Tampa’s Riverwalk, highlighted in Travel + Leisure’s city guides, connects families to outdoor art installations, playgrounds, and local eateries along the Hillsborough River. Water Works Park, just off the Riverwalk, features splash zones, picnic areas, and frequent community events. This independently managed space is a favorite gathering spot and offers a taste of local life, whether you rent bikes, take a water taxi, or simply enjoy the lively river views.

I love this place. We went the whole family this Sunday in the afternoon until the evening. The dog park is very well conditioned (it always has water and enough bags) the water area for the children is also clean and has enough bathrooms for the whole family. Everything is very clean and cared for. The park in general is always clean. My girl scratched her knee playing in the park and a park worker quickly helped us and even gave us a bandage for the girl. He was very kind and respectful to us. I wish there were more people that kind! I recommend this place 💯 We forgot to ask him his name, I only know that he is a tall young man who looked Hispanic

This playground is located near the city center and not far from the well-known Armatour Works with a wonderful view of the river and a walking area. We visited this place with friends for the first time and we really liked it. The entrance to the site is through a gate, and the playground is fenced. On the territory of the site, there are gazebos, toilets, a playground with mountains, various sports equipment, and an area with water fountains that can perfectly cool your child. The territory is clean and well-groomed, and there are benches. I recommend visiting with children, and then you can walk nearby in wonderful locations.

Really nice water park for kids. Safe, Enclosed, Restrooms. Bring lunch and, or Snacks for the kids. Remember to be Respectful and Teach Your Children to be Respectful of Other Children and Adults. When I see this all the kids get along well. It Starts with the Parents. Your behavior, Speech, Attitude, and Discipline goes a long way to Being Examples to Your Children. No matter what the Age. This way Everyone can have a Pleasant, Joyful time without adding to the chaos around us. It Starts with You. Let each of Us Do Our Part. Go Enjoy the Water Park with your Kids and Neighbors.

Great place for kids, adults and dogs. Playground for kids and they walk and run through various waters, a large open area to run , jog or walk your dogs, and clean, well kept bathrooms. There are eateries nearby and the whole place is edged by the beautiful river. There are tile signs that explain the life forces under water. Beautiful, welcoming area.

The water area for kids is great. It has spouts of water coming up and a couple of obstacles for them to run around. There are g great restaurants and sitting areas around the park as well. Prices vary for eating and drinks. Pet friendly.
