Avoid this hotel at all costs. It's expensive, smells bad, is in poor condition, and they don't take responsibility for the terrible experience they provide. You'd be better off sleeping on the street than spending a night here!

This place is disgusting. Their rooms are very dirty, there’s bugs and spider webs inside the rooms, mold in the room and writing on some parts of the wall. When I stayed there I opened the closet and someone else’s clothes were hanging in there. The window screen had been pulled out and left behind the drawers. I would never in my life go back there again. The room’s appearance and customer service were the worst. When my husband asked for a refund after we had stayed there for 10 minutes, the manager/owner asked why and my husband explained the rooms conditions, he responded by stating that the room we were in was the best room he had. Don’t waste your money or time at this place.

do not clean the room so well the bathroom door have all handprints and stains on it I have to wipe it down myself with soap and water and a washcloth the marble piece on the floor under the bathroom door besides will fill with dirt how to clean it. We stay there one night. Because other things weren't so clean made me nervous sleeping in the bed I can't even use the bedspread cuz I was thinking to myself did the last person who did they clean it. One thing I must say is that the gentleman that works in the office was very nice and very helpful with other things and we greatly appreciate that I just think they're cleaning lady needs to be a little bit more efficient otherwise it's quiet air conditioner worked refrigerator worked the water pressure was fine. Costs $80 a night. Will provide a few plastic cups (sealed), a few towels (with stains), and television (one channel - Univision). The bed was clean and made and the floor was vacuumed. The bathroom was not well cleaned (many stains) and contained the occasional insect. Two small bars of soap were provided along with two rolls of toilet paper (one already opened). There was a closet with a few hangers. There was a table with two chairs. There is ample shelving space for clothes. Air conditioning worked very well. Overall, pretty gross but somewhat tolerable if you have supplies.

Don't do it!! I do a lot of travelling and have written a great deal of reviews. I always try to be positive or find something good in any place. I can't do it here. This place is the most dirty rundown hotel I have ever seen. I have know idea why this place is even allowed to be open. We were going to a big Christmas Eve party in Croton on the Hudson. This place was close by. The outside looked decent from a distance. The price was decent and we were in Crotton on the Hudson.Figured it was only one night anyhow. First of all, the room had an over bearing smell of cigarettes. Not a scent, I mean overwhelming. The walls had dirt running down them. When I went to look in the closet, the door came off in my hands. The furniture looked like something you would see on the side of a highway. All the drawers were off track. Anything that was painted white was now filthy. You could almost see through the towels they were that old. Taking a shower in this rathole was never a thought anyhow. The bed spread had burn holes in it. The sheets looked clean but the sleeping experience was awful because of the overall dirtiness of this place. This place is worse than one of those seedy hotels you see in the old movies. It honestly should be condemned. I would give it no stars or negative stars but the review format won't allow me to. Stay away...run!

Very Disgusting, No Soap, No Towels , there’s holes in the wall and there’s no WiFi at all. Be aware of the person that is running everything is gonna make you pay A 550$ deposit fee plus an extra 100 for your 1 night stay. Person was very rude by the way, I do not recommend!

Still the nastiest motel around. Disgusting rooms, broken doors, vandalism everywhere, peeling paint, nothing in room but a fridge that smells of rot. An absolutely beautiful part of NY, but you’ll still feel like you’re in a slum. The fact that they charge $90 is a joke, but it is the cheapest around. I am curious how anyone could possibly have given this place more than 1-Star (I am extremely tolerant and low-maintenance). Camping would probably be a better choice.

I am pretty sure they are renting some of these rooms by the hour. I have been staying here for about a month. On many nights I will hear a couple having sex due to that very thin walls. They will leave and I will see another car and someone else having sex in the same room.

It's a sad experience to drive through the hotel my family once owned. From 1960 to the early 70s, it was a beautiful vacation spot, a man made lake stocked with game fish, a large pool, row boats, poolside parties..... It was surrounded by woods and peace. Now it's like something from a horror story. It was sold in the late 70s and it got really seedy and outdated. I'm sure it's just a tax write off for some shady enterprise. The property is probably worth a lot if they leveled the place.

This is the absolute worst motel I've ever stayed in. We had to stay here during a reunion because all local hotels were booked up

Is this place even legal? It needs to be shut down ASAP. Mold everywhere. Disgusting smells. Clothes from the previous people were still in the closet and drawers. Stained rugs, dirty towels, random hand prints, broken lights. There is something wrong with every single part of the hotel, including the rude guy in the nasty smelly office. There was literally a DILDO under one of the dressers. Since there are no pictures online, I'll do everyone a favor and post how horrid this place is. Hell on earth.

A little on the expensive side, but the rooms are actually really nice. I love the standing shower and the beds are really comfortable. Free wifi, heat and A/C, and there's a cute little bridge with a brook underneath. Plus it's really close to a lot of restaurants and stuff. I've had a great experience every time I've stayed here.

Literally the worst hotel I can imagine existing. Bugs, stains, burn marks -- if you can think of it, this place has got it. There's a scummy lagoon you have to drive over to get from the manager's office to the rooms... and the bridge is partially collapsed. Looks like it was nice once upon a time, and then the meth addicts from Breaking Bad took it over. Sleep in your car, instead.

Please stay away from this place. The service was terrible, It claimed it had vacancy. We were driving the whole night and needed a place to stay. The attendant seemed to be annoyed that we went to the front desk and ask for a room. He said he didn't want to give us a room. Sorry that you hate your job buddy.The place looked really dirty and gross too..maybe it was for the best
