Wattle Bank Farm

An exceptional experience. Peter’s clear instructions taught us how to earn the respect of the horses before guiding them through an obstacle course, learning how to safely walk behind a horse and cleaning their hooves. Before long, as beginners, we were riding bareback!!! The whole 2hr experience was about gaining the respect of the horses and creating a connection. This was not an ordinary horse riding activity - it was an incredible experience.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE I had the most amazing and tranquil experience meditating amongst the horses. From the moment I arrived, there was a sense of calm that you just can’t put into words. The gentle presence of the horses, their quiet movements and soothing energy, made it so easy to relax and fully immerse myself in the moment. Being surrounded by such graceful animals created a level of peace and grounding I’ve never felt before. It was deeply healing, emotionally refreshing, and something I’ll carry with me for a long time. If you’re looking for a truly unique and calming experience, I can’t recommend this enough. It’s absolutely magical. I will definately be making this a regular part of my life moving forward. Thanks to Beatrice & Peter for allowing us in.

Meditating with horses 1.5hr session November 2025.🐴🧘🏻‍♀️🐴🧘🏽🐴🧘‍♂️🐴 Very accommodating and beautiful experience, a homely welcoming and simple intro with Peter Bland the ‘natural horse whisperer’, & Beatrice Imbert the spiritual grounder, the very lovely ! with her mindful orientation greeting with a warm fire pit and hot chai as we get into the mood of pleasant meditation and relax. Shortly after arriving we all spend a good hour sitting in the grass where the horses welcome us with pure humble kindness, I think each visitor today was individually blessed with close up interactions of at least 1 of the 5 horses in their natural space. I was too busy drawing on my paper and chatting with the horses who came up to me to notice much of what everyone else was doing. Very friendly atmosphere the whole time. 🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄 I love this place. Thanks Beatrice and Peter. I plan to come along to Saturday 10am bare back educational session and enjoy some more chai by the fire. I probably should save up for some horse riding days or camps too. Not sure if wheel chair accessible for back paddock (meditation with horses) but I reckon the Saturday $15 mornings it would be easy to get up and close to the horses. * toilet amenities are in a shipping container, I didn’t use toilet but it would be accessible if not in muddy season, unless they’ve improved the ground surface since I went there.

What a fabulous holiday in your self contained cottage! Exquisite horses, stunning property, and the most serene setting. I wholeheartedly endorse this horse-riding experience! They go beyond merely teaching you how to ride, they focus on establishing a genuine connection with the horses. Riding Pepper, Matilda and Mallory was an absolute delight, and the instructors were incredibly patient and caring, ensuring that you develop a true bond with each horse. After each small lesson, I felt increasingly confident, inspired and eager to learn more. You MUST go! Have fun!😄
