Such a pleasant accident to drive by this place while needing coffee. The coffee was self serve with a lot of milk and syrup options. The bread and pastries are freshly baked every day and offering half off for bread the next day. Definitely coming back!

Well I ordered a pumpkin cheesecake on the 9th of December to pick up today on December 20th as I am leaving out of state for Christmas. Well I was told the manager was boxing it up I couldn't resist buying a cheddar klebosnik. Then the manager came to me and she said she was super disappointed but the pumpkin cheesecake didn't set up correctly and she wasn't about to give me subpar quality food. Understandably she was concerned I would be displeased. But quickly I thought to myself If not getting my pumpkin cheesecake today is the worst part of my day it's a pretty good day, things happen no biggie. She offered another cheesecake if I wanted of course I was set on the pumpkin cheesecake so she offered I come at 7:00 in the morning and she would have it ready and another cheesecake for the error. I couldn't have been more surprised and pleased, I'll just be leaving a couple hours later than I planned but I'll be the guy who shows up with two amazing cheesecakes so it's still a win! Thank you so much central kitchen, once again, I cannot wait!

Everything we ordered was incredibly delicious and flavorful. Highly recommend the Nutella muffin. The bathrooms were clean. And I love the vibe inside and outside.

I was only in town for a bit, and I thought this place was cute! I went in and had a wonderful time. The staff and manager were not only knowledgeable about all of their pastries, but had such positive energies! Loved the selection, and definitely gonna come by when I’m in town again! Next time I’m coming earlier before they sell out!

Great little spot. A larger variety of drinks to choose from is just what this place needs. And they need to move the bus boy bin away from the front door. The last thing you want to see while sitting by the window, enjoying the view, is a bin full of dirty dishes and half eaten food.

I love supporting small businesses—especially when I’m back in my hometown. With that being said… I highly recommend you take a few more steps and support Lucy’s Snackbar instead. After a nice walk on the bayfront, my parents and I were looking for a coffee and happened across this place. I had my friendly, well-mannered, well-trained, leashed support/service dog with me, fully planning to order, pay, and sit outside. Unfortunately, after taking just a few steps inside—before I even had the chance to read a single word on the menu, and without so much as a polite “good morning”—I was approached by an employee who rudely confronted me with: “You can’t be inside here with a dog. You have to go outside.” In that moment, I was reminded that I was back in good ol’ Texas… no longer in dog-friendly Atlanta. When I attempted to explain that he is indeed a support/service animal and that I even had signed documentation pulled up on my phone from my physician, I was interrupted with, “Where’s his service-animal harness?” MA’AM. If that’s all it would’ve taken to satisfy your small mind, I could’ve gotten one for $9.99 on Amazon. I figured actual documentation would do better. We weren’t even given the chance to quickly order and enjoy our coffee outside as planned. So we left and walked into Lucy’s Snackbar, where they had a dog bowl with fresh water, lots of smiles, pets for my dog, and free treats. The environment was infinitely more inviting, the staff was friendly, and it was exactly the kind of establishment Corpus needs.

This bakery is half the reason I go to Corpus! The vibes are a whole other level of cozy! Every single pastry will make you want more. The cranberry orange scone is my favorite. The staff is super friendly and helpful and they warm up your pastry in a brick oven which is so cool!!
