Ordered a couch, it was canceled 4 times and they did not know why and kept just re placing the order and I would have to call back, with all the cancels our order was delayed and they could do nothing about it. Our couch finally gets here and we are missing 4 pieces to assemble it and now we are being told it will be 4 -5 days until we get it.

Their warehouse is the worst at communication. They will not speak with the customers or provide accurate information. Their delivery teams and shipping teams are the worst as well. No communication, delayed shipping, late arrivals on scheduled days, cancellations and this is just the tip of the iceberg. This company is the worst furniture company I have ever worked with.

I ordered a television console this morning. The transaction went through and all is well. There was no indication that they were out of stock with this item. This afternoon I got an email stating that the item was out of stock because they had an inventory issue. In other words, they didn’t have a hold on their inventory while they were advertising the sale on this item and they screwed up. My only Option? Wait 3 to 5 days for a refund. That is absolutely horrible customer service. I finally got an apology from a representative on the phone, after calling their line and the selection button to push didn't work and I managed to get through to a human. Never again will I order from this place. Terrible. Do your job. Fix this issue.

I will never order another item from Wayfair. Last 3 purchases have not arrived on time; my last order was arriving several days late to our lakehouse that we would not be able to receive. Wayfair customer service is almost impossible to find a phone number. The link they send doesn’t work. Finally found a number on social media. Talked to rep then supervisor Michelle that insisted they would refund minus $79 return shipping. Michelle extremely sassy and could not care less that due to late delivery we would not be at the location for weeks . Again never order from Wayfair again: I did dispute with my credit card company and explained I would be doing this but Michelle just sassed back with you can try whatever you want.

Has to be a bunch of clowns working here. imagine taking off work waiting all day for your $1900 bed Frame and it never shows up. It took me to call them to see what’s going on. No email, no call or anything from these guys to inform me that my order wouldn’t arrive on the promised date. Oh …and I can’t get it delivered the next day because the schedule FULL! I even offered to pick my own stuff up myself and bring it home. “We don’t have that option” 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

This company blatantly lies about delivery dates. They took $1300 for a piece that was to be delivered in 7 days. The next day we get an email that says 30 days. Then we don’t hear from them for nearly 3 months. It then takes me 27 mins to talk with a customer service rep via chat to cancel my order because they could not give me a delivery date. This is the first and LAST time we order anything with Wayfair.
