This company is not right I applied for water in June and been waiting all this time and nothing happened, I called and they couldn’t find my application later on they found it and now say the water assistant is closed

What Ever Young Lady Answer The Phone Today December 8th Keeps Hanging Up After Asking You Your Information Very Disappointing An Disrespectful I Hope Some Things Are Done About The Receptionist There I Keep Getting The Same Person An I Haven’t Did Nothing But Call To Check On My Application

Everyone is very helpful and will assist without hesitation. The atmosphere was laid back and very inviting. And for the services that brought me there, they were patient and very efficient.

I went there for my taxes and I got a flyer about free senior pictures. I got a used book for games you can do with the children at children's church. I ❤️ Wayne Metro because they have great resources for our community.

They sent me an approval letter only for them not send the funds ....now I'm about to lose my house over water bill. Unbelievable, they could have just said no. Broke my heart I have no words just utter disbelief.
