🚦 Wawa – N. Edgewood, Jacksonville, FL 🚦 This spot is the definition of high traffic chaos with convenience on tap. It sits right in the middle of a nonstop flow of cars, people, and deliveries. You pull in and immediately know you’re at one of the busiest Wawa locations in the city. The staff here deserves a lot of credit. Even when the parking lot looks like a racetrack pit stop, they’re moving people through, keeping the coffee flowing, and making sure orders keep rolling out. Now, full honesty — this place isn’t winning awards for spotless perfection. The floors and counters can get a little rough around the edges, but when you’re cranking out service for that many customers all day long, it comes with the territory. You don’t come here for the shine; you come here because Wawa is reliable, fast, and always has what you need whether it’s a sandwich, a quick snack, or a gas fill-up. Bottom line: ✅ Super convenient ✅ Staff stays on point under pressure ⚠️ Not the cleanest, but that’s the trade-off for nonstop traffic If you’re in a hurry and need to grab something on the fly, this Edgewood Wawa gets the job done.

Absolutely horrible An individual who was working the cash register near the tobacco products this morning around 6AM was INCREDIBLY rude and unprofessional. Not just to me, but to two other customers before me. If i do have to stop here again, I'll pay at the pump, DEFINITELY not inside.

Don’t order curbside at this Wawa they definitely are not walking your order out to you and when you come inside they will play confused like they had no clue your curbside order was sitting there melting for 25 minutes. I asked to have my milkshakes remade because they were soup and the barista informed us that the milkshakes weren’t soup when she made them. They sat there for so long and she was annoyed because she had to keep remaking orders because no one is walking it out.

This is how all 3 of our meals looked last night after we arrived home, last time I went they looked no different. I live about 15 or more minutes away from the store so super inconvenient of me to drive all the way back to ask the manager to remake my sandwich the proper way. The older white woman in the deli needs to be fired. It isn't that hard to make a sandwich? Besides the manager remaking the sandwich she was also pretty rude.

You all have terrible food service. The food itself fine. But the individuals you have serving behind that counter, Are some of the rudest individuals lacking, basic emotional intelligence on their job basic professionalism. The chunky boy behind the counter today at 5:22 PM. Date July 29. Just as rude, I mean he shouldn’t have been back there by himself so that’s the management‘s fault however he should still have the basic level of professionalism. Someone speaks to you or aks you a question don’t look at them with those big dead eyes, sweetie. You respond even if it’s just with “one moment”. Instead of this just being a learning lesson now you’re the big boy with the drop lip on google I shoulda took a picture. Also last but not least if you don’t like your job……. Find another!

Very new Wawa and nice place I go to Wawa all the time clean and nice working people with good Faith. Prices always fair and good drink available and food wise. All my need from there like mini Walmart for me. One thing they to work on the gas ⛽ price need to go down 👎 and will be the best business for me. **The bathroom is disgusting to the point

I pumped $69.27 in gas. The pump dinged my credit card for $125.00. The store clerk said this is normal and the difference will be refunded later in the day. This is not cool. What if this was a debit card and I didn't have $125 in my account? Or I needed that balance of money today because I live paycheck to paycheck? There is nowhere on the pump that shows that they are going to deduct $125 from my account. This will definitely make me get my receipts at the pump and not trust it. And now I have to go back later today or tomorrow and ensure that the proper amount was debited from my card. This practice should not be allowed. Period. There needs to be a better way.

Didn't have any prepared food, and the part the usual services hot food was closed because they were short staff...even thou there was no customers and one employee who seemed to be busy sweeping the same spot was there(don't know why they couldn't make me a sandwich) but other than that, seems like this place is under poor management....I expected more from Wawa. I suggest calling beforehand to make sure they have employees

Love the food. The ATMs are free of charge but the lines be longs. The only problem .

The transient community hangs out here all the time primarily taking over the seating outside. They can get rowdy and sketchy at times and they are asking for money constantly. Other than that, this Wawa is decent for a quick trip to the atm, gas, free air for the tires or snack purchase. The self check out is never occupied so it's my favorite thing to use when the line is all the back to the snack aisles. The cafe, coffee and smoothies are never a fast process - even when you order ahead. For some reason they can't seem to get a handle on that part of the store. I gave up a long time ago.

Always goooood. The best hoagies around. Love the shakes and coffee and treats me don't get down south.

My son ordered WaWa. Door Dash delivered it. The delivery person stole a package that was at my door. My cameras clearing show walking up to the house, the package is visible. The cameras show him picking up my package looking at it. One exactly 1 minute later he sends the confirmation picture that he delivered, but my package is gone from the door. We called Door Dash and deny the entire thing and say the video and pictures do not prove anything. all the footage is also time stamped.
