Wayfair furniture looks good for about 3 months. Wash the covers one time and done! They should at least sell replacement covers.

Truck drivers- ring bell for entrance and exit.. check in opposite side of building door238… ( most Jb hunt drop and hook ).. no overnight parking available…

Had an appointment for Drop & Hook between 3pm till 11:55pm. I couldn’t drop early only between the hours it was set for. Other than that it was in and out no problem!!! Just make sure you follow rules!!!

I ordered a dresser in November 2024 and here it is March 2025 and still no dresser and I’m out $50.00 no record of my order and fedex claims my tracking number does not exist! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! One star is too generous!

I recently purchased two lounge chairs from Wayfair. The delivery and quality of product was perfect. After about a few months of use, a part on one of the chairs broke ( i am sure it was simply a defective part). I did not purchase any type of insurance, but decided to contact Wayfair. The result was great! The employee I spoke with was very understanding, professional and helpful. The final result was super! Wayfair suggested I send pictures of the damaged part, which I did. Less then a week later, I received a complete new base at no cost to me. Thank you Wayfair, I will let my friends know of this great service. You have definitely earned my five star rating.

Do not buy anything on Wayfair relating to construction of a new home unless you can control a builders time frame. I bought a pedestal bathroom sink to save money but contractor installed his own cabinet sink. This item was never opened. We were beyond our 30 day period because of contractor ‘s slow work to complete the bathroom. I asked to return the sink unopened for a credit slip but they refused to relax their 30 day return period. 30 days is not a lot of time especially when dealing with new construction. As a result of their rigid return policy, I will no longer be a customer of Wayfair for it should not be the same return time frame for there are different circumstances.
