THE WATERLOT

We had the most amazing dinner last week. From our cocktail at the bar till dessert, the experience was perfect. The mushroom soup to start was exceptional and rich. Both of our steaks were cooked perfectly and the truffle Mac was a must. 10/10!

Some of the best food we have had on the island. But what made it even better was the service. From start to finish, we felt that the manager and waitstaff made sure we were comfortable and happy. Barry Cohen, the manager, and his staff went above and beyond. We learned that finding a cab on XMAS on the island is nearly impossible… Mr. Cohen and his staff worked throughout our meal to find us a ride and when they could not, Mr. Cohen had one of his staff drive us back to our hotel. How’s that for customer service? And the woman who drove us home was so sweet and taught us so much about Bermuda along the way! Will definitely be back to this restaurant when we return to Bermuda.

The food was flavorful, the menu diverse, the ambiance was cozy and elegant, and the service was engaging and efficient. Our server Mahesh was charismatic and humorous which made our experience more enjoyable. Thank you!

Best service by far on the island that I have witnessed, definitely worth a visit. Our waiter was very accommodating and made us feel extremely welcomed. I loved the food and was amazed by the quality of the lobster. This place is on the pricey side but overall I think it is worth it. Huge bonus was that the cocktails were cheaper than in Jasmine at the Fairmont, and they were more delicious.

Amazing to have the Waterlot back!! We had a first class meal last night with first class service. Steaks were seriously good. We sat by the fire with our cocktails before dinner….just like it used to be. Thank you to everyone for making our evening special.

Welcome back. We are so happy Waterlot is open again. Food was delicious. Restaurant was very busy. Our server Raga managed it all well and his service was exceptional.

One of the best restaurants in Bermuda. Cozy ambiance, beautiful presentation, and attentive service. The wedge salad was delicious. The seared jumbo scallops and filet were perfectly cooked. Good dining experience.
