"This studio takes its mantra of “yoga for all” very seriously. There are ten types of classes, at all different levels, as well as options for kids and teens. Some of the best: deep stretching, an energizing vinyasa flow set to rock music, and sculpt classes warmed with an infrared sauna. There’s even a class for families to take together, where kids sing “Row Your Boat” while parents hold the boat pose. (They have several locations throughout the city, including one on Lovers Lane.) I've practiced at We Yogis 6-7 times a week for the past 5 years. This is a very dedicated community where teachers and students share a love for yoga. I love the Rockin Yogis classes...it's the most unique and challenging style that you can only find here! The sky is the limit in this space. Grow your practice, clear your mind, open your heart and get the sweatiest sweat at We Yogis!

Great instructors, fun music and a great vinyasa flow. The level 2/3 classes are definitely faster paced but the instructors always provide opportunities for modifications. I would definitely recommend this studio.
