"Spearheaded by one of the country's best new mixologists, this sister spot to popular bar The Way Back offers delicious cocktails starting with weekday happy hour and continuing into weekend brunch. This winter, try Aspen's Back Yard with gin, matcha, and green chartreuse, or Take Your Time with Japanese whisky, Grand Marnier, and Becherovka. And don't miss the Olympics pop-up bar running Tuesday through Saturday during the winter 2018 games." - Eater Staff

"After making waves with a Christmas-themed bar in December, Wayward is back with an Olympic popup in time for the start of the winter games. Starting Friday at 6 p.m., and running Tuesdays through Saturdays throughout the Winter Olympics, the restaurant on Little Raven Street will transform its adjacent bar space. See air hockey, table curling, and shot skis, among other winter drinking games. TVs will air the major PyeongChang 2018 events, country-specific drinks will be served, and South Korean street food will be offered." - Josie Sexton

What can I say - “it was a Christmas miracle.” After a couple hour wait...great drinks, service and cookies. Must visit before it’s gone.

Food was amazing. They are a small plate restaurant, so it is encouraged to get more than one plate and to share as well. The server was very knowledgeable over the menu and suggested menu items. He asked right away if we had any allergies, which I love because it is a huge risk for those who are and their server doesn't know about it. I myself isn't allergic to anything but my friend is. Very helpful and told us what we should avoid. Went on a Thursday winter night. Had reservations for 7pm and it wasn't to busy. Great place, highly recommend.

Fantastic Culinary Experience! This was quite a surprise...what a wonderful evening, from the moment we were greeted at the door and shown to our seats, all of the staff were so warm, welcoming and knowledgable. The atmosphere was elegant, sophisticated yet still somewhat casual. And the food was amazing! We shared the trout which was one of the best seafood dishes we've had out in a long time. Both the preparation and the sourcing was top notch. We read some the other reviews that said the portions were small. That was not the case since two generous pieces of trout were served on a large platter with delicious vegetables that my husband and I shared (and he is a big eater). The mixed greens salad I had was also good sized with a delicious and unusual dressing. There is a very talented chef in the kitchen! Impressive for Denver since we are from Chicago where we have had years of very fine dining experiences. We would highly recommend this restaurant!

Locally sourced food that is super creative and extra delicious! Every dish we got was interesting and so tasty. Plus, there were lots of choices for meat eaters and vegetarians like myself. The wine list is amazing and surprisingly affordable, but make sure you come early for 1 (or 2 or 3) of their fantastic cocktails. The atmosphere is stylish but comfortable. It's a big place but the acoustics are great so it's not too loud at all! The staff is knowledgable and extremely attentive and friendly. Can't wait to go back and see what's on the menu next!

Cool new trendy restaurant in the former Zengo location. Food is delicious and often different/unique options. Great cocktails with a full wall of spirits behind the bar and bartenders who really know how to mix a great drink. Watch their opening hours, as they close for several hours between lunch and dinner. They usually reopen at 5. The menu is small with usually only 7 or 8 options each of entree and appetizer. It also seems rather pricey; a couple could not get an appetizer and two drinks for under $40 on average. With entrées running around $30 and small plates around $12 - $15, this could be a very expensive dinner for two.

Great spot where Zengo used to be. They have brightened it up and offered a upscale but still casual option downtown. We had a couple of happy hour drinks- the Greyhound is perfection! And shared the farro risotto, which was so yummy. Definitely need to get back for dinner. Great work! Support local!

Attempted to visit their holiday-themed speakeasy named Miracle. We stood in line for 10-15 minutes upon their opening at 6pm just to get on their waitlist on a Monday night. They noted that there were 45 guests ahead of us in line, so trying to make the best of it, we went elsewhere for dinner to kill some time. We downloaded their app at their recommendation to keep tabs on the wait time. Two full hours later, there were just 10 people ahead of us, so we wrapped up dinner to walk the half mile back for drinks. Somehow our reservation got deleted from their system en route. When we arrived, we tried explaining to the hostess what had happened, but she couldn't have been less interested in helping us, noting that she would only add us back to the end of the line (which now had another 40 guests since we had initially checked in) and we were denied open bar seating as well as seats at the 4-6 open tables on the floor. Seriously - don't waste your time. (Waitlist confirmation text attached.)

Only giving 2 stars and not 1 because the service was good. Atmosphere was dark and uncomfortable. Weren't even offered a wait or a bar seat, despite the bar being completely open. Food was mediocre, small and way over-priced. Didn't love Zengo, but missing their food now.
