I'm excited to share that the Wee store is the most affordable option compared to the department stores in my area. The vegetables were fresh, and the fish were still frozen when they arrived. Great store to shop!

DO NOT buy from Weee. They have the worst delivery service and customer service. 1. they always deliver after 8pm 2. they don’t deliver the goods to your doorstep. They leave outside or in the lobby. After I contacted customer service multiple times, it’s still the same. Nothing changed. 3. Food quality is bad

Do not order any refrigerated or frozen goods because they arrive defrosted/room temperature which is a food safety issue Weee continues to ignore. Quality and quantity of produce has gone down while prices have gone up.

I have been a Weee customer for a few years since COVID. They carry a variety of merchants with competitive price. They give you a time frame for the delivery time which is super convenient. Highly recommend.

I recently gave the Wee delivery service a try after being reminded about it by Tina (thank you!), and I'm so glad I did! I created my order through the app, and the process was simple and convenient. My order arrived this evening, and everything was packed so well--cold items, pantry goods, and frozen items were all separated and in great condition. I didn't realize I had ordered so much stuff until I saw three boxes and a thermal package on top. This service is a game changer! Not having to drive, walk through aisles, or stand in line at the grocery store saves so much time. They even have unique Asian items you can't find at a local grocery store. I placed my order late Tuesday night, and it arrived promptly the next day, which was super convenient. The quality of the items was excellent; everything looked fresh and ready to use. I also appreciated the little touches, like the stickers on the bags saying to call customer service immediately if an item was damaged. It's reassuring to know they care about the condition of what's being delivered. I can't wait to start using the ingredients I ordered. I'll definitely be using Wee delivery again--it's such a hassle-free way to stock up on groceries!

Unethical Business Practice! SCAMMED! Why would you remove my order history? If I haven't received everything yet! My two orders valued at $126.67 & $36.68 Both orders were deleted from my order history on your Website/APP. Fortunately, I have screenshot everything just incase, they took my money and never sent me the product I have ordered. None of the items in these orders are in transit. These were order for Lunar New Year. Not only that when I try to submit this issue to the app support, I can no longer submit the issue to them apparently. I lost both money and goods. I used to think they were good and would right their wrongs but it seems that I have mistaken. This is not how a proper business should be ran. If you all want to check and if you put this order # into their system you'll notice that the order # is no longer in their system.

I loved Weee when I first used it....but am going to stop. It's not worth the frustration. The true sign of a good business is what they can do when things go wrong. I ordered from international market place. 1. Item arrived 2 weeks late. Making it over a month 2. Item arrived with an expiration date before it even shipped 3. Seller printed label before shipping. Label Printed a week before it was shipped 4. Contacted weeee several times with no update. I had to chase them 5. Finally got a call from them and they left no voicemail I had to reverse look up the number. 6. Took & days to resolve and it Was communicated that they didn't really have any power of the seller. All I got was a $5 refund on an order that cost me $25 and a 20% off coupon for orders over $30 7. Seller lied.

I signed up for weee! Online, it was super easy. I opted for online and not through the app. I love the wide selection and the convenience of getting hard to find Asian and Hispanic ingredients that I sometimes can't find at my regular grocery stores. I purchased a bunch of goodies to make buko pandan salad and a few other items. The ordering process was simple, and it was delivered at night so that my items would be nice and cold. I know some people got hacked into by their app and information stolen. I'm fortunate that nothing like this has happened to me, most likely due to me using the online platform and not their app. I really like Weee! & I will continue to use it in the future. Also, if anyone wants a referral link to save some money on your 1st two orders, let me know. I'll share my link.

This app will literally make you squeal WEEE!! When you see the immaculate quality and condition of your goodies once you receive your order! My cousin had told me about Weee months ago when he saw me ordering similar items from Amazon. I told him I would think about it since I just use Amazon for everything and have all the best Asian grocery stores right by my house. I was on the search for the infamous Binggrae Banana Milk Drink! I am obsessed with watching people posting while visiting convenience stores in Korea or Japan. And one of the biggest drink trends there is adding the banana milk to their ice coffee! So to Weee, we go!!! I found it and even more flavors than just the banana! And just like Bob Barker, the price is right! So, I ordered away, and my shipping was free cause it was my first time! It was so easy, and they kept me updated with my order through the app, text, and email! All my goodies were delivered in a respectful manner. Box wasn't damaged. Box was tightly sealed, and goodies were packaged securely and with care! And YES, the Binggrae Banana Milk Drink didn't disappoint!!! It's a must BUY! I forgot to snap a pic, but it's delicious! And Weee is where I'll be going to replenish!

My personal opinion, I love weee. Weee is a quick delivery service usually will get delivered the next day with very fresh groceries. The groceries are so fresh and everything is packaged very well. Anything that is frozen has some kind of frozen dried ice to keep your frozen items really cold and to keep it frozen, I use this service a lot to stock up on Asian groceries . Also, customer service is great. One day I got called in for work and I forgot I was expecting my package. I was hoping my package would come before I have to head to work but it didn't. I called customer service 30 minutesbefore my package get delivered I was able to update my delivery address. It was my mom's address who lives just down the street and they were able to do that for me.

I've used Weee! many times since they launched in my area but will never be using them after a very disturbing experience. I received an order (about a month ago) and began opening the boxes and realized one of the boxes of items was not mine. They were all produce/refrigerated items so I put them in my fridge. I also didn't receive my produce which totaled to $5.98. I initiated a refund in the app. I think this is pretty common when a customer receives the wrong items or did not receive the items they ordered. The agreed to the refund, but to my surprise sent their driver back at 9:30 PM to bang on my door to collect the erroneous items to deliver to the correct person. I feel bad for the driver as he is probably being overworked. But yes, they literally packed up the items I'd already handled and had in my fridge to deliver to the correct person at 9:30 pm. A week later, I noticed they didn't actually refund me for my items and left it "in progress" in the app. So not only did they not offer an explanation or apology for their unprofessional and possibly unethical behavior, they didn't even refund me. I submitted a dispute with my CC. They quickly credited me given I had screenshots/proof. Well today Weee (apparently capable of communication now) emailed me asking WHY I filed a dispute for $5.98. I AM ABSOLUTELY BAFFLED. I was going to try to look over their very unprofessional actions on that day but now they have the nerve to ask what the problem with my order with and why I submitted a dispute. I recommend you stay away from this company. Their business practice is incredibly unethical. Your food might have not come to you via their warehouse; it might have come their warehouse via someone else's home (just hope that person is not a weirdo). Their customer service is nonexistent and they are somehow the victims in this fiasco. Maybe I should go bang on their door at 9:30 pm and see how they like it. I literally feel like I'm dealing with a street vendor and haggling back and forth at a market in Asia. That is perfectly fine in that context. However, this is supposedly a legitimate ecommerce business they are running in the US and this behavior is not appropriate.

I am extremely disappointed with Weee!'s restaurant delivery service. I had planned a birthday dinner party and placed an order, expecting delivery between 4:30-7:30 PM as promised. However, at 7:00 PM, I was informed that the delivery would not arrive until at least 10:00 PM. This completely ruined my evening and the entire birthday celebration. I trusted their timing, but they failed to deliver on their promise, causing a lot of stress and frustration. Will not be using this service again, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious when relying on Weee! for timely deliveries.

Good: One Stop Asian ingredients; don't have to drive to 2 or 3 different markets to get my stuff. Quality for frozen seafood was good, just watch what you order. Some of the produce was great quality and price (mangoes and kombucha squash). Great price on Mirin and other Asian ingredients. Not so good: When I go to the app to review my prior orders...they are not there whatsoever...even with filter for "all" past orders. Additionally, when I make an order and get the confirmation email, the same thing happens. This is CONVENIENT for them so that you can lose track of your items. Some (not all) of the quality was lacking on the produce- got tomatoes that were soft and mushy...literally soft like stewed tomatoes & got eggplants that were not usable. Conclusion: Not sure...jury is still out. If I check back on Yelp and the review suddenly average at least 4.5 start...will probably try them again.

They are cheats and liars! I put in a 200+ dollars purchase and had updated my address prior to my new address. The delivered to my old address, I immediately called them back to let them know they delivered to the wrong address, they said they couldn't turn around and pick it up since they had to finish their route and I should go pick it up, I explained I was 460 miles away. They refused to re-deliver to me or refund me, because they lied and said they said an email verifying the address. I sent them a copy of the email with no ADRESS anywhere!!! I am filing with my bank and the BBB. Do not Trust them, many people have the no delivery experience go see the BBB grade! I have spent thousands of dollars with them over the years, and recommended friends and family. I am shutting my account down and I will do everything to make sure no one else has to deal with them! enjoy my $211 dollars!!

Too many boxes and plastic but otherwise a good alternative to going to the store. A bit frost bite from some vegetables. I would like an "eta" for time delivery. I think that is my only gripe.

I want to return and refund 2 極佳 野生白玉海參 冷. . of 19.99 each because the quality is bad and unacceptable. The sand cannot be cleaned out from these sea cucumbers. The customer service refused. They said that because "our description already said it has sand". So, we will not return and refund. They use their description as the standard for refund and not the customer's satisfaction as the standard. Using this standard, no one in the U.S. market can return or refund anything from clothing to food or appliances. Backwards marketing which hurts Chinese image in general. They use the Asian (or maybe Chinese) original countries' way of operation to sell in the U.S. I told the guy saying that then, I have to write you a bad review. This is not the American way to handle refund, especially online purchases. Their frozen food can never be delivered frozen. The standard delivery of frozen food is to use cooler. They use ice packets. Everything when arrived are all soft to be half way de-frozen already. Not safe.

I like that I can order Asian food and ingredient online. Lately, the drivers didn't follow my shipment note. They left my foods outside of the apartment building. I asked to be called when arrived so that I can buzz to open the apartment front door, but the driver didn't call me. Last order I got yesterday, I ordered a day in advance, but by the time it showed ship, I got notify that some of the items are out of stock. I was checking on Weee app and they still sell those items. I think this is how Weee strategy uses to get more orders from customers. The missing items I planned to cook with the chicken I got, so I cannot cook it because I don't have all ingredient. Moreover they refunded as Weee point, but not to my credit card, so it is forcing me to continue buying from them. I like that they packed my order well though, but don't like their delivery service and how they dishonest on the out of stock items, but still have it for sale. If it is out of stock, it should not be available the time I bought it.
