Dropped by here on our camping trip. We've always driven by, but never stopped in... Until now! And it was worth it! Very unique place to grab a quick, hearty bite. The food was simple and delicious. The staff were friendly... There is a bit of a wait, but there's plenty to look at and explore while you wait for your burger. The dining area is a train car... Which was so fun! And last but not least, they have another whole train car converted into washrooms... And wow! This washroom was way better than what you would expect a washroom in a train car to be... So clean and almost "high end" with nice sinks. I wish I took some pics inside. Really cool stop off the highway!

Google
Absolutely fantastic food! Everything was high-quality, fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. The burger was cooked to perfection—just the right amount of grilling, keeping it tender and moist inside. One of the best-tasting burgers I’ve had in a long time. The only small issue was the bun—it fell apart a bit too easily. Other than that, an amazing experience. Highly recommend!

Returning from Algonquin to Toronto, we stopped to have lunch at this place and we were positively surprised. They have parking on both sides of the road and an elevated walkway from which you cross the lane safely. The burgers are delicious with a taste of barbecue on the charcoal grill, prepared in front of us, the line was long but it was fast (about 15 minutes in line and another 10 minutes waiting for the assembly of our burger), the price was cheap as you can see in the menu in the photo, we spent $37.65 on 2 triple burgers, 1 chocolate shake, 1 Pepsi and 1 poutine that was delicious. At the back of the place has a large lawn space with many picnic tables available under trees to sit, very nice. Great experience.

Google
Food, service, atmosphere - check, check, and check! This place is great! Right on the highway and with parking in both directions, the food is great and priced like it’s 2007 (please don’t increase the price because I said that!). Staff are awesome - friendly and so efficient that it takes minutes to come out of the line even during a busy weekend lunch hour. Lots of place to sit and the toilets, man don’t even get me started - not what I expected for a burger joint on the side of the highway, it was PRISTINE with a baby room! This is going to be our pit stop whenever we pass this way!

We recently tried the Veg Double Patty Burger at Weber Burgers. The portion size was quite generous, and the burger was definitely filling, making it a good option if you’re really hungry. However, when it came to taste, it didn’t quite live up to expectations. The flavors were a bit flat, and it felt like something was missing — maybe a punchier sauce or more seasoning in the patties could have helped. Overall, it’s a decent choice if you’re looking for a heavy veg burger, but not something we’d come back for if we’re craving great taste.

Google
There was a long line, but it moved quickly. I got the double patty cheeseburger. The patty was juicy and well-cooked. The bun could’ve been better. They accept debit or cash only.

Google
Located on the HWY 11 North. If you are coming down South, don't follow the Google map which might tell you to exit the highway and come back up on the 11 North, but instead there's parking on 11 South right before the red overpass with their sign by it and you'll be able to use the bridge to walk over to the other side. The burger was okay, the trains were cool, but the washroom was probably the cleanest on the entire HWY 11. We went there around 12:30 on a weekday and waited 5 mins in a small line for food, but there was a large line up by the time we finished eating.

Google
⭐️⭐️⭐️ Decent stop, but a bit overhyped in our experience. We stopped at Webers given its popularity and nostalgic roadside appeal. There was quite a long lineup — not sure why, considering the food itself was definitely average. The burger didn’t have much of a wow factor. May be due to the location and price it tends to get over 4-star reviews, but honestly, it didn’t quite live up to the hype for us. That said, the service was impressively quick despite the crowd. It’s a convenient stop if you’re on the highway, but mostly for the experience rather than the food.

Yelp
Long line, but quick service and food delivery. Good food too! Nice find on the way through this part of Canada.

Yelp
Here's the thing about Webbers... the burgers? They aren't great. They're good! But they're not great. They are what they are, and they're part of many people's family stories. I know that's what they're known for, but that's not the best thing about them. The best thing is the location. From the road, you have no idea that there is a huge property hiding behind the train cars, loaded with picnic tables, and benches, and things to explore. But, when you park and get in line, it all comes into view. Also, if you're worried about the long line - don't. The take your order in the line, they take your money and give you change in the line, and they prepare your food while you're in the line. The line keeps moving. They've figured it out. It's great! Also, the train cars are great, too. It's not like eating in a hot train car. No, it's fully air conditioned, and incredibly roomy. I was shocked. Delighted. I will be back. Do I need an 8 dollar burger? No. But, do I need that place to stop and have a picnic while also eating some fries in a train car on a journey north? I sure do!

Yelp
BLAND ON BLAND ON BLAND!!! Talk about no sauce! Don't even get me started on those dry, boring, cheap buns. The patty was dry and flavour less, the buns stale and soaked up all the ketchup and yet the were still dry. Veggie pattie was okay but not much flavour. The poutine had POUTENTIAL however it was COOOLLD! I'm talking the curds remained curdy... Also do note that they got no: 1, MAYONNAISE 2, LETTUCE 3, CREDIT CARD SALES! Way overpriced! 23$ for 2 tiny Pattie's and frozen fries! Save yourself and drive the extra minute to McDonald's!

Yelp
Weber's has been an institution on the way to cottage country for years. Their burgers are charcoal barbecued, given them a distinct delicious flavour. The French fries are nicely spiced. It's a good bet for fast food in the area.
google avatar

Yelp
Times have changed. They've fully embraced the get in get out nature of their drive through. Everything feels like being part of a machine people running up to you asking you for your order without a shred of humanity. They don't take cards of any kind and the ones they do is Canadian debit only. Cash accepted but no American which is fair but just wow. Food is mediocre at best flavorless at worst. Milkshakes basically tasted like frozen milk very little to no flavor. This place just isn't what it was I won't be back

Yelp
June 10/2023: What a total disappointment! This USED to be a great burger but that's a thing of the past. The burger ($6.30) was a single bland tasteless burger with a poor quality bun made from cheap ingredients. The fries ($4.50) were clearly double fried (hallowed out in the centre) & were too cold to really enjoy them. The milkshake was that poor tasting "factory made" & tasted as such. The service was adequate but some of the servers were a little pushy & bossy. The outdoor seating was ok but the table could clearly have used to be cleaned. This is DEFINITELY NOT A DO OVER!
google avatar

Yelp
A really good burger at an institution on the way up to and back from cottage country. The line always seems to be long, but moves quick, and the staff has the process down to a science. They come up to you in line, you place your order, they tally it up and come back to you in line to collect the cash and hand you you your change. then you pick up the food inside the small serving line area. There is a bunch of outdoor picnic seating, as well as some in old rail cars. The bathrooms are even located in old rail cars (side note- the nicest restrooms i have seen in a burger joint.) Its a good meal on the trip.

Yelp
This used to be the best stop on the highway. Not sure what's gone wrong. Service was fast I'll give them that, but the burger was unfortunately overcooked and dry as a bone, the bread was crumbling which means that wasn't fresh either. The fries were definitely hot but limp and soggy and over salted (considering I ordered poutine and they got that wrong, I think I dodged a bullet). I suppose when you have such a drive through reputation then it doesn't matter if standards slip, but when people stop dropping in, and they will, they only have to look at quality control as the care and attention to what made this place a definite stop has turned it into a drive past at all costs. Shame.

Yelp
Been coming to Webers every summer of my life and it always is the best! Great quality food, quick ordering process and awesome grounds.

Yelp
My very first time at Webers. I've heard of it over the years but since we down really cottage, never had a reason to check them out. When we got there at lunch it was quite busy, there was a long lineup. Long enough to scare me usually and would just go elsewhere to eat. But because i've read some of the reviews on here, i knew that they have a very effective ordering system and the line actually is quite deceiving and moves very quickly. We ordered some cheese burgers, hot dog, and fries. Their fries are meh.....nothing special. We must have gotten the end of the batch cuz all the fries were short little fry bits. Burgers were ok, nothing special, same with the footlong hot dog. Seating wise ,there were plenty of picnic tables outdoors for you to eat. They were all very surprisingly clean. There were also converted train cars for you to eat in if the weather was bad. Pricing for the amount of food we ordered was quite reasonable. Definitely cheaper than McDonald's i think. But i wouldn't go out of my way to eat there as food wise it's really nothing that special. But if ur driving by and its lunch/dinner time, make the stop, you won't regret it.

Yelp
A pleasant (and safe) dining experience at one of Orillia's local gems. The lineup for Webers starts on the right side of the building. There are employees who take your order and collect payment (cash/debit only) while you wait outside. Plenty of picnic tables and chairs spread out around and in the back to enjoy your meal. I had the single patty cheeseburger with all the toppings and shared some fries, poutine and milkshake with the family. I do prefer the bun to be toasted for my burger. The poutine was a bit salty but loved how they layer cheese curds in between. It was a good seasoning for the fries as opposed to the regular salt. The only tip I have is to request extra napkins and cutlery when you order your food outside. It was hard to communicate inside so we didn't get many napkins and forks for the group.

Yelp
This was my first time at Webers in years as I don't travel down this road very often. Webers is an institution, filled with nostalgia for a lot of people. The Process - the line up looks long and it is, but they have an efficient process for ordering, payment (cash or debit) and order prep. It moves fast as a result. The Food - my burger was a bit dry. Really an average burger. The fries were a bit salty for my taste, and the gravy was nothing special. My son had an ice cream cone which was good and a very generous portion. Honestly the food alone is nothing special. Value - the pricing is very reasonable, especially for double and triple patties. Setting - I love the old rail cars. The place is a little park which has expanded over the years, with some other businesses popping up nearby.

Yelp
Location: Off some highway 11 north, be careful not to miss the entrance. But if you do the southbound has a nice parking area with an attractive bridge you can cross in to get on their side. The line up looks long but they have a great order & payment system, which makes the line move faster. Price: Is Right! Very reasonable! Food: delicious! Burgers are well seasoned & juicy. Straight off a bbq grill
google avatar

Selena C.

Yelp
I guess this is just the go to place on route to/back from the cottage?? That's the only reason I can think of when I see the long line for these burgers. The burgers aren't BAD but just not anything great that I'd go out of my way for. It's okay for what there is. Same with the fries, nothing spectacular. Also remember cash or debit!
google avatar

Bianka K.

Yelp
Basic backyard burger, it was good exactly what you would expect. More toppings would be nice . My only complaint was the poutine and I've heard this from a numerous amount of people . Gravy was not hot and cheese was rubbery. Gravy needs to be piping hot and poured on top of the curds. If I went back into would just order gravy on the side.
google avatar

Yelp
Always a staple when heading up north! It's definitely not THE best burger, but the charcoal grilled patty hits the spot. Don't expect a flavourful beef patty, because it's not. However you can taste the fresh ground beef and the subtle ketchup/mustard, amongst the other fixins (Tomatoes, Onions,Pickles). The fries are the skinny kind, but are pretty good. The line moves very fast and the staff are super friendly. They have a bunch of tables outside that are cleaned after every use. The washrooms are clean as well, and can be accessed going north or south on the 11 which we love. They take cash/debit.
google avatar

Yelp
What a neat concept. You purchase the burger and walk inside the train to eat it. The train is not in motion but a relaxing sensation! So the burger, I ordered the one with cheeses and double patty. The patty was nice and tasty! The poutine was a little on the salty side. Cash only. Overall a nice unique experience! Will be back!

Joe E.

Yelp
No vegetarian options. The garden burger is cooked right with the beef and the fries contain beef tallow. Had to wait through a 30 minute line just to find this out.

Yelp
A cottage country tradition - I try to stop if I am ever up North. I was on my way back home solo from a girls weekend in Washago and pulled over for a quick bite. When I walked up, the line was out the door but an employee quickly swept the line taking customers orders. I opted for a classic poutine and chocolate shake - YAY! I realized in a panic as the employee came back that she was holding bills in her hand. I asked her "are you cash only"? She said yes but there is an ATM inside. Since I didn't have anyone else to save my spot in line, I dug around my wallet for enough change. Sadly, I was about a $1 short. I asked her to remove the chocolate shake. She was about to do this when the man in front of me handed a toonie and said "you can't NOT get the shake!" Oh man, I almost cried. Bless you, kind stranger!! I sheepishly thanked him a million times, he was so nice about it. Have to say, the poutine really hit the spot - tons of curd cheese on top and I love how they layer the gravy and fries so you get a bit of everything with each bite. That chocolate shake was downright heavenly and helped me stay sane/calm on the long drive back to Toronto. See ya next year, Webers!

Yelp
I headed up North to a cottage for the Canada Day weekend and simply had to stop at Webers on both ways. I have heard cottage-goers rant and rave about this place for many years so I simply had to try it for myself. I was not disappointed. When we arrived, there were two lines. One out of each entry point. The lines were long and I was sure I'd be standing and waiting for an hour. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the line moved quickly. An employee would come out and take orders from those in line to expedite the process (and it worked). It's also important to note that they only take cash here. There is an ATM next door if you don't have cash. We ordered cheeseburgers, fries and chocolate shakes. Everything on the menu is very affordable - especially for the quality! The charcoal-grilled burgers melt in your mouth. They are incredibly juicy and bbq'd to perfection. They have mastered their mixture of condiments - ketchup, mustard, chopped onions, tomatoes and pickles. While these condiments aren't fancy or out of the ordinary, they put just the right amount on each burger to ensure that it doesn't overpower the taste of the burger but simply heighten it. The fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. And the shake is the perfect way to tie it all together. Watching the woman at the front put the condiments on so quickly is part of the experience. Make sure to watch them expertly (and quickly) craft your meal! There is plenty of seating outside the shop. Tons of picnic tables and even seating attached to an old train. I can't wait to go up North again so I can grab another burger here!

Yelp
This place is very well known for their burgers. When my family and I arrived, there was a huge line up already for the burgers. The wait was around 30 minutes. The staff were very efficient at their jobs. They seemed to be very experienced with handling such a large group of people - I was impressed with the system they had to take people's orders. They would first come down the line and take people's orders, then they would come back with the receipt. I found it quite interesting that they foresaw how much cash I would give them because the moment I gave my money, the server had the exact change to give back to me. As well, the kitchen staff were very hardworking and also made sure that people got their orders very accurately. The hamburgers and fries were delicious. It wasn't soggy or bland. I can't say they were the best burgers ever but they were one of the better ones. If you are in the area, try a burger! Note: THEY ACCEPT CASH ONLY
google avatar

Umesh W.

Yelp
Has to be one of my favourite burger places. They make charcoal BBQ burgers. The burgers perfectly done and tasty as heck. The bun is perfect.
google avatar

C G.

Yelp
If your are on Hwy 11 and starving, very convenient. But, burgers are just ok, not amazing. The summer line up does not explain the quality of the food. Stop in Orillia, much better burger places.

Y L.

Yelp
Great service - they have an efficient order business where the servers will come to their customers along the line . They are energetic young people who are quick, peppy and efficient ! We had two burgers and fries. Food was done quickly and we got our food within minutes. Only challenge is that sometimes their line up are long. It will also be good if they are a bit quicker in cleaning the outside picnic table because of the quick turnover The kawathra ice cream was a treat too!! Just a Canadian classic on the highway!
google avatar

Emily X.

Yelp
I don't understand why the line-up for this place is so long. It is just non-special simple tasting burger. Summary: a Canadian version of in-n-out burger besides highway. A simple, nothing special, similar to McDonald's burger Tip: Cash only, no cards I drove by this place a couple of times. Apparently this place is pretty famous, always has a long line up. Finally, I stop by and tried once. It was nothing special though, somewhat disappointed. I found the burger a big lack of favour. The fries are just like McDonald's fries. This place is a ok price. 4 burger, 2 fries, 4 drinks, it is about 30. The portion was ok, smaller than big mac. The dining experience is not special either. It is an open space, near the highway. You could see the burger made in front of you. If I need to stop for food near the highway, I would probably prefer McDonald's. It is ok to try this place once.

Steven L.

Yelp
First time here, but probably won't be back . The fries are good but the hot dogs and burgers are average at best . Burger Pattie's are too thin for the buns they use (which are not even toasted). Hotdogs may be a foot long but they aren't very big and get lost in the excessive hotdog bun . Won't be back

Yelp
A good place to stop by if you're headed up north on hwy 11! Decided to stop after seeing the lines during multiple trips up north and back down to toronto! Ordered a cheese burger and fries. Overall I think it was good. The cheese was nicely melted on the burger and the burger patty itself tasted fine! It has the nice charcoal flavor but I definitely wouldn't say it's the best burger I've eaten. The options for topping are ketchup, mustard, onions, tomato and pickles. It was overall a good meal in a good spot, because as many who go up north know... your options get more and more limited the further you go up. Service was very efficient, as I ordered, payed and received my food all within a good time frame. I also have to give credit to their decor and set up! They took old train carts and set it up for a good spot to enjoy your meals, and there's plenty of tables and places to eat behind back! The washrooms were also cool and funky and clean. I would definitely stop here again and plan to in the future!

Yelp
This place is a feast for the eyes! Everywhere you look, there are cool things to see! We were heading south on The highway and were pleasantly surprised that the cool bridge crossing the highway is to make access easier for the southbound crowd. Seating varies from picnic tables on fresh grass to inside dining in a former passenger train. Another train car houses the washrooms and ATM. Service is quick with a fair number of people working behind the counter with available staff taking the orders from people in line. A very efficient system. I had a hotdog and found it to be of really good quality. Cooked to perfection. For a drink I went next door to the Kawartha dairy outlet where my friend and I ordered milk shakes. Mine was Birthday Cake flavoured and my friend had a moose tracks milkshake. Only issue we both had was that they weren't well mixed and all the chunks of stuff from the ice cream were layered on the bottom. Price point was reasonable. The grounds were clean. The atmosphere perfect and I can't wait to go back (whenever that may be.

Yelp
Driven by this place seeing long lines all the time plus a friend heard some good things about it. One very positive thing I can say though is that the service is amazing. Staff are very friendly and sufficient. They have a great system going which makes those lines go by fast but after having their burger, I'm starting to think that those patties have been sitting on or near heat for way too long. If I could rate their service, no doubt I'd give them 5/5, but you're hear for the food rating. Double Cheeseburger - That first bite was good but as I kept eating my burger, it just kept getting drier and drier. Also lacked some flavour to it. If it weren't for the strong flavours from the onions, mustard and that single pickle slice, it would've been completely flavorless. 2/5. Poutine - Fries looked amazing as I saw people order them. They're pretty much shoestring fries. Yes they used cheese curds which is a must for poutine but another must is the gravy. Theirs lacked volume and flavor. Because it lacked thick salty gravy, the cheese barely melted. Plus, the fries weren't hot. 2/5. Hot Dog - Costco hot dogs trumps theirs but I must say that the hot dog is actually better than the burger, flavor-wise. Was however on the slimmer side so it wasn't as juicy as any other dog out there. 3/5. Still glad I took the 1.5 hour drive up to experience it and am willing to give them the benefit of a doubt and go again as it could've been an off day.

Yelp
Always quick and greasy. Friendly n convenient. Delicious... period.... This place has become a traditional stop for our family

Yelp
Icon and legacy of Orillia/ Muskoka Been here forever and is a must stop for old fashioned burgers and dogs.

Charlene J.

Yelp
so disappointing... drove by many times and finally decided to stop what a disappointment the burgers were so flat and the buns so dry .... the gravy was cold and didn't melt the cheese on poutine ... i don't see the hype maybee long ago they cared about the quality but for sure that's gone

Yelp
What's the big deal about this place? I've heard people rave about it but I wonder if they're just so hungry by the time they get here because there's nothing else to eat for kilometres around here, and then they wait in that really long line, which makes everything tastes great. Don't get me wrong, it's decent but nothing special. I really like how efficient they are. The line was huge when I got there, as I hear it always is, but it moved so quickly. Behind the counter, they have the most efficient assembly line I've ever seen in my life. It might be worth the trip just to watch them swirl the bags to wrap the burgers. There's also a nice environment/picnic area behind the restaurant to eat and hang out, which was really nice. Oh yeah, if you're undecided about whether to just get regular fries or upgrade to poutine, stick with the fries. The poutine was disappointing.
google avatar

Anindya S.

Yelp
I absolutely loved the concept. Unfortunately the corona virus distancing stipulated from not using the train car. Coming to the food simply one of the best , freshest and tastiest burgers I have ever tried. I would be back at a heartbeat.. they maintained excellent hygiene and safety amidst the COVID... I highly recommend.
google avatar

Rob K.

Yelp
Every time I head north of Bracebridge I have to stop in for a double cheese burger and fries. The Daughter likes the side dairy bar for some Muskoka Mocha ice cream from Kawartha Dairies. Just a quick note they only accept cash - No debit, credit or Apple Pay. There is an ATM on site. I highly recommend the burgers. You can even buy 10 frozen to cook up at home. Enjoy.

Jacqui L.

Yelp
A good spot to stop if you're on your way or on the way back home. The lot is massive and has parking on both directions. A bridge to cross if you're on the opposite side. Food is decent. It doesn't have that much flavour but it fills your stomach when you're hungry. Line may look long but they take your orders pretty fast and your food is ready in no time. Bread and meat is a bit dry, add condiments! Poutine is okay. If you're looking for hot gravy to melt the cheese, look somewhere else. You get a good amount of cheese curds though! Lots of seating - picnic tables everywhere. There's also a massive washroom in a train which is surprisingly clean and nice. Starbucks is there and also kawartha ice cream for a little something extra after your food.
google avatar

Jennifer K.

Yelp
Webers has the cleanest and coolest washrooms on Highway 11! I would stop here just for a washroom break and of course my excuse to have a burger. My first and only experience with Webers might be a little bias. I was hungry, I had not eaten any real food aside from a cookie. It was way passed lunch time. I was at Flying Monkey Brewery for a free tour and tasting... The meat cooking on the open flame charcoal grill just smell SO SO Good! The burger just taste so juicy and smokey.... I can eat 2 of those and the fries... and more... Love the train passenger car seating. Seriously, I don't mind having one of those burgers on my next VIA train trip. I was just so hungry.... All I have are good memories with my experience of Webers. But I was here in March when it was still cold... I don't know if I want to queue up during the Cottage season. I was just so hungry...

Yelp
Weber's is amazing we usually show up before they open. Around half hour and wait for them to open up. We love being able to stop stretch and be able to have our dog out on leash and even he gets a pooch patty. Love the charcoal grilled burgers and Starbucks and the service and cleanliness is great they are always out cleaning every time we stop by. Has been a place my family has stopped for several generations and will continue.

Yelp
I stopped by here on the way up North. Not really much around and it was highly recommended by friends who've stopped at Webers for lunch. Don't be afraid of the long lines, they are highly efficient and every meal comes out super fast. I ordered a hamburger and my friend ordered a cheeseburger. We also shared a poutine. I like that their burgers aren't super greasy or heavy feeling. The poutine was just okay. There is a good amount of seating as well in the park behind the restaurant. Overall I would stop there again on the way North but I wouldn't go out of my way to travel up there for a burger.

Yelp
Generally the place everyone stops at on their way to or from cottage country. This is our first time going in the winter, and I loved that it was line free! Because they weren't as busy, their chocolate shakes were nice and thick (mind you it was -14 C so really it wasn't going to melt anytime soon), their burgers were super juicy because it wasn't overcooked (which it sometimes is when it's a huge lineup and their have their coals extra hot), and their fries...while still salty, were nice and crispy. Generally, I love the taste of Charcoal grilled burgers....these ones is just tradition. Can't wait to go again! I like their diners in train cars but sometimes i find them rather stuffy. I opt for the picnic seating in the back in the fall, or I'll just eat my burger in the car.

Yelp
I understand some people give this place a better review because of nostalgia. Fortunately, this is my first time here, so I will be unbiased and base my review solely on the food. The burgers were good, but not great. The patties had the distinct taste of the charcoal grill. Howver, it is very thin (like the cheeseburger patty at Mcdls) and getting the double patty is highly suggested. They don't have lettuce, which isn't a big deal. To my distaste, the buns were not heated nor toasted. Finally, there still might need to be some improvements to thei ordering system. Three people behind me got their orders before me. The seating area is really cool, as they creatively use old train carriages as dining spaces. There is a foot overpass that allowa anyone going southbound (to Toronto) to walk over and grab a bite to eat. Overall, an okay burger, but more of a tourist spot than a decent burger joint.

Yelp
A must stop when you headed "up-north" The line up is a little extreme but they've definitely got a good system in place! I personally feel the poutine is AMAZING!! Skinny fries, nice gravy and tons of cheese! (Yummmmm) Burger is well made, I only wish they had more toppings option.

Yelp
I used to go to Webers with my family and have great memories of going there and playing with siblings. We came by yesterday and ordered double cheese burgers with poutine on the side and milk shakes. The poutines were inedible. The cheese curds were tasty but they weren't melty and the gravy had no flavour other than a lot of salt. I asked to be refunded for the poutines because they didn't taste great. The manager pointed out that no one else returned them and people love their poutines. Perhaps I wasn't familiar with poutine. He took his sweet time and made sure I saw him throw away the poutines. He did eventually give me a refund for the poutines. I wanted them to know that not everyone is in love with everything they do. I won't be going back any time soon

Yelp
This is quite the operation. If anything, you have to come here for the experience of it all. When we first walked up to the place, there was a lineup spiralled out the door, but miraculously, we were in and out in about 5 minutes. The young kids working in the restaurant have this assembly line operation that any fast food restaurant should take notes on. They've got someone taking your order as soon as you walk in the door, you've paid by the time you're three feet inside and you're on your way to burger heaven 2 minutes later. The real treat is getting to watch these kids assemble about 10 burgers per minute. There's one guy manning the grill, a few people in charge of decorating your burger, someone in charge of fries, etc and they're all incredibly quick and accurate, it looks like they've been doing this for years. It's actually a sensory overload watching your burger come together. It's almost as entertaining as the burger is delicious. I have definitely had better burgers in my life but this one was hot, fresh and had that charcoal flavour you want in a burger. The bun was also soft and fresh tasting. I can't comment on the fries or anything else but they did look good and the prices are super decent. I would definitely make a habit out of coming to webers every time I'm out on that highway, it's a fun, family favourite that's quick and affordable.

Yelp
Totally fun place to have a meal with the family. The food is fresh, good quality and is prepared quickly for you. They have hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, poutine, soda and milk shakes. There are plenty of tables to enjoy your meal. It has a picnic kind of feel to it. There's plenty of parking on both sides of the freeway. You can crossover on the bridge.

Yelp
Soooo overhyped. Literally no options for toppings? Cheese and ketchup and mustard basically. Flat pop with no ice poutine was okay. The burger was so simple it tastes like something your drunk uncle would make at the family bbq, nothing special. No bang for your buck. 30$ for burgers and poutine for 2 people.

Yelp
I'd passed by this burger joint many times on trips up north to the cottage or to the casino. I'd always been curious because Weber's had a reputation for being amazing, at least in the circle of folks I knew who had been there before. Well, on my most recent trip to the cottage, my girlfriend and planned a stop there during our week away. The crazy lineups outside were always a reason for me to avoid this place, but when I found out that they take your order and cash your transaction out while you're waiting in line, I was less worried. This definitely made the line move more smoothly! We both went for a double cheeseburger and shared a poutine and a large chocolate shake. Was it the world's greatest burger? No. Not even close. But I will say, that if you've been driving for a few hours and you need to make a pit stop and grab some food, this is the PERFECT place to go and kill an hour. Would I get out on the road just to have a Weber's burger? No, probably not. But it definitely will be a part of the ritual when we head up to the cottage again.

Yelp
If everyone recommends the hamburgers from this restaurant, it only means he/she hasn't eaten a good burger yet. Don't stop your driving, you won't miss anything. In & out or Shake Shack can make much better burgers .

Yelp
Passed this by on a Sunday on the way to Lake Leonard and saw a line at least 40 deep. I knew I had to try it on the way back. Stopped for a late lunch mid week and the line was much shorter, maybe 8 people. It's basic burgers and fries but cooked over charcoal, like real backyard charcoal, as in I saw them dump a bag of charcoal under the grill while I was in line. The burgers are really good and taste like you would get at a cook out at home. The fries were excellent. It's definitely an upgrade from any roadside fast food or On Route restaurants. One word of caution - it's cash only. Ok, two words of caution - it's really busy on the weekends.
