We were a party of 7. Basically 2 families having dinner together after move in. The server did not want to split the check into 2. (needed manager approval, made a stink about it) Beyond that Emily's service was not good.
The food was good. Prime rib and lamb. I guess they don't split checks there. For the amount of money that I dropped, I won't be going back.
RESPONSE TO BRIAN WEBER1 - Family owned and operated does not have to mean unprofessional service. Customer service is the cornerstone of any fine dining establishment. Resting your laurels on the past generations accomplishment is a death spiral. The other family in our party of 7 were guests of the hotel and selected your restaurant, not me. As I read your past reviews, poor customer service seems to be a reoccurring theme. I am very PRO small business as I have been part of many successful small businesses. Thank you for your GC offer, but I'm a one and done person, much like most of your other customers. First impressions are everything in the service industry. Thank you for your response and wish you the best.
BTW, Why are there 2 unlabeled prices for the same bourbon shot? Also, Knob Creek (and ALL other bourbons) comes in many varieties, i.e. rye, maple single barrel, 10 , 12 ... which is offered? Why is it not specified on the menu? I was impressed you had Blantons on the menu. single barrel?
