An impromptu boat ride with friends lead us here for dinner. With no idea of what to expect, our first impression was excellent. Our server was great, our food was delicious, docking the boat was super easy and convenient and the atmosphere was awesome!

My family had dinner on Saturday night. Kevin was our server. Everything was excellent. Kevin did an excellent job our food came out super fast, hot and deliciously. The atmosphere was great, band was enjoyable, not too loud. We had the Grilled Octopus, WM Burger, Chicken Alfredo, and the spicy sandwich! All great. Lemon rice soup was perfect. Will definitely be back soon. Pistachio gelato desert was great too!👍👍☺️

I don't even know where to begin with all the fails, but the biggest problem with the manager not addressing the real issue of compensating us for all that we went through. First of all, it took us 15 minutes for the waiter to bring us menus that he disappeared and he was supposed to bring a beer to one of our people and he said that the bar was backed up but a table that sat down behind us had their drinks. We were there an hour and a half before half of the dinners showed up. Their food was cold Then we waited another 15 minutes for the rest of the dinners that never came we then asked for a manager and it took him another 15 minutes to show up, then blamed it on some button that said don't make these dinners which did not make any sense whatsoever, he said he would take care of us but it wasn't another 15 minutes before our dinners came cold and then when we asked our waiter if these two meals would be comped he disappeared for another 15 minutes and came back and said no and then I said I did not want this meal on my bill. It was either going to be comped or I don't want it and take it off the bill. instead of appeasing us for all the hassle that we were given. They took the food away to throw out instead of comping my meal. He gave us a discount off the bill that we probably could have found a coupon for. He did not make the customer feel good about our experience there. The manager did nothing to alleviate everything that went on. The server had not been there very long but he disappeared and did not give us any explanation of why our night went the way it went.

Google
Waitress/bartender was absurdity rude but the waiter who actually brought us our food was the nicest person working there out of 3 workers we talked to and he said he was new. There was a band playing, it was way too loud. I was sitting at the bar and couldn't hear the person next to me. Although they sounded good, too loud for a small space. The salad had bad lettuce and tomatoes, and the kabob was dry despite the dressing it came with. The best thing was the drinks, and the salmon but that's it. Pretty disappointing because the inside of the restaurant is beautiful with great views. After coming here and then reading the reviews, I'm not the only one who had rude workers who don't care about their customers.

Google
Waitress was awesome! Atmosphere was great outside of constant flies and bugs flying in our drinks and water. Definitely didn’t know there was going to be a $5-6 difference paying with a card compared to cash. Wish that would’ve been stated. I’ve been wanting to come here for a very long time but I have no desire to go back. The food was bland as ll get out. I ordered lamb chops, they almost tasted boiled with no seasoning. The drinks, don’t even get me started. My mom isn’t a drinker by no means and she even thought we ordered a mocktail and not a cocktail. It was her bday and I feel like I blew it going there. That was the most lackluster food and drinks I’ve had in a very long time for $160

The food was great everything was made and tasted excellent. Kevin, our waitress was so wonderful explaining the food to us very helpful. The octopus tasted great flame grill flavor.

Google
Paulina was our server, from start to finish we were impressed with her smile and knowledge of the menu. We ordered drinks the number 9 and 7, both were delicious. The cheeseburger egg rolls were hot, fresh and delicious. Pauline suggested the chicken kebab, they did not disappoint, they came out on a tower and were moist and flavorful. Last but not least we had a slice of chocolate cake with raspberry drizzle and vanilla ice cream. The cake was moist. We can't wait to come back. The portions are shareable, we were able to bring home a doggie bag.

Google
The food was excellent. Two of us had the fish and chips. Very tasty. One had the filet. All delicious. We had the calamari which was great. The ice tea was good. Lots of choices for deserts. Melvin was our server and was very personable and made our meal more enjoyable. We are looking forward to coming back during warm weather. The decor and restaurant was wonderful. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Yelp
A group of 7 of us came here for our "W" restaurant. We were seated in a fairly quiet area with a view of the patio & the water. I loved the little water glasses they used, but they WERE very little. The iced tea was really good as well. I ordered the chimichurri chicken. There was a choice of salad or soup and type of starch, and vegetables were also on the plate. I chose a tomato dressing, but I didn't like it; it tasted like pizza sauce. But, my sister let me share her raspberry vinaigrette, so that was sufficient. I'd never had chimichurri before. It was good, and a bit different. My sister had the chicken kabob, and it was served on a long skewer that was hanging from a rod-like thing. It was very impressive! The only reasons I'm not giving this restaurant 5 stars are that the prices are a bit high for what it is, and none of our beverages (water & iced tea) were refilled. But, I would come here again.

Yelp
The amount of one-star reviews is pretty alarming, but I didn't experience any of that. You go to Watermark for the chill, refreshing environment on the water. If you don't care about that, then maybe go somewhere else? Like most, I wouldn't say the food was outstanding, but we enjoyed our fish entrees. It's not something that would prevent us from returning. The drinks were good. The food was good. The service was good. After eating on the water, we had another drink by the bar at the entrance. Was a good time. Maybe there's just a lot of one-star reviewers who come here?

Yelp
We have been here quite a few times as my mom enjoys being by the water. We typically come on Mother's Day. The food is always good, but nothing really outstanding. I've never had anything that's particularly bad. Just if not for the location. I'm not sure I'd come out of my way to come here. We had the Octopus and Saganaki as appetizers. The octopus was very good, Saganaki is always good, I mean it's melted cheese. Three of us had the lemon rice soup. It's decent, I had the fish and chips, again, it was pretty good, I've had better, I've had worse. I gave the coleslaw to my wife, she had 2 bites and was done. She said "the coleslaw from KFC is way better, I give it 2 stars." My daughter had the summer salad and she said "it's ok, not great but good." Overall I give it a 3 for all the reasons I mentioned. Food wise, it's ok, ambience is great as it's on the water. Service is always good, you can have to wait sometimes as it is busy for special events or holidays. We will come back as my mom really likes coming here. But there is room for improvement.

Yelp
We had an awesome experience here! The food was FANTASTIC. We loved the view of water and the ability to see at on the patio and look out at the water and boats. Our service was also great. Overall, a great meal and experience and I can't wait to come back.

Yelp
The best part of this place is the ambience - nice decor, lots of windows, and located on the water. Maybe my expectations were too high, but the food here was underwhelming. The drinks were great, though - I loved the pineapple upside down cake martini (though for $15 it should have been a little bigger). We started with some apps - the spinach/artichoke dip was good, but the chips seemed slightly stale. The calamari was not so good, and in hindsight I probably should have sent it back. I'm pretty sure they used frozen calamari. The breading was dry and the calamari was also dry, chewy and flavorless. And the dipping sauce (not sure what it was supposed to be) was terrible. It had a disgusting consistency and just didn't taste good. I asked the server for some cocktail sauce instead but I was told that they *didn't have* cocktail sauce. Are you serious? A waterfront restaurant that serves seafood doesn't have cocktail sauce? We were then served our dinner salads, which were uninspired little plates of lettuce with tomato. Just as we were about to start eating the salads, out came the entrees, which was not the best timing but whatever. As for the entrees, the fish and chips were good, and were a nicely sized portion. The coleslaw had an odd taste, but wasn't horrible. The Greek pizza was very good and had a nicely caramelized crust. The seafood pasta w/vodka sauce was beautifully presented, but the shrimp and the (tiny) mussels in it were overcooked. Service was ok, no complaints there. I doubt that I'll be back, there are plenty of other options in the area.

Yelp
We came here to eat outside. The wait was very long. They were understaffed I'm guessing. After a 40+ minute wait, the sun started to go down and we were finally seated. Service was so slow. The waiter was nice but it started to get cold so we asked to move inside. They said okay. The loudest band I've ever heard was playing during the pistons game and the nfl draft. I couldn't believe no one asked them to turn it down. Food was good but service was horrible and slow and ambiance should have been nice but was so so.

Yelp
Horrible experience! Super rude staff. Lots of rules and no accommodations. Mid tier food that doesn't match the prices

Daniel L.

Yelp
The food was fantastic I had the grilled octopus and it was perfect. The service is always great! I love sitting outside next to the water.

Yelp
The view is outstanding. Ditto on the ambiance. Service was great. Peggy is having stir fry with shrimp Peter is having scallops

Yelp
My first time here, we came for a work lunch. It was quiet in there, only a few tables. The service was good. The water on the table was replaced as soon as it was finished. Apps came out quickly, and food came very quickly for the fact that we were a big table. Steaks were cooked nicely, everyone was satisfied. I got the lemon chicken ravioli and it was amazing! The vodka seafood pasta looked delicious as well.

Yelp
Came here for a weekday lunch and sat on the patio. Really amazing atmosphere overlooking the water on a sunny day. Our waiter was Antonio who was awesome, really personable, special requests easily accommodated, and always checking in. Drinks were great, food was pretty good but the experience is what sells this place.
google avatar

Amber S.

Yelp
We had a good experience here with family in the outside igloo. Our server was nice and very prompt. I was hesitant to eat here as the food didn't appear super appetizer on photos or reviews. However, I finally settled on the seafood pasta- a dish that I knew would be packed with flavor. I'm not really a pasta person- but this was very good! We also had calamari and the saganaki. The calamari wasn't my favorite, but was good enough.

Yelp
Birthday Weekend,I traveled to visit my family in MI. My Cousin invited me to this Restaurant located where her boat is docked. I highly anticipated dining here and visiting with family. To start the Parking is decent, as well the ambiance of the restaurant is very nice. The wait for a table was approximately 30 minutes. Our Server Juliana was very pleasant and attentive to each table in our section which was the outdoor dining area. The food was palatable, I ordered the Asian salad which was lite and flavorful and consisted of Mandarin orange slices, peanuts, sesame seeds, tortilla strips w/a house made dressing. The Broccoli was steamed with garlic very Flavorful, and honestly the best food on my plate, the Orange Roughy didn't dissapoint nor did it impress, the only love expressed on that plate was by the vegetable chef, hats off to you my friend the Broccoli was done to near perfection. The other guests at the table for my Birthday meal were family visiting from Denver , their dish selections consisted of : Fettuccine Pasta with, Lobster, shrimp and mussells, the sauce which the two that ordered this dish described the alfredo sauce as being "too Sweet." One of our cousins ordered Chicken Piccata, her opinion of her meal mirrors mine , the Broccoli was firing on all cylinders, the chicken was just ok. The Stir-fry meal was described as "pretty good." The meal I mention last is the "12oz. Tomahawk Grilled Porkchop," the meat was one Heatbeat past squeeling "Oink" on the plate!!!! The cut was very fatty and once cut into, visibly STILL RAW!!!! I personally don't mess with too much pork, but when I do, it's DEFINITELY NOT RAW!!!! After explaining to our server Juliana, she showed the customer service, you'd expect by apologizing 1st, then getting her manager. UNFORTUNATELY this is where our dining experience took a nosedive . Sam "The Manager " perhaps you were having a Personally Bad day, indeed a quite rotten day, that matched your Lack of professionalism in handling the Issue for the Elder at our table!!! You approached with a defensive attitude, despite the fact that you offered to take the meat back to your kitchen and put it back on your Grill. Insead of apologizing for her experience, removing it from her bill, or offering anything else she may have desired, you chose to have a verbal sparring match with guests at the table. When asked your name and if you could provide a business card, you snarked "Sam, my last name is Greek and you wouldn't know how to spell it shouted Im done here," and stormed off. Unacceptable Sam, good thing Juliana showed the courtesy and professionalism of a manager, because clearly you hate your job. Jordan, The second manager to approach our table was personable and rectified the situation by removing the undercooked meal from the bill. Needless to say, this establishment gets three stars for Juliana, a mention for Jordan, and a Blaring warning for Sam. The menu had several choices, apparently the 6 we made weren't that great. There are plenty of better places to dine in the Metro Detroit area, Watermark Bar & Grill is not one of them and will not be on the suggestion list. It's imperative to read reviews and choose better!

Yelp
We were looking for someplace on the water for a celebration lunch on a late summer day and this place looked perfect. The hostess tried to discourage us from sitting outside because people had told her that it was too hot, but that was our whole reason for picking this place, so we told her we'd take our chances. Not only was it fine, it was absolutely gorgeous out there! The deck is spacious and beautiful and has a nice view of the marina area. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We also had a couple of brief interactions with someone who appeared to be the manager and he was very nice. We also saw him pounce on someone who started smoking on the deck within seconds of when we first smelled it...we loved that! The menu has a lot of great choices. I had read about the cheeseburger egg rolls, so we started with those and they totally lived up to the hype. I had the Cali Club Panini - it was a little bland, but good. My wife had the quesadillas and said they were very good. I don't get to that side of town very often, but I would definitely go back to this place!

B A.

Yelp
Used to LOVE watermark. Their menu changed in the past 6 months and not for the better. Expensive prices for average food. Luckily had a gift card (which you can't tip on and you're charged a credit card fee for using it - gift card was bought with cash for context). Would not spend my own money here.

Yelp
I planned a date night for their winter igloos. I'm notorious for planning awkward dates so I can't say anything against the restaurant for my time and day but on a Sunday evening the place felt completely empty. We missed sunset but the igloo was right on the water and I'm sure would be lovely. There are twinkle lights inside and a small heater that wasn't super powerful but I think with more then two people you would be warm enough. Our waiter was a younger guy and was fantastic. The downside of the evening was the food. First off the menu was very random- I'm not sure if they were going for an eclectic options but the dishes were very random in all the categories. Also for my husband who is a little picky (certain veggies or seafood are a no go) it was hard to find something that didn't have a lot of ingredients he would enjoy. I felt like there weren't a lot of "safe" dish options. We had the cheeseburger eggrolls- which were fried to death. The "special" sauce was drizzled on top and was kinda like a burger sauce of mayo ketchup and mustard. Not my favorite and probably wouldn't order again. My husband went with a chipotle turkey panini, other than the super thick cut turkey it was fine. I chose the lemon chicken ravioli, it was fine as well. It just felt like the quality of food really didn't fit the ambiance or feel of the nice restaurant.

Amanda N.

Yelp
Delicious food- had the cheeseburger eggrolls which were done very well. The Margherita pizza had a delicious combination of balsamic and garlic. The turkey panini was fresh and light. Cheesecake was rich. Outdoor seating was great, great view of boats coming and going. Ample dock space to park boats. Macey was highly attentive and never let a drink run empty. Fabulous meal.

Yelp
Girls afternoon get together! Great service by Jacob, excellent Menue choices for all of us! Loved the Burger varieties offered along with their interesting salad variety! Awesome seating arrangements in- and outside! On this day we had a cold spell and yet we still could enjoy the beautiful canal view with so many boats! Would recommend this place for people who love good food, good service and a ambiance inside seating. Barb and the girlsSmoked Salmon Terina

Yelp
The food was phenomenal! I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Panini, and it was delicious! The side of fries were good and crispy. The service was incredibly kind and speedy with the number of people there. Very nice staff! Lastly, you almost have to sit outside on a nice day! The views of the water and boats were pleasant!
google avatar

Yelp
You know those Sundays when you just want a mimosa and something to eat. You don't have a reservation. You don't want to wait. You don't want to talk to nobody. You don't want to see nobody. You plan on wearing your shades the whole meal. You don't want to wait for a table. Those Sundays come here. You eat. You go.
google avatar

Tina J.

Yelp
Nice atmosphere! Nice view outside on the deck. The outside bar was busy, but the bartender was helpful with a drink while waiting.
google avatar

Lacey A.

Yelp
I went here for a shower so I didn't order off the menu, however the food that was provided at the brunch was incredible. Some of the best palomino pasta I've ever had. The view of the water is also amazing. I would love to come back here again.
google avatar

Yelp
Just finished dinner at the watermark, my families first time there. The location is great, water views, a huge building, looks awesome inside. The staff is friendly, and attentive. The food was disappointing.we started with buffalo chicken egg rolls, they were decent.I got the fish and chips to share with my wife. I thought this would be a safe choice. The fries were cold, room temperature, this was an immediate red flag. My son got the shipwreck chicken sandwich, his fires were the same. The fish was ok, but nothing special. This place could be so good, Zef's down the street had an hour wait, so we came here. Watermark is a better, bigger location. The bar is huge and well well stocked with quality liquor. Get better food and better cooks. This place should be packed on a Saturday.

Yelp
I ordered a burger and my Mom ordered perch. My daughter ordered the kids burger and a scoop of chocolate ice cream. They kept trying to deliver food that wasn't ours to our table. When we notified the server each time we hadn't ordered what she brought, it was like she thought we were lying. It was odd. I asked for mayo with my burger (on the side) and I didn't receive it. I asked two different people for mayo and waited 8 minutes for it to arrive, and by the time I got it, my food was cold. I wouldn't go back.

Teresa S.

Yelp
We had our daughters baby shower here. Everything was perfect. I would have another event here in a minute. Cyndi was a great help from start to finish. Highly recommend

Angela J.

Yelp
Everything was lovely for our 1st 'girls night out' the Ambiance, Food, our waiter Jacob, the 2 man band etc.,

Yelp
What a nice view! I came here in the afternoon. They have indoor & outdoor seating. There is a bar outside. My food and drink was good. I'll have to come back here.

Yelp
For the record, I have called multiple times this week to try to speak to someone about the situation and no one has returned my phone call and I keep getting excuses from the hostess. I was with my family out to eat last week to celebrate me starting to feel better. I had just finished a long battle of chemo and breast cancer treatment. The server we had kept referring to me as buddy, and sir. Yes, I'm bald and do not have a chest but it's because I have breast cancer. You should really teach your staff sensitivity training to be more aware of what's going on at the tables. It totally destroyed and ruined my evening, and to be frank. It ruined my whole week. I don't know if he was doing to be funny, but I hope to God he wasn't. Please have your staff try better. Especially in circumstances or somebody is incredibly sick looking and has no hair. Just do the right thing and just. Just say Hi, how are you. Or here's your food. My three daughters that were with us were just as heartbroken. Also, this could've all been avoided being put on blast if somebody would've returned my phone call since I've left two messages now. It just really makes me sad... I will definitely not be returning.

Annmarie Chase S.

Yelp
Yummy fajitas, salsa was OK. Staff were wonderful. Love going in ordering take out and having a cocktail while waiting for take out

Brittanny E.

Yelp
I want to start by saying our server/bartender was excellent. She was attentive, made great drinks, and she was friendly. Overall, the food was good. My issue with this place is listed as a Browns Backers bar, but they do not have it set up to show the game (Sunday ticket). We're not from the area, and called ahead to confirm if they were showing the game because they are listed as a Backers bar. They confirmed. When we arrived they were messing around with a couple of the TVs, as there were already Browns fans sitting by the bar, who must've also requested the game. They worked on it for most of the first half of the game, then disappeared. The game was never shown. It was a cool place; by the water with some outdoor seating, but I wish they were honest about showing the game.
google avatar

Kari T.

Yelp
Wait service: good. But I will note the host stand is *never* very welcoming. Atmosphere: great outside. And there's a very nice event room. I am not a fan of the dark bar-area seating. Outdoor seating is great. The food is okay for what it is. The menu is very limited with nothing really exciting at all. That said, I've been to a number of private events there that have been very nice. I want to want to go back more often to Watermark, but sadly it's just not that good. And they serve wine in giant stemless glasses. Which personally I cannot stand.
google avatar

Dee S.

Yelp
I think I just had the best salad I've ever had...seafood Greek, it was amazing! Sitting outside, great view and staff is wonderful...except for "manager" who was exceptionally rude with her approach...be a little kinder.

Yelp
Great ambiance overlooking the lake. Food is good but drink prices are very high. Six dollars for Coors Light? Twelve dollars for a vodka soda? Ridiculous. There are plenty of places along the Nautical Mile charging more reasonable prices.

Jessu L.

Yelp
Witnessed the owner Dino Ropotos verbally threatening a server stating he will "kick him" if he "goes back in the kitchen one more time" (confused bc the servers need to go in the kitchen?), I got secondhand embarrassment from watching his meltdown. You are the owner of this establishment you need to get your anger issues under control and behave in a respectable manner. This not the first time I have witnessed him mistreating one of his employees (side note: the lack of self-awareness is crazy, do you not realize customers are around). I definitely will not be going back because I do not support the verbal abuse Dino inflicts on his poor staff. Regarding the food it was average, overpriced, with small portions and don't bother getting the drinks they're trash and asking to get them remade doesn't help. Been here several times so I guess if nothing they're consistently average & unmemorable.

Cindy L.

Yelp
The food is terrible ! The burger is nothing but fat (biting into hard fat chunks and so thick, yuck) "bad meat". To top that off the food has absolutely no taste. Whoever the chef is needs to learn how to add seasonings and use better meats otherwise hire a new chef.

Kathleen B.

Yelp
Nice outdoor setting. We went Sunday about 6 pm and sat outside at a high top by the tiki bar - watching the boats come and go. The food was great. I had the perch and it prepared perfectly! It came with a house salad, broccoli and choice of potato. My husband had a Greek salad with chicken and said it was delicious. The entertainment was great - Roscoe & Anamaria (according to the website). I'd go back just to listen to them... very good vibe for a Sunday day especially... had a great Joss Stone vibe to me. We have never dined inside. Only ever been outside. Next time we are going to get the kabobs! We saw A LOT of those being served so they must be good.

Yelp
We came here for brunch, and the lobster omelette was so tasty! Our server was very nice, and we love the view of the water. We love this restaurant, I just wish they had online reservations!

Yelp
Great ambiance, good, pricey food.... amateur service. Made the mistake of taking my parents here for my father's NINETIETH birthday. Mentioned to a couple people (host and server) that we were celebrating a 90th birthday and they were like, 'Oh. Cool.' and never mentioned it again. It was abundantly clear by the time we were finishing up, everyone working just wanted to get out of there - perhaps we arrived too late (7pm). My father had to flag someone down to get the bill because our server disappeared for half an hour. We would have ordered dessert (hoping a for a candle on a piece of cake or some little to-do for the birthday) but the service was SO slow we finally just wanted to get out of there ourselves. The other server my father flagged down immediately copped an attitude, acting totally put up upon for being asked to let our server know we were ready for our bill. From the food and prices I got the impression it was a cut above all the other waterfront places, and therefore suitable for older diners, but no. SUPER casual, loud music, just like any typical yuppy happy hour place. Disappointing, for such a special occasion.

Theresa P.

Yelp
Food excellent. Service competent and friendly. Comfortable setting, not noisy. Could hear each other talk. Tables separated enough. Would go there again

Yelp
An hour and a half wait for the outside balcony. We sat at the table in the upper bar area. The dining area is completely empty. They must not have enough staff to be able to accommodate the dining area. Hostess thought the restaurant had been around since 2016. We ordered the spinach artichoke with corn chips and the octopus char-grilled, a big fat Greek, homemade lobster Mac & cheese and a seafood watermark. The octopus char-grilled is okay, very chewy, rubbery even. Not tender at all. It's hard to chew down. The spinach artichoke dip is also okay, the corn chips are garbage, not fresh, out of a giant bag. The lobster Mac & cheese is okay, spicy flavoring to it. The veggie burger was okay for mom. The seasoned fries were good. The seafood watermark was so-so. Canned tuna, cold salmon, breaded shrimp.

We visited watermark in SCS last Friday. We will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. We had a brand new waiter who identified himself as such when we sat down. He took our drink orders, it took about 20 minutes to get our drinks. In the meantime, we placed our Appetizer and dinner orders which he recapped, and seemingly got correct. About 10 minutes later, we were notified that he could not make one of the meals as requested, so one in our party ordered something different. Our appetizer and soup/salads arrived within about 10 minutes. About 10 minutes later the meals started coming. Three of them were incorrect. Either completely wrong items or missing items. That was fixed within a few minutes. The one in our party who had to re-order her meal, was still without a meal. After waiting another 10-15 minutes or so, our guest told the waiter to just forget her meal. We were all almost done eating and getting ready to go. About 10 minutes later, the "manager" , Sam, walked over with our waiter , holding the meal, asking if she had canceled it. She stated that yes she had, it had been over 20 minutes since we all got her meals and we were done eating. She no longer wanted it. He demanded that she take it. He started reprimanding her for placing multiple orders and then not eating them. She calmly explained the situation. He became more and more assertive and somewhat threatening about her accepting this meal. Finally, her husband told him to box it up, charge him and send over the manager. He advised he was the manager. We then demanded to see the owner. We truly thought this was a joke. After a long wait, the owner, Dimitri, came over and still didn't seem to understand what we were trying to say. We explained that three of the meals were incorrect, and hers never came In an acceptable time. He grabbed all of our bills and returned them about 15 minutes later exactly the same as when he took them. We did not want anything for free, he should have removed the late meal. No apologies, nothing. We told him we frequented his restaurant often, especially in the summer on our boats. He didn't seem to care that he was losing six customers due to the total disrespect of his "manager". We have never been treated so disrespectfully by a manager or an owner . Clearly, they do not care about their reputation as we have found multiple other similiar reviews. They had many ways they could have handled this situation and kept happy customers .

Yelp
Went here for dinner for celebration for a friend and i have to say this is one of the most disappointing experiences I've had in a while. First off, it took almost 30-40 min to get are APPETIZERS and then are entrees. Second , the restaurant couldn't even make us set together since we had a bigger group they don't take reservations or hold seats for such a big restaurant you'd think they manage it better. And lastly was the food it wasn't nasty just boring I had a "po boy carp" barely had any fish was mostly just bread and just tasted like any other sandwich I had. The only good thing was are waiter and look of the place it has a nice atmosphere and look but the bad things overshadowed my experience. Plus my meal got paid for so I'm not to mad. Still don't recommend if you want a boring dinner.

Yelp
I went here on a Tuesday night with a date. It's a lovely dining room with a very nice outdoor patio. Very open and inviting, especially because of the tall ceilings. Their menu is OK. Many of the options on there are pretty standard restaurant faire but there were a couple of unique items. Price wise, they are on the higher end. We ordered the cheeseburger egg rolls as an appetizer. They were awesome! I've never seen anything like them anywhere else, and would definitely order them again. Both my date and I ordered pizzas. I have to say I really enjoyed the crust on my pizza; it had a very good flavor to it. The toppings were very good, though I'd have liked more cheese. Overall though they were delicious. The service was excellent. Our waiter came by often to check on us, kept our drinks full, made sure we liked our food and that everything was correct. He honestly made the experience very nice. In addition, the manager (I think) stopped by at least once to make sure we were happy. Overall, we'll be back.

Yelp
Absolutely disgusted with this place.. The macaroni & cheese was watered down (no cheese) it was replaced. However, in the middle of eating my cheesecake I pulled a long piece of brown hair out of my mouth.. When I informed the managers Cindy & Sam I was advised the cheesecake could be replace but the bill could not be discounted which is insane when I'm pulling your employees hair out of my mouth -- clearly the kitchen staff DO NOT wear hair nets

Yelp
Visited this restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday, he had the octopus and liked it. I had a chicken sandwich, it was just okay and kind of dry, but I don't think people come here for their chicken sandwiches so take that for what it's worth. :) We sat outside with a view of the water, that was really nice. Service was good.

Yelp
Diners beware! Just finished dinner at Watermark. Food and service very mediocre. When presented with the bill they conveniently failed to mention that the gratuity was already added. In addition, they charged us 3% more for using our credit card. I have never encountered this in a dining establishment. When I spoke to the manager, he indicated that the credit card companies charge him 3% to process the credit card. Of course they do. This is part of being a business.!! Deceptive. Definitely would not recommend -very poor response from management when addressed.

Yelp
Food was kind of bland, and not fully what was expected. I ordered salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli, and there was not much seasoning or flavor. The cut of fish was great and it was very fresh, but lacked flavor. For how much it costs, I expected more of it. Drinks were very good. I had a mango mule with added gin, since it was off the mock tail menu. Service was great. No complaints there.

Yelp
My friend was celebrating her 50th birthday at Watermark Grill. Although she called ahead and said she wanted to make reservations for 15 people and was told there were no reservations. Most of us arrived about 7. She was told it was a 30 - to 45-minute wait. I'm not sure why it took so long to sit because there didn't appear to be other large parties. Needless to say, we were seated at 8:50pm. No manager or anyone came by to apologize for the wait. The worst of this experience is that they only allow one bill, which was divided amongst 11 people. The issue with this is that if you only had an appetitizer for $15 and no drink, you had to pay triple because the bill was $570 ÷11 people that left everyone to pay $56-$57. It's just really poor service and laziness for not wanting to split the bill. My last time eating there. From now on, I will make sure to bring cash to cover my bill.

Yelp
Review date 9/19/24 - late afternoon meal. Service and ambiance were fine. Food was bleh. I had a cubano sandwich that was probably the worse cubano I've ever had, hardly any meat and you couldn't really even taste the cheese. Fries were not flavorful. My wife had this shrimp thing that looked really good but the shrimp was dry and had no flavor.
