Checked in at the guard shack. The guy with the tattoos was very helpful. I appreciate that. The TG in the shipping office had attitude right from the start. No reason for that at all. I'd get four stars but because of my experience with that person I'm only giving it three.

Wayfair Canceled My Order & Relisted the Same Item at a Higher Price – Feels Like a Scam! I recently ordered a wooden playhouse for my 3-year-old daughter from Wayfair for $79. She was so excited when I told her she was getting it! But a few days later, Wayfair canceled my order, claiming it was ‘no longer available.’ At first, I thought it was an honest mistake—until I found the exact same playhouse still for sale under a different name! Same dimensions, same design, same "PLAY HOUSE V.B.V." logo, but now listed as a different product. 🔹 Original (canceled) listing: "Eco-Friendly 4-in-1 Outdoor Wooden Playhouse" 🔹 New listing (same item, different name!): "LoveisCool Outdoor Solid Wood Playhouse" If Wayfair had listed it at a higher price initially, I would have told my daughter no, we can’t afford it. But because I thought we got a deal, I said yes—and now they just cancel my order and relist the same thing. This feels dishonest and like bait-and-switch pricing. I reached out to customer service, but they didn’t provide a real explanation. I won’t be shopping here again unless they resolve this. Be careful when ordering—Wayfair might cancel your ‘deal’ and resell the same item at a higher price! 👎 Would NOT recommend unless they fix these deceptive practices.

Depends who you are, but if you are a man, these women will be super nice to you. They need to stop flirting with male drivers and have paperwork ready.

Dont ever come on this palace, i drop tralior yesterday at 6am ,waiting for 30 hour still tralior its loaded even they not park on the dock .. staff to rude they don’t care about waiting saying saying our policy its 72 hour for unloading..

Pros Nice staff Lots of room for backing Organized(easy to find trailers) Cons No restroom (only portable restrooms) Preloaded pick-up Easy check in, just if you are picking up make sure to have a mask, safety vest and atleast two straps if not will be refused. Besides that everything is pretty good.

This review is for Wayfair charging upfront for supposed "professional installation" services provided by Angi. I am still waiting for an installation person to actually keep the appointments Angi is setting. The morning of, Angi sends an email saying it has to be rescheduled. One of their "professionals" even claimed to arrive at my home, when we were here, and there was no one around outside. Liars. I just saw a Reddit review thread that states they hire anyone as their "pros", no screening, no experience, nothing. Wayfair claims zero responsiblity for the service THEY charged for, and said there's nothing they can do. NEVER PAY FOR INSTALLATION THRU WAYFAIR, IT'S A SCAM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!

No issues Security I’d say,us friendly and fast plus efficient;unloading was quick and these guys are Trucker fire too we had a laugh or two when engaged during the course of business.

Charged me $140 to return an item that hadn’t even been delivered to their warehouse yet. No delivery date set. Bad business. Also, most of the other pieces I’ve ordered from them in the past are difficult to build and cheaply made. Deals seem good, but not worth the hassle. Better to pay a little more elsewhere!
