Webb's City Cellar by Green Bench Brewery

Super glad I stopped to check this out while visiting Green Bench Brewing! Webb’s City Cellar is apart of Green Bench- but instead of classic beers and brews they offer different things like ciders & sours, and in small sip selections so you can do a lot more tastings. But beyond this the vibe they have set up inside is so dope. The low lighting and mix of industrial & farmhouse decor is unique and is the perfect change up from Green Bench’s original brewery. This is a place I’d come back to and hang out in. The workers were super nice and helpful with any questions you might have about their offerings. There’s a bar to sit at but it seems to fill up fast.

We recently hosted our son’s rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Webb City Cellar at Green Bench Brewing, and it was nothing short of amazing! The space has such a cool, industrial vibe—it was the perfect setting for our events. We used the loft upstairs for a more intimate rehearsal dinner with about 40 guests, and then seamlessly moved downstairs to welcome 120 people for the larger welcome party. The flow of the evening was effortless, and our guests were blown away by the atmosphere. The bartenders were fantastic—friendly, efficient, and worked their tails off all night to keep the drinks flowing and everyone happy. A very special shoutout to Kendra, the event coordinator. She was absolutely incredible—responsive, organized, and truly committed to making our event the best it could be. From early planning months ago to final clean-up at the end of the night, she was there every step of the way. Her communication and attention to detail gave us such peace of mind, and she went above and beyond in helping with setup, execution, and everything in between. We couldn’t have done it without her! We also hired the amazing B+B Setup Squad to style and decorate the space, and they worked beautifully alongside Kendra to create a truly magical night for our family and friends. Can’t recommend Webb City Cellar enough for any special event—beautiful space, top-notch team, and an unforgettable experience!

Webb’s City Cellar is the amazing high end experimental brewery extension to adjacent GreenBench brewery. While GreenBench has a good array of standard type beers - IPAs, lagers, Pilsner- Webb City does potent barrel aged stouts, barrel aged sours(!), wild yeast farmhouse saisons, meads, ciders- quite a beer drinking journey. Webb has a very rustic appeal with an intimate taproom bar setting, a lounge space, an outdoor patio, balcony seating, and a large barrel aging facility. Great bartenders walk you through and educate you about the very original concoctions on the rotating menu This is a must for serious beer drinkers and aficionados !

Best place for wine enthusiast looking for complex beer profiles. I will be back for the Alice #5 and the Drood

Great selection. They periodically host Classical Revolutions which is a must watch. There's something for everyone. Supporting local tastes so good.

My first time here this evening after my volleyball league and it’s amazing! The ambiance inside is fantastic. The industrial vibe with the barrels is totally appropriate and reminiscent of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. The beer is fantastic. From the non Lactose sours which feature various fruits (try the Blackberry & Black Currant enhanced Vordrassil!). The German style beer is outstanding and so is the Clotho which is a 4.5% minimally hoppy option if you’d like something fully bodied while still being on the somewhat lighter side. What is good beer at a great place like this without amazing staff and service to back it up? The staff I encountered here is amazing! My “Saison Slingers” this first visit are Ashley & Bryan. Both are personable, knowledgeable, helpful, engaging, and have great personalities. Bryan walked me through the menu to try new things after Ashley originally walked me Through the menu and helped me decide on the Vordrassil. Bryan helped get me out of my typical shell to try new options and I’m so glad he did. When Bryan went to clean tables he left me in the full care of Ashley and she is one knowledgeable lady! We discussed her experience of 7 years of Spanish. She “schooled” me lol appropriately of course upon my invite. Nothing like a free Spanish lesson while enjoying craft beverages! But most importantly, Ashley was the absolute most knowledgeable person I’ve ever met regarding beer, wine & cider with respect to flavor profiles, the science behind them, and the additives that other distilleries and wineries add in the US that their products don’t need or have. 5 out of 5 stars. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a brewery! Thanks Bryan and Ashley! Ashley should be promoted to Brand Ambassador for her in depth knowledge and sales skills!. Kudos!

James and Ashley were AMAZING! My bf and I went to green bench. He notice the inside of this place from going to the br and wanted to go in. We not only had amazing exotic/different selections compared to most places. 10/10 on all fronts!

This Brewery was stunning! We were the photobooth operator for a recent private Christmas party and this brewery was the perfect location. Drinks were perfectly made and it’s the perfect vibe for an inside/outside event. There was also a food truck on the outside of the brewery just in case you have an appetite. Highly recommend for any type of private event.
