On the Grid : Wedge Table

"The Wedge Table moved in to the Whittier neighborhood and brought with it the best organic smoothies and fresh pressed juices in the universe. Behind the big counter, you can grab a bite from the deli, get a made-to-order soft serve shake, or a cup of soup and a burrito. Everything is tasty, accessible, and delicious. The space is open, airy and inviting, and it's easy to find a spot to sit and enjoy your meal. There is also a really beautiful community room available, where up to 25 people can get together for a meet-up over lunch or drinks. The Wedge Table is essentially a classy bodega -- it's got hot food, plenty of the basics, and all of it organic or sustainable." - Light Grey Art Lab

I've been eating fast food for three days as I've been on a 5,000 mile drive. Wedge Co-op offers so many healthy choices I think I've undone some of my nutritional McDamage. You didn't need to be a member to shop here. I've visited their salad bar twice in two days. Nice fresh greens. Great selection of toppings. Nice exotic selection of dressings. They also have soups, grilled chicken, ribs, etc. They seem to offer different foods on different days. I have enjoyed Virgil's Smart Soda in various flavors. Prices are good. Ample parking. Great place to people watch. Friendly staff. I really recommend this Co-op. You should stop in!

Happiest place on earth. This really is a GEM of a grocery store. They have so many great options you can only get there. The hot bar is exceptional and the smoothies are truly delicious—no other smoothies compare. They also have great prepared foods, local produce, drinks, vitamins, so much. It’s the best.

My go to grocery store four blocks away on Lyndale and 22nd St. Wonderful products, lovingly cared for by the kindest and most skilled staff ever. I'm happy to be a Coop member and can shop European style, picking up what I need when I need it. I love their bulk choices where you can fill your container to suit your needs. In addition to the usual dry goods they also have olive oil, vinegar, maple syrup and peanut butter and spices. Lots of healthy, fresh choices.

Most if not everything here is organic! Nothing better than fresh real fruit and veggies that’s aren’t genetically modified and full of pesticides. Reminds me of my garden produce I grew up eating. The prices here are also way better than anywhere else I’ve seen with these types of foods. TONS of vegan options! This is my new grocery store 😊 lots of peppers as well 🌶️

overall a good place to stop in for produce and bulk items. the hot meal buffet use to be awesome with so much variety :( the premade sandwiches and salads use to be prices per lbs but now one flat price which is expensive for a salad.

This is my favorite co-op! So many reasons. I would need a lot more space to hit them here. Great produce! Amazing bulk foods section... Clean unadultered foods throughout the place. Staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. Been shopping here for over 30 years. ❤️ this place‼️

It is nice to see quality food available. Best fresh juices in the Twin Cities. Friendly helpful staff and a clean environment. Had some Australian sheep cheese that blew my mind.

Great selection, especially the bulk section. Layout of the store is a little confusing and traffic flow is an issue. Parking lot is quite difficult to enter and exit. This co-op is best for singles and couples, purchasing for a family is a little trickier here because of the flow of the store. Excellent customer service.
