I normally don’t leave google reviews, but everytime I order something from here, it’s either messed up or missing. I decided to give them a chance tonight and ordered a chicken corn chowder. After the first bite, I notice a hair that I pulled out and definitely didn’t belong to me. Right next to it was an eyelash. I’m actually so disgusted, the quality of the workers here is so poor. Do not recommend unless you like eating another human being’s hairs.

I love this place. Its near by my work place but only thing I don't like about this place is when I ever I order online they don't prepare my order. I have to go store and I have to tell them I order this and that by showing them on my phn. I always order 15 min early so I can grab and go but when I come to store I have to tell them. each and every time 😒😒😒. This is ridiculous. And also there manager who works in morning shift African black lady doesn't know how to handle there staff. She is always yelling and her mood is always pissed off with her staff. I have seen all the staff they are polite but the manager had to much attitude in her 🙄🙄. If manager is changed than that place will be more beautiful and peaceful. WAWA MANAGEMENT you should do something 🙄 otherwise you guys about to loose lot of customers. Update :Sep 24 I order the food at 6:22am app told me it will be ready at 6:35 am . When I went at store it was ready but it was not packed in the bag. Store was not busy at all I saw on the counter they were just talking to each other. I have to grab the food and fruits by my self. I am not understanding here why your team never want to improve if you have bad reviews. People right reviews make sure you guys do the right job.

Love coming to this location whenever I’m going to a show at MetLife due to the proximity ! Never had any issues the staff is very accommodating and it’s always clean and organized.

This Wawa just opened and was happy that I could order catering and my own meal from here. I scheduled for an 8:30am pick up. When I arrived I parked in their lot. I walked in and ordered the chicken noodle soup and chicken sandwich. They also had my catering order ready. I ordered bagels, muffins, and coffee, and it was all accounted for. The service was great as well! When I dug in my soup and sandwich, they were good. I really enjoyed the soup the most. The sandwich was good and filling. I just wish I didn't add the caramelized onions. It was a little too sweet. All in all I had a good experience!

They don't have enough employees too slow for so many people ordering, i paid my order at 1:11:58 am the guy that was to cook pizza was talking to other employee waisting time this woman give me half of my order She say i could get a refund cause there is too many people i say i already wait too long to live now i got the " turbo " pizza 1:38 am unbeliabable , another guy was angry cause the bacon was on tje fidge and he waiting for he's order that he paid at 1:15 and got it at 1:37 am so crazy quickcheck is faster

This was my first Wawa trip and my mind has been blown!! I had the most amazing experience in New Jersey trying Wawa for the first time. I ordered an omelette and iced vanilla matcha latte, this was exactly what I needed to start my day. My drink was made by a lovely person named Donna! Donna is PHENOMENAL!! I’m so picky about my matcha drinks and Donna has surpassed every expectation! I think it will be hard to drink another drink that wasn’t made by Donna. Shout out the rest of the team as well, we laughed as I screamed in the store with glee! 10000/10 store location and very affordable prices! I might have to start a petition to bring Wawa to New York City!

I bought a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla with some additions and it simply came without the chicken!

The workers are lazy, slow and don’t know how to read receipts. I ordered packs of sour cream with a burrito and they tried telling me i didn’t order it until i pulled up my order receipt. The gas pumpers also threw away my receipt while i was inside and i had to request another one.

Traffic was wild (definitely an understatement), really good hoagie! Nom nom nom nom nom

Hands DOWN the best hazelnut coffee. I frequent here often, as one of my homes are in the area. It's always a pleasure visiting. Upon arrival you will always be greeted with a smile and the smell of coffee. They sell a variety of things even GAS . Hot and cold sandwiches,slushies, pizza, hotdogs etc. If you have the app, they offer great deals on there as well, and you can order from the app for in store pickup. If your ever looking for great coffee and a bite to eat, don't pass a WAWA establishment.

Ordered: Custom Double Meat Hoagie (~$12): Oven Roasted Turkey, Roast Beef, Pepper Jack, Honey Mustard, Mayo, Red Wine Vinegar, Hot Peppers, Lettuce, Onions, Tomatoes, Pickles, Oregano on a toasted Classic Roll Lay's Potato Chips (~$3) Aya's take: Are people still sleeping on the Wawa sandwiches!? I placed my order through DoorDash and it was ready for pickup when I arrived ~10 minutes later. If you're on a time crunch or want a quick bite, this would be a good choice! The sandwich was loaded - they don't skimp out on any ingredients. The bread was soft, the turkey and roast beef were kind of bland on their own, but the mayo, honey mustard, red wine vinegar, and oregano significantly helped with that! LTO are a must have in deli sandwiches for me! I also enjoyed the hot peppers and pickles for that added brine and kick. I would've preferred if the pepper jack cheese with melted onto the bread when they toasted it but there's no option to request that. It was super filling and lasted me 2 meals! And of course, it doesn't hit the same without a bag of chips! Solid, quick lunch.

I ordered from this Wawa via Uber Eats and one of my sandwiches was missing. Uber Eats refused the refund, so I called the store hoping they could help. The manager, Claudia, was rude and dismissive. She interrupted me mid-sentence, insisted it was Uber Eats' fault, and refused to offer any solution. I asked her to check if the sandwich was left behind, and she confirmed it was still at the counter, (meaning the mistake was clearly on Wawa's end). The bag I received was sealed, so it was Wawa's responsibility to make sure all the items were in the bag. Despite that, she didn't apologize or offer to remake it. I wasn't even asking for a refund, just the sandwich redone so I could pick it up myself the next day. As someone who also worked in a managerial role, I found her lack of basic customer service and unwillingness to resolve a clear store error extremely disappointing.

I love Wawa! I was so hyped that this one was near my storage unit. Clean, quick, and all the typical Wawa faves were stocked! I even snagged their holiday eggnog and candy cane shaped donut! The breakfast burrito was an unexpected miss --I didn't really enjoy it, but everything else was great!

The hoagies are delicious, quick service, and overall just so good for food. Definitely recommend!

Good store to buy sandwiches , drinks and chips and people are warm welcoming to customers

This is a super convenient Wawa. I have only ordered a few items but liked what I have sampled so far. The meatball parm sub is really good but the item that I would go back for is the milkshake. I have only tried the peppermint Oreo seasonal shake and it was delicious and refreshing, with little bits of crushed candy cane. I really enjoyed watching the barista make it; he put a lot of care into it and you could tell from the first sip that it was a great shake. Great location too.

Waited a while for my food. Latin female tells me there is no sour cream which I paid for. Shrugs her shoulders as if it was all good. Manager come by and she tell her there no sour cream and the manager tells her there is some in the fridge. The employee says to the manager well you can go get it and resume her work while laughing. Unreal how this is considered good customer service.

Love the layout of the store, very accessible! Also love the variety of snacks offered! I saw some snacks I've never seen elsewhere including Ketchup chips! Store overall is very clean especially the bathrooms! I appreciate the great selection of coffee flavors and things to add to your coffee available! Great prices! Also love their easy to use "Self- Checkout" machines! If you visit WaWas often, get the app! Also love the random selection of Individual pieces of candy in front of the cashier! All staff were very professional!

Sandwich was so good, really hit the spot. Just beware, this Wawa is super busy and understaffed. Had to wait 30 minutes for my sandwich. Staff works well together, but there need to be more of them. Otherwise, clean and well stocked Wawa in a convenient location in North Bergen.

I'm so happy a Wawa opened up here! I love Wawa's premade regular iced coffee drink from the fountain machine and their hoagies. I'm also a sucker for the warm cheese filled pretzels they sell in the fresh snacks area. I've ordered pick up orders here a few times and they were all prepared right and ready on time. The coffee and drinks area are usually clean and tidy. I'm definitely becoming a regular here!

Sadly got sick from here AVOiD this place it's dumb I brought a stale sandwich from the younger Spanish guy he was clearly jealous & very childish as if I know him can't even buy food nowadays without someone putting hair or stale products I asked for manager of course there hiding out can't do anything

I don't like the food or prices. The food is awful. I never going to eat the food hear the service is aweful so unfriendly and not worth shopping for anything there every thing is old and crappy.

Food is delicious and better than most restaurants tbh, and everything I got was good and worth the price. The ice cream was delicious and all the coffees are so good! So convenient and delicious!
