Everyone is very helpful and will assist without hesitation. The atmosphere was laid back and very inviting. And for the services that brought me there, they were patient and very efficient.

I went there for my taxes and I got a flyer about free senior pictures. I got a used book for games you can do with the children at children's church. I ❤️ Wayne Metro because they have great resources for our community.

They sent me an approval letter only for them not send the funds ....now I'm about to lose my house over water bill. Unbelievable, they could have just said no. Broke my heart I have no words just utter disbelief.

I had never heard of this place until I had to get help after the covid had took out my own business for I never knew about Wayne metro until I applied for a SER and my case worker had told me about them and then I had a lady from the UCHC called me and told me to call the Wayne metro and make a appointment with them they will be able to help you get on a program for all your utilities and so I did so as I was done there talking to a lady that was supposed to work for them as she was only telling me what I wanted to hear she lied to me about that I was on the program for LSP and I was also unrolled in the program for my water bill lies so I was watching my bills go up and they only paid after so many holds on my account for the DTE bill they only paid 423 dollars but no LSP and no one ever helped me with the water bill as of now my bill is over 4,0000 I will be reaching out to a different Waynemetro. I also know when they do this to people that are white and in a low income area they could have just told me instead of all the holds that they had put on my account as my DTE bill was less until now I will have to see if a different Wayne metro can help and I will also be making sure that the next time that I go into one of these places I will be recording everything that they say so this will not happen to us again but just want to k why do you help who you want to as you hold the cards for the ones that you feel are entitled for as you help people over and over as I'm white and I believe that the ones that work for the Detroit Wayne metro are racist against people with area codes or if there family members work there they get it as they are getting money from the people and they pick who gets it I would like to say a big THANK YOU FOR NOTHING and thank you for not helping me wasting my time I hope that you some day karma will get you for I will not be moving I will even be reaching out to governor Wittmore office

Wayne metro is most incompetence group of people I have ever had to work with.from the board of directors to staffer these are people who are not working to help people,there only there for a paycheck
