Wayback Burgers

It was okay, expensive for what we got. It ordered the cafe milkshake... tasted like melted refrozen vanilla icecream. The burgers were just burgers didnt have any flavor other than the bacon on mine, I could have made them at home. The employee didnt seem to want to be there, didnt get a happy welcome or anything. They have many drink choices for the fountain like juices, which I enjoyed since my family doesnt drink soda. The owner was nice and apologetic for the slow time on the fries. The menu has plenty of choices to choose from. But all in all it's not a place I'd crave or probably come back too.

Naperville Crossings consist of multiple Food joints & Wayback burgers being one of fastfood joints. My 4 years old love munching on Fries & on 4th of July when most of the restaurants were out, Way back Burger Saved the day. Although they took about 15 minutes for an order of Fries, I’m glad to say it was delicious, freshly made. The restaurant contains a huge seating space along with bar stools, I like how clean was the premises, an important factor I always make note of. #Fries

I was craving an awesome juicy burger today. I mostly enjoyed what I ordered, it was juicy and the cheese was great. I feel like the party needs some more flavor, but it was decent. My kids on the other hand weren't into it. This could be because the girl at the register neglected to ask me if I wanted anything on them. Although I suppose it's partially my fault for not doing the research first. I ended up bringing home two cheeseburgers in a bun. No condiments or veggies. :(. I thought they would love the Mac and cheese bites, but nope. I tried them. The inside was great, but the outside was pretty heavy with grease. They did love their shakes though! I stuck with vanilla to be safe and they said it tasted just like ice cream! All in all, this place is good but not yet great. Maybe once they get a flow down, since it's a new location, the food will be better. The employees were friendly and smiling, so bonus points for that!

Good burgers but they are terribly understaffed. My kids and I had to leave because we only had an hour to eat and I wasn't convinced we'd make it - considering there were 3 people in line and only ONE employee. The 3 in front of us looked like they were ready to revolt. I can't imagine the employee they do have will last long being put in that position during a dinner rush. They really need to hire more staff!

I’ve only been here once but I though the food was very good. I got a very cheesy cheeseburger and onion rings. The portions here are large! I wish I’d had someone to share my meal with. When I was there for lunch it seemed like there was only one staff member. They weren’t busy but I worried for her if a crowd came in. I had to ask for a to-go box and she was in the back washing dishes, I felt bad interrupting her. I hope that this was an anomaly and not how this location is normally run because only having one person on staff in an operation this size is unfair.

We ordered online hours before we got there. When we asked at the counter, the guy said ours were on the grill. We watched as they served everything on the grill to others, and then 15 minutes after our pickup time, I asked again. They had completely forgotten about our order and had to start from scratch. To top it off, the burgers were tasteless, and the fries luke-warm. We're definitely not going back.

First the food is good. I ordered at 8:00 and did not receive my food u til 8:27 after talking To a manager. They are very disorganized. I had number 37 and the Lady after me had number 34. So this could have contributed to the delay. Regardless I can't wait a half an hour for a burger that takes 7minutes to make. My first time an last time here.

Waited over 35 minutes for two burgers the worst service I have ever experienced. Noticed after 30 minutes they stopped cooking so we went up to inquire about our food. They had forgot our order. Everyone in the establishment waited over a half hour to receive any food. They also served the burgers one at a time instead of the whole table getting their food together. Will not be going back.
