What a relief to have Waypoint when the freeze this winter gave us a terrible water leak. The water damage spanned three rooms including walls and floors. Bringing everything to begin mitigating the damage on the day we reached out, we knew we were in good hands. We recently provided services for Waypoint Restoration in June 2024, and despite multiple attempts to follow up on payment, we have yet to be paid. Communication from the company has been minimal, and promises of payment have not been fulfilled. We urge others to exercise caution when working with Waypoint Restoration.
