"Montreal’s most notable Polish bakery counts five locations around the city. It’s sweet eats only at the St-Marc location, with cheesecake and jam-filled paczki (doughnuts) amongst the favourites." - Tim Forster, Holly Tousignant

A cute Patisserie with the sweetest owner. All the pastries were exceptional. The owner even offered to photograph us when we sat down. Truly a genuine gem hidden in the city.

Very friendly cozy place with good quality pastries and paczki with right amount of sweetness!

Eastern European fare isn’t abundant in Montreal so I would consider this a specialty bakery. There are some great Polish pastries sold here as well as other baked and imported goods. Really enjoyed the Danish that I tried. The kielbasa was not bad at all either. Selection is not very large for a bakery but the focus is on quality over quantity. Owner was very welcoming.

Loved the plum jam-filled donut! The cinnamon raisin bun was the star - so many raisins and nice candied orange zest. Much better flavour and not overly sweet compared to a traditional cinnamon bun

The doughnuts truly are delicious: Perfectly baked, light and airy, and filled with velvety cream or scrumptious preserves. I also tried the cherry cake and it didn’t disappoint. Add to that a warm and inviting store environment, friendly service… I highly recommend!

Phenomenal paczki and even better service. Only cost about $7 for 4 paczki which I thought was an absolute deal. Both the cream and plum filled are worth a try. Very lovely shopkeeper who was the most wonderful combination of kind and friendly.

This place is a gem for getting baked goods. It's always sold out so better be early and grab them delicacies. The woman behind the counter is very friendly. Ask for her personal recommendations and you will never be disappointed.

The Good: Boule de rhum was rich, with a hint of orange, and a delicious chocolate glaze The Bad: it's small so large groups will have to eat somewhere else The Interesting: They have been around for 20 years!
