truffle Parmesan fries, hot n sweet pizza, and the 3 cheese pasta. Everything was amazing but the fries were the star of the show.

Google
What a disappointment. They were not all that busy, yet I waited for someone to serve me, it took awhile to even get water. A table seated a few minutes after me had water brought right away. Toward the end of eating I went up to the bar to get a water refill since I seemed a bit invisible. The biggest negative was the $17 bowl. At a place like this and at this price point I expect high quality and fresh ingredients that are done in a way that they have an interesting texture and are flavorful. The beef was sliced thin and not tender. The broccoli was over cooked. Carrots were in little cubes. There was a little corn in there. What a rip off. Fresh kitchen makes a much better bowl. My gold standard is Bare Naked Kitchen. I wish I went there for lunch today instead. Lesson learned. The parking area needs attention. Better signs that you can see - not hidden by vegetation, and spaces marked better.

I recently visited Water + Flour and had a mixed experience. The truffle fries were the star of the meal—crispy, perfectly seasoned, and bursting with rich truffle flavor. They were absolutely irresistible and a must-try for anyone dining here. However, I was a bit let down by the sushi. The portions were smaller than expected, and the flavors lacked the freshness and boldness I was hoping for. It fell short of my expectations. That said, the hospitality was outstanding. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we felt welcome throughout the entire meal. Five stars for their excellent service!

Google
Such a nice place for a casual dinner with friends. We had California bowls and they were both phenomenal and tasty. You can choose your base which is a nice option as well. The bowls are flavorful, great variety of textures, and fantastic to eat. Definitely coming back!

Water and Flour is a place of delight in Soho. The perfect blend of various cuisines offered to delight each and every person. They offer Japanese, American, Italian, and Mexican. This is an ideal place to dine at as you can make it the ideal experience you picture. It can be a quick in and out dine with casual dress, but you can also have a fancy dining experience. This was not my first time dining at this place, and it is safe to say they amaze me each time. The servers are all super sweet and willing to do anything for you. I never had a time where I was sitting there waiting to be served needing something. The décor is welcoming and I always recommend siting outside in the tropical temperatures with palm trees hugging you by all corners. There drink menu is not the biggest one but they do offer basically anything you would want. They have various cocktails, bubbly and rose, red wine, white wine, beer, and seltzers. We got the Snoop’s Garden cocktail which is gin, strawberry basil shrub, agave, and lemon juice. I like the sweeter side of things when it comes to drinks. If you do not like sweet drinks, this is not the one for you unfortunately. However, it is such a refreshing drink that is full of flavor. We started with two apps, the crispy rice with spicy ahi tuna and the volcano roll. The crispy rice was a perfect blend of crunchy, creamy, and fresh tasting. The sriracha aloli brought it all together making the tuna taste even better. The 8-roll sushi was filled to the brim bringing all tastes of the ocean together. It included crab, shrimp, cucumber, avocado, scallions, a kabayaki glaze, sriracha aloli, and sesame aioli. My server was very polite and recommended to get an extra side of aloli which was a perfect addition. The sushi was one of the best rolls I have had in Tampa even considering restaurants that purely only offer sushi. For our entrees, we got the mushroom marsala fresh pasta and the Tuscan brick oven pizza. Personally, I believe rigatoni is the best pasta option to go with. The marsala wine mushroom sauce was on the thicker side. The creamy sauce was perfect and I will definitely be getting this again in the future. My boyfriend was very satisfied with the 6 slice 12-inch personal pizza. The dough was fluffy in the crust but the naturally fermented sourdough crust had a perfect burn throughout the pie. For those interested in the pizza and pasta, they also have gluten free options as well. You need to check out Water and Flour for the perfect blend of tastes, cuisines, and ambience. They also have specials and happy hour from the hours of 4-7 pm if you’re looking for some good food for a good deal for your buck. Go get the pasta if you want a filling, delicious, and perfect portioned entrée, and make sure to try one of their fresh cocktails! If you go… Where: 1015 S Howard Ave, Tampa, FL 33606 Hours: 11 am to 6 pm Prices: $18-$25 per person

Google
I just dined here for the first time today, along with a great friend, and it was her first time here as well. Not only was the atmosphere, the options, and the food all wonderfully terrific, but our server was absolutely outstanding! If the food had turned out to be just ok, Monica alone would be reason enough to return again. She gave us incredible recommendations, explained how modifications could be easily made for many of the options since my friend is a vegetarian, and her overall great vibe is exactly what any business should dream of having to represent their establishment. My friend and I will both return, this time bringing our husbands, so we can once again enjoy the great food and Monica’s impeccable service!

Google
The food is great, the environment is lovely. The prices are hefty but worth it. The kids pizza was handmade, the chicken fingers were great! My picky eaters were happy. The sushi was fresh and filling. We are genuinely happy we stumbled upon this spot as we are from brandon and were enjoying a day out in tampa 😀

Jacklyn W.

Yelp
Just moved to the area and this is our new favorite spot. Food is delicious, fresh, and they have SO many options! Service and ambiance is 10/10 as well. We will definitely be back to try the sushi and pizza as it looks delicious.

Yelp
I got the three-cheese truffle pasta, and it was to die for! We also got truffle fries to split, and everything was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was pretty busy when we came--maybe it was happy hour or college students pregaming before hitting up SoHo, but who knows? The food was so good, and I honestly can't complain--just a bit of a wait. The place has a super cool, very Tampa vibe, and I love the variety of food options. Definitely worth coming back for!

Yelp
The ambiance is wonderful. It's a very relaxed environment and a nice spot to catch up over a meal. The food is really tasty. The menu is a tad overwhelming with so many options in various different cuisines. Service is a bit slower than expected for a fast causal environment. Staff is absolutely lovely though.

Yelp
Water & Flower is a gem for healthy eaters, offering an impressive variety of bowls and salads. The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was fun, making it an ideal spot for a brunch. The crispy tuna rice at lunch was a steal at just $10! Not only was it delicious, but the portion size was generous. The edamame was simple but spot-on, and the kale and Cali salad was delicious! Our server also brought us over a slice of tres leche cake and it was so good!! Whether you're health-conscious or just looking for a great meal in soho, I highly recommend stopping by Water & Flower!

Yelp
Great Happy Hour 7 days a week. Drink specials and food specials can be ordered to the bar or at any table. No take out on Happy Hour. Great outside seating too.

Amanda K.

Yelp
My friend and I came for lunch and ate at the bar. The ambiance was nice and service was adequate. We ordered the truffle fries for an appetizer. There was a good portion of fries for two people. The fries were okay. Not the best I ever had but not the worst I ever had. I ordered the Original Poke Bowl and it was a good serving but not enough kale for me. The bowl was just okay as well. Not the best I have had but not the worst I have had. My friend ordered a roll that was usually on the dinner menu but they made it for her because they had the ingredients. That was really nice. Overall, Water and Flour was an average experience. I will try their dinner service to see how it compares. If you are looking for a neat atmosphere try Water and Flour.

Yelp
Came here per recommendation by a local waitress at a different restaurant. I ordered the shrimp roma pasta with rigatoni pasta. I really liked the slightly al dente pasta, and the sauce was nice and light but very flavorful. The shrimp had good size and wonderful texture. As a table, we also ordered: edamame (with garlic lime butter), sourdough flatbread, and Parmesan truffle fries. The edamame and the fries had such good butter and umami flavor -- we couldn't stop eating them! We also split the tiramisu and chocolate toffee mousse cake for dessert. The tiramisu has a very light coffee flavor, but the highlight is the soft and fluffy consistency. I liked the richness of the chocolate in the mousse, with a slight hint of toffee. The waitress was very attentive and answered all our questions with good knowledge and insight. The inside has diner-esque tables with a mixture of wooden and modern fixtures. Overall a good experience! A good recommendation

Yelp
I came here for their sushi Wednesday deals and the sushi didn't disappoint. I was disappointed that my sushi wasn't wrap in seaweed like I asked. Otherwise I got a drink that was a special and it was delicious! There's a parking lot too otherwise there's street parking if it's full. Overall ambience was cute and server was great!

Yelp
I was really looking forward to trying this place and sadly was very disappointed by it. We ordered through Uber eats. Everything was packaged nicely and delivered on time. Unfortunately, the food was just bad. The nachos were only meh, but nachos are one of those things that are very hard to mess up. The burritos were not good at all and weren't worth continuing to eat. Very disappointed by this place. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't come back.

Yelp
Had a very delicious guac for an app here - comes with both chips and fresh crunchy veg like jicama, carrots, and cucumber. My GF Tuscan pizza was also extremely filling and full of flavor. Seems like a rice-based dough that was very enjoyable to eat.

Yelp
I went for brunch and it was so good! I got the papas y huevos and it was so delicious! The portions sizes were really big and the brunch prices were around 12$-16$ for food! The service was really quick. the restaurant had really nice decor and was really cute on the inside as well. I would really recommend this place and want to come back for either dinner or lunch!

Yelp
Great little place in south Tampa to kick back as a local. Young crowd, cool scene, good food. Love their weekday happy-hour specials featuring a vodka mule and froze cocktail as well as deals on sushi, pizza, edamame, and more. Service is friendly and fast. The parking lot is small, but there is additional parking available next door.

Yelp
Checked out this restaurant for happy hour and boy am I glad I did. The service here was amazing. I was greeted immediately and quickly given a table. I came in about 2 minutes before the end of happy hour and was still able to order happy hour food. Our server was such a sweetheart and was super accommodating. I went with the Crispy Rice witth Ahi Tuna and the truffle fries and the portion size for the fries were large so plan on sharing or taking leftovers. The crispy rice had a nice crunch and the tuna was soooooo smooth it melted in my mouth! I definitely recommend this place if you're in the area !

Yelp
My friends and I were looking for a good place to get lunch and stumbled upon this place. We ordered sushi and pasta, and I loved the wide array of food they had to offer. Parking was a bit limited, but we went early so it wasn't too bad. Will definitely come again!

Yelp
Very low key looking place in downtown tampa, keep an eye out or you could miss the entrance. The place is decorated very pretty, very photogenic on the inside so a good place to take groups for an event. they have a large drink selection and a happy hour menu with great prices, 6" pizza is only 5 dollars so a really great deal. Burger bun was really soggy when we ordered and the salad dressings were not good, i tried the default that came with the cali chopped salad and a vinaigrette, and the second was almost like peanut butter consistency it was very weird. pasta was great though so just avoid the salad and burgers.

Yelp
Stopped for lunch after walking around market in Hyde park. Lots of healthy choices. I had the hot and crunchy ahi tuna bowl. It was delicious without feeling of a heavy meal. Prices were reasonable parking a challenge.

Yelp
Water + Flour kickstarted my 2024 obsession with caesar salad. I've gone back twice in the last month just for their chicken caesar, which makes me laugh. For some reason when it gets hot, I want caesar, and W+F does it well!! In the last two visits, I've tried both the caesar with blackened chicken (LOVE) and the poke bowl (double LOVE). I always think of W+F in hindsight, to be honest, it's rarely my first choice, but I'm always happy when I go! The service is great, the food comes out pretty quick, and there's a ton of different options.
google avatar

Yelp
Everything was great except the parking, that is a bit of a challenge but aren't most places in SOHO. I had the sourdough flatbread (it is an app) and the meatball app as my main course. Both were fresh and sooooo good! Our server was very nice and helpful....very attentive. Even though it is open diner concept, it was not loud. Nice bar and plenty sitting inside and out. My friend had the spicy nachos and took half home! Good portion. The guacamole is fresh and so are their tortillas!! We will be back for sure!
google avatar

Rebecca V.

Yelp
Oh my goodness, this place is good! The wait can be long for larger groups, so we opted to sit outside where it seemed quieter anyway. The food here was amazing and is great for sharing.

Yelp
We love an eclectic menu in this household. Weekend brunch, we sat next to a group of college kids each drinking an individual bottle of bubbly, apparently a weekend brunch special titled "the heavy pour". As my baby sat in his high chair and stared at their shenanigans, my wife and I contemplated a menu that was half Italian, half sushi, and half American (bowls and wraps and such). For weekend brunch they had a four half menu, off of which we ordered tres leches French toast and some potato dish, the name of which I cannot recall. Prices were so good that I couldn't help myself; I also went for a sushi roll (spicy tuna/avocado/tempura onion). Everything was a hit. This seems crazy to say about a roll from an Italian/american/sushi fusion restaurant, but my roll was the best I've had in Tampa. The potato monstrosity that I can only describe as French fry nachos with an egg on it was great too. Crispy fries, melt cheese, guacamole, pico, egg... goodies galore. The French toast was dessert for breakfast in the best kind of way. All of this for barely over $30. We were stuffed. We hardly scratched the surface of the menu. How is the Italian food? The bowls? The other rolls? I will be back.

Yelp
Water + Flour has a variety of dishes on the menu. It has everything from sushi to pizza. There flavors are plentiful and if you aren't in the mood for pizza, there's plenty of other things to try I chose a chicken bowl. It was filling and healthy. The flavors were spicy good too. The service was friendly and quick. The interior reminds me of retro old Florida. It's a fun place with a menu for all.

Yelp
First off, all of the Ciccio locations are amazing. I went to Ciccio Water + Flour for lunch with a friend and everything was great. I had a chicken teriyaki bowl and it was well seasoned and tasty! The server was also very attentive and friendly. The menu also has a great variety with reasonable prices.
google avatar

Yelp
Stopped by on a Tuesday, had a great time eating sushi, chicken quesadillas & carne asada tacos. Water + Flour is awesome and will def be returning for future visits. Stopped by again and the service was great, the ambiance was fantastic. It was a rainy day and gloominess set the mood just right with the interior design of the establishment. The happy hour from 3 to 6 pm is where you get the most bang for your buck. Stop by and see what Water + Flour is all about. You won't be disappointed!

Yelp
Love this menu and place. Waitresses left for 30 minutes after we were done eating and forget to bring us the check. The kale salad highly lacked toppings but the tuna was delicious - barely any goat cheese and the rice was no where to be found. Again, I really love the menu and food, but they really skimped on the toppings for the salad. Would love to try something sometime though. Calming atmosphere with nice decor

Yelp
I have lived in south Howard for a few years now and this is one of my go to restaurants week after week! It's relaxed and chill while still being nice. My boyfriend and I recently had a waitress named Sarah who was AMAZING!! You can't go wrong with any of the sushi or pizza options.
google avatar

Breaunna O.

Yelp
Great place! Super cheap as well! Food was really good ! Smaller menu, but that is ok. We made reservations, but I don't think you need them.
google avatar

Olesya P.

Yelp
We made a reservation for Saturday brunch. We were seated immediately, however service wasn't very good. We were waiting forever for our waitress to come in and get the order. Then forever to get a check. Not very good service. She also wasn't particularly nice and didn't really care that she made us wait so long. Inside place is set up like a diner but a very fancy one. They also have some outdoor seating. Parking is limited. Food selection is pretty extensive. You can get sushi, pizza, pasta, salads. We had kale salad which was pretty delicious. Guacamole was very sweet, not to my taste. Pizza was very high quality! Sushi was just alright. Overall food is 4/5 stars! You can find something you like in the menu. However service was terrible, slow, not nice, etc.

Yelp
So fantastic you won't be able to resist coming back!!! I'm in town for work from Atlanta, and came here with a local friend last night. The service and food was so fantastic that I actually brought my (kinda) local family here the next night. Great drink selections, fun daily specials and plenty of vegan options- just pinch me. It's the best hidden gem in Tampa! The first visit I got the green peace sushi roll and a vegan pizza with their vegan ricotta cheese and mushrooms and my friend got a sushi roll and their hot & sweet pizza. We shared a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. SO FREAKING GOOD!!! I loved it so much that when my family came up from Port Charlotte and Gulfport to have dinner with me while I was in town, I suggested this place (second night in a row for me-happens: never), and everyone from my 82yr old grandma to my 30yr old cousin got something they loved. Some of the items we got were: the plant-based Alfredo (LOVELY), Jimmy's meatball over pomodoro & buccatini (grandma loved it), tuna tataki (fishing-loving aunt said it was incredible) crispy rice w/ spicy ahi tuna (cousin thoroughly enjoyed) & green peace roll (I love me some vegan sushi, it was vibrant and fresh and delish, which is why i got it both times I came). Seriously where else can you get sushi, pasta and pizza that ALSO has a full bar and the best servers?? So time for a shout-out to Stephanie, she was so fantastic the first night that I requested her to host my family tonight, and she crushed it. Everyone is so nice, the hostess took a dozen photos for us and even the manager stopped by to check on things. It was overall an incredible evening. Just lost my grandpa recently and cannot explain how wonderful it was to take three generations out for dinner at such a wonderful and unique spot. I will say, it can be a little loud, and the quality is reflected in the prices... but the service, food, overall atmosphere and quality of staff far outweigh the higher price point and volume level. Cannot wait to come back into town to indulge in this fantastic little wonder of Tampa again.

Yelp
Food was terrific! Went for bunch, and all of us cleared our plates. The Bloody Mary was pretty good also. French toast was a 10! I'll be back for sure!
google avatar

Yelp
Yay for happy hour! Went on a Wednesday and sat at the bar with a friend. Interesting spot almost like a test kitchen with everything from country to Asian to American to Italian dishes. We enjoyed the house margaritas, frose, sushi salmon with jalapeño, and fries. The bartender was so lovely and attentive.
google avatar

Samantha E.

Yelp
I visited Water + Flower for lunch on a weekday. There were two of us and we were seated immediately at a both. Our wonderful server came over quickly and gave us menus and brought us drinks. We went for a random assortment of food, pizza not pictured because it came out really late and we just ate it! Apparently they burnt the first one. The tuna was really good and if you want something on really healthy side I highly recommend. The nachos and pizza both really really good but obviously not healthy. We did fulfill all of our cravings at once during this lunch and it was all good! That's winning!
google avatar

Steven B.

Yelp
Stayed nearby on a business trip and wanted lunch close by. Friendly attentive staff. They have a variety of different foods on the menu, burritos, sushi, wraps, sandwiches, etc. I had the chipotle chicken burrito which was very good. Grilled chicken, rice, avocado served with a chipotle dipping sauce. Served with excellent seasoned fries. Would definitely recommend.
google avatar

Eleanor P.

Yelp
Just enjoyed a wonderful dinner here! The Cesar salad is one of my favorites and the hot honey pizza makes my eyes roll to the back of my head The entire staff is always so pleasant and sweet and the vibe was dope per usual. Thanks for continuously crushing it! PRO TIP: get the edamame garlic sauce for the pizza to dip the crust in

Yelp
It's an interesting menu. I'm not really a fan of restaurants that server various cuisines, because to me it feels like they don't have an identity. Water + Flour was a bit different because they incorporate the food to match the restaurant's name. I'm assuming that water is for sushi and flour is for pizza. Then I saw they also have tacos and bowls, the Mexican food threw me off. We tried the Spicy Brazilian bowl and two rolls of the simple sushi. I really liked the sushi, but the bowl was not worth the price. I felt like Cava across the street servers a better bowl for much less. We sat at the bar and the service was excellent, I felt welcome and it was quick. Overall, it was a good experience, but I wouldn't order the same Spicy Brazilian bowl. We've heard Water + Flour is great spot for Happy Hour, so I'll most likely go next for Happy Hour.
google avatar

Kristin A.

Yelp
My first time here and everything was soooo good! Highly recommend the spicy Brazilian nachos I couldn't stop eating them lol. The service was amazing and our waitress gave us all the best options to try based on what we liked! Can't wait to return :)

Yelp
A few friends and I had decided to dine at Water + Flour after needing to make a quick decision on dinner. We went with this restaurant as we knew it had sushi on the menu, which was what we were looking for. I thought this place was so great for how cute and quaint it was! We sat outside and enjoyed some fresh sushi along with a few other dishes. Service was good. Ultimately, I think Water + Flour is nice for a quick stop! It was a little smaller inside than expected but still was impressed with what they had to offer with such a last minute stop.
google avatar

Amber W.

Yelp
So glad I finally tried this place for lunch the other day. Parking was a little difficult even mid-day so just something to keep in mind. We were seated quickly and our server was great! He was very friendly, attentive, and accommodating since we had two little ones at our table. The Slam-Rita was the perfect, fun summer drink! Would 100% order again. The cacio e Pepe was just ok for me but everyone else really enjoyed their dishes. Would definitely come back!
google avatar

Devon O.

Yelp
Huge menu with an option for everyone. The bowls all looked good and it was so hard to choose, but we ended up with the Spicy Brazilian bowl and the poke bowl. They were both loaded with toppings and flavor. Good ambiance and service as well, and we enjoyed our meal a lot

Yelp
Back in college I used to come to this restaurant all the time. I don't know what happened, but the quality has decreased a lot. Recently, my friends and I went to Water + Flour for old times sake. I ordered my usual, which is the hot and crunchy tuna bowl. It was horrible. I don't know what they did to the tuna, but it was so salty I couldn't finish it. Our server had to take it back. Thankfully she didn't charge me for it, which would've been $19. Also, the tempura onion wasn't crispy, it was soggy. The rest of the ingredients tasted fine. I'm just sad I couldn't enjoy my bowl the way I remembered it. At least the service is still good. Our server was very understanding and friendly. She was constantly checking up on us and making sure we still had a good time even after what happend with the food. They need to check their AC though. There were drops of water falling on my friend's face as she was trying to eat. It was also very cold where we got seated.

Yelp
Water + flour is my favorite of the ciccio group restaurants. I love the variety of options they have. You want a a carby bowl of fresh pasta but your boyfriend wants a healthy bowl of veggies? Water + flour. You want takeout pizza with a side of sushi and edamame? Water + flour. While it might seem odd to have such a wide range of options, everything is consistent and always very well done. My personal favorites are the hot and sweet pizza, three cheese truffle pasta and spicy Brazilian bowl. They also have some great happy hour deals and weekday specials. This place is cool, eclectic, laid back, and vibey.
google avatar

Renelle W.

Yelp
Another Ciccio family restaurant group located in south Tampa. The menu is slightly different from its sister location in New Tampa. A highlight is the everyday happy hour, giving working folks like myself an opportunity to experience it on a Saturday. The food didn't blow my socks off but I enjoyed the vibe and the service. I think I prefer the food at the New Tampa location. Parking is also a bit limited in the area so prepare accordingly.

Yelp
Excellent customer service! Restaurant is always very clean. Food is delicious definitely recommend the Brazilian rice bowl. Very affordable would definitely recommend this place.

Yelp
First time customer. Service Ambiance Food Visited for lunch on a Friday. Arrived around 11:30a and there was plenty of seating to choose from. By 11:30p the inside was almost full. Loved the vibe. Inside and outside seating, plus a bar. Even when the restaurant was full it didn't seem loud. They have TVs at the bar, but I don't recall audio. Two members of my party were repeat customers and two of us were new. Monica took EXCELLENT care of us. I was the first to arrive. When she learned I was new she took her time and walked me around the menu. At no point did we have to hunt her down. She was attentive, personable and nice. When she learned that we were celebrating a birthday she let us know the celebrant was entitled to a courtesy tiramisu, as were two of us as first timers. We shared two orders and they were the best any of us have ever had. I don't even like tiramisu, but I def could have eaten an order by myself! All of our meals were delicious, as were our appetizers. Bathroom was clean. Didn't order anything from the bar. Without question, I will be back.

Yelp
Had a weeknight date night after work at Water + Flour. Our favorite is the plant-based avocado toasta. It happened to be happy hour until 6pm and taco Tuesday with $3 tacos and Coronas. Hands down the Brazilian taco was the best! Creamy, flavorful, with avocado and fried jalapeños. We can't wait to come back again and will always find Water + Flour as our favorite place to eat in Tampa. Our server was incredible and she was patient, informative, and brought us all the tacos we wanted.

Yelp
Perfect pre-concert meal!! Came here before a concert at Raymond James with a 4:30 reservation. Probably could have gotten a table without a reservation, but made one just to be safe. There was plenty of parking and it was only a 15 minute drive to the stadium after. The restaurant had an overall great vibe inside with good music and nice lighting. You can't beat the Happy Hour prices. Excellent place to have good food and cheap drinks before a concert and avoid the stadium prices. We ordered a variety of foods off the Happy Hour menu and loved everything! Focaccia bread - the dipping sauce was stellar Uptown Truffle Fries Spicy Ahi Tuna roll Avocado roll 1/2 simple pizza For drinks, we got the Frosé which had a good flavor but was hard to drink because it was so icy, and the Beach Blonde Ale (always good). They only had one High Noon flavor (watermelon) which was a little disappointing. Our server was fantastic! Very friendly and helpful and didn't rush us as we wanted to hang out a while before concert. Can't wait to come back to try their brunch and dinner options!

Yelp
This place is so cute! I love the energy inside and easy parking. I ordered the basil pomodoro and for the first time in a long time I didn't cry into my plant based pasta dish because it was delicious! I asked for the ricotta on the side as I was skeptical but it was great. I look forward to returning and trying more options on the menu. The drinks were really good as well and the fries were perfection crispy outside fluffy inside. This will be a regular on my restaurant rotation without a doubt!

Yelp
Came back to Water + Flour after some months, per the recommendation of my friend to come for their happy hour. So glad I did! Their happy hour deals from 3-6pm include Moscow mules for $5 and discounts on sushi rolls and apps. I got the crispy rice with tuna and loved it! My favorite roll I've had here is the Dino & Jimmy. Overall, I'll probably only be coming here for happy hour specials or else their portions are a little small for the steep prices. However, my friend got their teriyaki bowl which looked FANTASTIC. Solid place, fun atmosphere and reliably good food!

Yelp
Our food was delicious. Having an option for everyone made our meal so enjoyable. The pasta, the sushi, the crispy rice, and Spanish bowl tasted fantastic. The service was attentive and kind.

Yelp
Sat at the bar to watch the Lightning game, the service and drinks were good but the food is ok. My fiancé and I ordered a few rolls of simple sushi and these were decent the spicy Brazilian bowl was a let down. I think the menu is a little all over the place so they don't really have a speciality per se. The pricing is also a little high for a place that gives off a laid back vibe with the food and decor.
