She goes above and beyond every single time. She welcomes us with a genuine smile, remembers us, and takes care of us like we’re regulars even on a busy day. Honestly, she’s a big part of why we choose this place. Her presence makes the experience feel warm and inviting — she’s the kind of person who makes a restaurant memorable. We truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness.

Wow. So impressed! Nice not to eat at a chain. Steak was awesome. Everything was great. Must try the French Onion Soup. Nice to support a local Naples restaurant too. Definitely will be back!! Plus our waiter was so nice an attentive.

We were celebrating our anniversary and had calamari appetizer,prime rib and seafood platter. Scallops shrimp and fish with green beans and sweet potatoes. Our server was friendly prompt and professional, it was very 1st day and she did a great job. They served us a delicious creme brulee to celebrate our anniversary!!!

Our first time trying this place and it was amazing! We went for our anniversary (although i don’t think the host mentioned that to our server) but the service was great and the food was amazing. We got a free bottle of wine as well. Prices are reasonable for the quality!

This was our first visit to Watermark Grille, and we decided to celebrate our anniversary here after reading such positive reviews. It exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere set the perfect tone for the evening. The food was absolutely delicious, and each dish was beautifully presented — from the appetizers to the special anniversary crème brûlée. Our server, Israel, was both attentive and personable, ensuring that we had everything we needed without missing a beat. There truly isn’t a single thing we would change about our experience. We sat at the bar for dinner last night. The bartender, Brant, was great. Food was amazing, service was great and quick. Definitely recommend.

The wife and I have been dining at the Watermark Grill for the eighteen years we have lived in Naples. Every meal has been excellent and the cocktails are sensational. But the other night was off the charts. They have a seafood platter with angel hair pasta. I asked our waitress, Lorry if there was anyway to spice it up. I thought I had the best Seafood Fra-Diavola ever in Chicago. The chef told Lory, no problem. Well, long story short, it was unbelievably good. The ambience, food, cocktails, and service rank as my favorite in Naples. Geoff Kelly.

Service was awesome ! We ate in the bar.Brant the Bartender was very personable. We eat there at least 3 times in the 2 weeks that we're here in October and the 4 weeks in February. We love it because it's always consistent. We tell all our friends about it. We ate there the other night and we all ordered steaks. All of them were under cooked. I sent mine back (I ordered med -medium rare I wanted a warm pink center) to be cooked longer and it was still too raw. My Sister boxed hers up and brought it home to cook the next night. Her husband ate his . They don't like to send their food back. Our steaks have always been cooked perfectly in the past. Wasn't sure if you had a new cook or what? But we still love your restaurant.

So this place def looks dated and like the Naples of the late 80s early 90s but we had a great meal. Most of us opted for the sizzle menu of either kind and also for some ribs. We all got to try a lot of different things between the special dining menu. We had the Buffalo twists, the saganaki, the French onion soup all good a flavorful the warm bread and better was tasty too. I never thought I'd say this but the soup may have had too much cheese. Like I couldn't get thru it all but it was yummy. For entrees we had the short rib, the ribs, and the pepper steak. All good and they allowed us to make substitutions for the sides which was great. Service was good too so all in all I'd go back for sure

Decided on a fancy dinner tonight and Naples again didn't disappoint! We were seated immediately and as we looked over the menus our waitress got our drinks...Perfect Makers Manhattan, Prosecco, and a Chardonnay for Wifey. I couldn't pass up the Special - short ribs with mashed and asparagus, Wifey had the Seafood pasta, my son had Ribeye with a baked potato, and my daughter had Stuffed shrimp with baked potato. The food came fairly quickly after we ordered, but we never felt like we were being rushed. Really loved the feel of this place...not too casual, not too fancy. Great service, delicious food, and an all around great meal!

Thanksgiving day. Only place available for a reservation. Busy like Grand Central Station. My friend ordered their turkey special. Very little turkey,lots of stuffing. She liked it. I ordered their salmon. Large piece, cooked well. The sides-a baked potato, uncut, and broccoli dumped on the plate with its dish upside down. Needless to I will never go back. The first time and last time.

Was given mixed reviews from friends but after several years of passing it on RT 41 we figured why not give it a try. Unfortunately, not so good. The reason why 2 stars and not zero was because the drinks were good, the onion soup and wedge salad were good. Wife ordered the crab cakes. She said they were mushy and flat like a pancake. She picked at them but never really ate them. I ordered the filet medium rare. It came out still alive, raw. The server was shocked and immediately took it back and returned with a whole new steak. This one was cooked correctly but was much smaller and was missing the mushrooms and sauce. The consistency of the filet was strange almost like slicing a marshmallow. I gave it my all to try to enjoy it but it was impossible to get past the consistency/texture. Needless to say, I will keep passing the Watermark Grill on RT 41 but will not be stopping at it again.

Watermark should definitely be on your list of pleasant surprises. It was established awhile ago so there is some history there , but we were new to trying it and am very happy when we first did because we have since became regulars. The menu is delicious the service is always phenomenal , the drinks lovely and the restaurant itself is such a whimsical setting. One of our favorites.

Service was great and I was very happy with how attentive and nice everyone was. However for the price of the food I expected a little more wow! I had the London broil which was very tender and perfectly cooked however the sides were very meh. My husband had the chicken Alfredo and I would say it is a hard pass nothing special could get it anywhere. We did have the crab cakes to start and those were amazing and the highlight of the meal. I definitely give it a 3.5

This is not a first time visit to Watermark Grille. Every visit has always been perfect. The food and service are wonderful. The server was attentive and spoke easily about the specials. The filet was cooked perfectly! The sauce beneath the filet was a little salty in my opinion. But it didn't distract from the meal it self. The cheesecake was decadent and smooth. The touch of strawberries was perfect. The restaurant is nice and quiet so you can hold a conversation at the table. I would definitely recommend the Watermark Grille to anyone in the Naples area.

Not a fan of this place. The food was mediocre and it was overpriced - the restaurant really nickel and dimed for everything. Service was pretty good though. Our waitress was attentive to our drink refills and around to check on us, which was appreciated for a large group. The ambiance is a little dated. Gave me chain restaurant from the 90's vibes.

Lovely restaurant. Unique layout. We love it. Food delicious and flavorful! I had the black grouper and it was cooked perfectly with a subtle flavor. My husband had seafood linguine. Not a big fish eater, but he had it either marinara and loved it. Attentive service but not overly in your face... Would recommend this restaurant to friends or anyone looking for quiet ambiance.

We had a great meal! I highly recommend the Saganaki appetizer, so yummy & great to share. I ordered the onion soup & a small Caesar salad. Both very good. My husband ordered the Pepper Steak, (very tender meat) and it was served over rice with the vegetable the day which were green beans. We took home a piece of peanut butter pie to split - crust was very good but the filling had very little peanut butter taste. Beautifully served with whipping cream & a strawberry. Our server was Ginger & she was excellent! Very friendly & helpful deciding on our order. She was always right there before we even thought of asking for something.

Here is a good place to go when you're looking for some comfort food in an Art Deco setting. We usually start with the Saganaki (flaming Greek cheese) served table side. It's an impressive presentation when the server lights it on fire for everyone to see! You don't find liver and onions on too many menus or sautéed chicken liver appetizers.. but you can here. The steaks, chops and seafood selections have always been solid choices... the Watermark hits the spot!

Anniversary dinner celebration. We were greeted and seated right away even though we were early. Our waitress Jen(or Jenn) was awesome. Personable, informative, efficient, caring. What more could you want in a server? Nothing as far as I'm concerned. The food: my prime was delicious. Cooked perfectly medium, green beans slightly al dente(just the way I like them) and a yummy baked potato. I don't usually eat dessert but the Reese's PB pie...OMGosh, so good. Hubby also enjoyed everything about his Rib eye meal and declared the Key Lime Pie to be one of the better ones he's had in the area(his praise). Add a bottle of wine and great music selections and it was a great evening. We would definitely recommend the Watermark and will come again.

Firstly, we have been here many times over the past 15 or so yrs, in summer and season. Rarely had a bad meal. Service was always very good as well. Unfortunately recent visit did not follow the typical visits of the past. Everything was going to expectations until my wife got her main. Ribeye mid rare. First attempt was closer to well done. Sent back. The next attempt was rare, ice cold center. At least that can be fixed at home. Whoever was on the steak station Feb 20 needs a major lesson on how to cook a steak to proper temps on equipment available or moved to something more simple or fired. I know good help these days is hard to find, but the cost of wrecking a good steak and reputation will add up quickly over a weeks time.

The food and service is impeccable and cannot be replicated anywhere else in Naples. Every item on their menu is handmade and is full of flavor with an exceptional taste. If you have a larger party of more than 4, I recommend you call ahead for reserved seating.

Awsome service and great food ! The Prime Rib is one of the very best I have had in all of the west coast! Nice atmosphere and very clean with out the crowded noises. This establishment has never disappointed!

Amazing food and service! Surf and turf was delicious as was the NY strip! The complimentary wine was also a nice touch. The desserts looked wonderful also!

We had a reservation for 2 at 7:30pm on the 23rd. We showed up 10 minutes early and they sat us immediately. Our server Beth was the best. She was very attentive and was super sweet. Our food came really fast we were shocked. My pasta didn't have a lot of sauce on it, It appeared like it did until I mixed it, Beth noticed before I said anything and offered to corrected it even though she was busy. Best customer service experience I've experience in a while. Beth deserves a raise.

Our server was friendly and efficient, so 5 stars for that. The food was good but not great, so 4 stars for that. I ordered the seared scallops which were perfectly cooked but had no seasoning at all. The 3 star rating is due to the table we were given. My Mom made a point of requesting a good table when she made the reservation for 5. She again asked for a good table when we checked in with the hostess. We were placed in the farthest corner of the restaurant next to a wall. The beautiful decor and ambiance was completely irrelevant to our location. Because this caused my Mom great disappointment, I will not be returning. Too many good options for great dining in this area to let this pass.,

Heard great reviews about this place so decided to try it out. Our group of 5 got seated right away with no problem. The restaurant was nice and clean. I was not a big fan of the blue and purple/pink lights all over but most people seem to like it. Our waiter was very nice and brought us bread and butter as we looked through the menu. To start off, we ordered some calamari which I thought was just ok. The sauce was plain ole marinara. Afterwards we ordered the main dishes. I decided on the London Broil. It was a decent sized dish. Food came out hot and within a reasonable timeframe. The baked potato was very good. It's marketed as a "loaded potato" but all it really had was cheese and bacon (ton of bacon). The meat was good and the asparagus was delicious! The lobster tail was okay. Nothing spectacular. Way overpriced for what it was. Same with the seafood platter. Overpriced for what it was. I enjoyed my pomegranate martini. It had a good amount of alcohol in it and I could taste the pomegranate as well. Cheesecake was good! Loved that they brought a bunch of strawberries to top it off with. Overall... nice place. Nothing to really rave about but good. Solid 6.5/10

Very good food and outstanding service. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of how close the tables are squeezed together. You can't take your seat or excuse yourself from the table without disturbing the patrons behind you.

The wait time was so long it was unbelievable, and it's not even like it was busy. When I got to my seat I had heard a man discuss very crude things regarding the race of another employee. When I ordered the server never asked us for drinks, we received the wrong bill, everything was a disaster. The only kinda decent thing was the steak, but that is it the rest of the food was cold and stale.

The food and price are 4.5 stars, but the bartender is five stars , Sasha. Chicken parm - 5.0 Seafood platter - 4.5 Mixed drinks - 4.5. Cool place.

This restaurant was crowded for Thanks giving . i was seated so close to the people at my table i could smell there breath. The Thanks giving dinner plate though generous in size didn't appeal to me . Instead i ordered fish but when it arrived it was the wrong fish. i sent it back and had the bread on the table which was quite good . i ate so much of the bread i was almost full. Another guest gave me there unwanted dessert of pumpkin pie and I thought it was very good. i ordered a coffee and the cup seemed dirty so I refrained from drinking, My party received the itemized bill and even though inflation is rampant I thought this was super high and not worth it.

I have lived within a mile of the watermark grill for 10 yrs and never tried it for no specific reason. Well the other night I was a guest of someone who took me to watermark I was very pleasantly surprised as as the food n service was wonderful will definitely be going back there

Overall I would give it a 5 - the atmosphere was great and perfect for a nice date night. Waitress was very knowledgeable, quick, and didn't bug us too much! The drinks come in nice little pitcher glasses so you can refill your own drinks (it was very nice). The food was excellent, we got a cheese appetizer (I forget the name) that was basically just cooked cheese. I thought it was a waste of $15 and don't recommend getting it, however, the main entrees were fantastic. I would definitely go again!

My family and I decided to grab a late night dinner here on a Friday night, and man oh man, great choice! Gorgeous restaurant located in a strip mall with ample parking. Upon walking in we were greeted by the hosts (safe guarded plexiglass in front) and seated within minutes. I live in Miami and even with a reservation that never happens. Our server, Jessica, was amazing! Super attentive and very friendly. I ordered the fettuccini Alfredo with chicken. Jessica suggested adding the blackened seasoning because it's a nice flavor boost. It was delicious! The bread that accompanied it was even better than I expected. Plus my mom and I shared a bottle of wine. I will 100% be back when I'm in Naples!

Christmas Eve Dinner was delicious. Looks like no one wanted to cook tonight. Joe our server was on point, great service and I didn't have to ask for my Coke refills. Limited Christmas menu, but the selection were great to choose from. I have the New York Strip, it was so tender and juicy. My wife had the Salmon and mother n law had the Surf and Turf. To top it off, Icecream Brownie. Great dinner , just didn't like the close distance of the tables but hey we decided to go .

There's a reason why this place has survived through the years. They've got it down, food and service. Here's some news not in their website...yet: 1. They do have gluten free options like Pene Pasta, ask for it 2. Lobster sauce and shrimp scampi sauce is GF 3. They carry a full menu even during this COVID and curbside pick up 4. When picking up, Stay in your car, pull up and wait, they have cameras and see you 5. There is no service fee if you call in the order and pick up yourself

When you are reading a menu in a restaurant that has an entree choice of a dish that was popular in 1972 (such as their chopped sirloin) run away. This place is like walking into a time zone. Very mediocre food, dated interior. Need I say more. There are so many other better restaurants in the area.

Food was terrible, Service Horrible. We had reservation party of 10 at 6:30. We didn't get our food until 8 PM and we didn't receive bread until 7:30pm. Server was very hesitant and I didn't receive My onion soup until 8:30pm. Its was awful salty. My server with an accent name may began with R or E was very awful. Worst dining experience.

Service was prompt and we were cared for so 5/5 on service. Ordered the chicken parm and a pasta dish with shrimp. Shrimp was cooked well, noodles a little too saucy for my preference. Looks really fancy from the outside but is a little strange inside. The funeral music didn't help the atmosphere, they definitely need to lighten the mood and create a more inviting environment.

We had such a great dining experience at Watermark Grille. First time visitors, we were looking for a nice steakhouse in the area, and Yelp led me to this place. Awwmazingly delicious menu, so many great dishes to choose from. We actually could not believe how great this place was. The restaurant is beautiful, so make sure you dress up to match their drapes. :) Tall ceiling, gorgeous decor, very curvy and perfectly appointed areas. Eating here is actually enjoyable. We ordered crab cakes with creamy risotto, and a seafood platter. Yum! Outstanding. Tiramisu and key lime pie here are handsomely delicious. They bake fresh pastry abs cakes every day here! The prices are reasonable. We arrived at 5 pm on Saturday so it was crowd free. By 6:30 pm this place was at 100% capacity. Out water was very quick, kind and helpful. If you are in the area, make sure you come to enjoy delicious treats. I don't believe this place will ever disappoint. We will visit again when in town. Cheers!

I got the filet mignon with mashed potatoes and red wine for a date and the food was delectable and delicious and would say it was the best in town. I have been waiting to go again as soon as I get another date! :)

We recently visited the Watermark Grille in Naples, while visiting from the Sarasota area. The food was delicious! To start, the waiter brought out a basket of warm bread and butter that was to die for! I'm embarrassed to say that my mother and I inhaled the whole basket!! I ordered the baked stuffed shrimp ( stuffed with crab) and broiled to perfection. My mom ordered the seared sea scallops, and they were also delicious. We both had baked potatoes (perfectly cooked) and the vegetable was green beans ( also perfectly cooked). Our waiter was engaging, attentive, and offered wonderful suggestions when asked. I'm sorry we don't remember his name ( but he and his wife had recently traveled to Japan) I hope he gets a shout out for this review. We had the chocolate cake for dessert, and it was a chocolate lovers dream....too large for one person ( I recommend sharing). We were in town for Mother's Day and it was the perfect way to celebrate. My only constructive criticism would be an update to the decor.

How can you miss the elaborate architecture design and cool lighting when driving by the Watermark?! You can't! Four of us arrived without a reservation about 9pm on a Saturday evening, we were coming from an event and starving. The place was emptying out, and we were seated immediately next to a pretty rock waterfall in the dining room. We had a superstar server, Aliea,that kindly noted the kitchen would be closing soon and we jumped in to order a variety of seafood and fish entrees. My baked seafood platter was truly satiating, and the feedback on the crabcakes was A+++ We complimented Aliea to the manager on duty that eve, she was very gracious as we were the last table to leave. They did not rush us. Overall, the parking lot is huge and so is the establishment, they can accommodate large crowds or intimate dates. I can totally see why they have been in business forever and will be back to get my seafood fix.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Naples! The food and service is always spot on! We ordered prime rib and shrimp entree, both were well prepared and delicious. I like that each meal comes with an entree side and vegetable. The warm dinner bread basket is also delicious.

Very nice atmosphere! On this date having water problems so no water. Did not offer free bottle water??? Strange. I had liver and onions. It was delish. Would recommend if you like. My wife had grouper with shrimp and lobster sauce. The piece of grouper was thin and dry. Of all the grouper we have had since arriving in Florida it was of poor quality in comparison. Very good service from Carrie. Overall a nice restaurant.
