I recently stopped by Wegmans while visiting North Carolina, and it was such a pleasant surprise! I originally thought it might be a local grocery store, but quickly realized it’s part of a larger chain known for quality—and it definitely lives up to the reputation. The store is clean, spacious, and very well organized, making it easy to shop. The produce section stood out right away—everything looked fresh, colorful, and well stocked. Prices felt fair for the quality, and it was great to grab some fruits and drinks for our stay in the area. Another highlight was the prepared foods section, almost like a mini food court inside the store. There were hot meals, fresh options, and plenty of variety, which makes it super convenient if you want something quick but still tasty. Overall, Wegmans impressed me with both selection and atmosphere. I’d happily shop here again! Cheers 🥂

I just moved to NC and was finding it hard to find grocery food options that I like, until I found this place! Coming from Europe, I was looking for more natural ingredients and less processed food items. Thing like bread made with whole wheat instead of “ enriched and bleached wheat”. Also, slices from around the world, pasta sauce without sugar or additives, and this place didn’t disappoint! They had an excellent selection of bread, sourdough included, also a huge variety of fruits and vegetables that looked fresh although I visited at 9pm. The wines variety from around the world was also great. I also appreciated that you can find meat products without added preservatives or flavors. Such a great experience that I am so grateful for! I will be making this my weekly grocery run!

Google
Super clean, they have multiple fresh food to go stations where you can take to their dining area and eat. The bathrooms are clean, they have no touch installed just place hands and it gives you soap, water & hands dryer. They have women and men stalls. There’s so many food options at great prices.

Google
I wish we had these here in TN. Everything in thos store is so clean and the food is fresh. The hot bars are maintained and the food is hot and fresh. I was so happy to see vegan options!!! Anything you could ever want this store has. Everytime I visit NC, it's a must to come here.

Google
I love this set up, especially when it comes to displaying sales. Easy to find, you know what you’re looking for you when you look down the aisles. What you’re gonna get so you don’t have to walk the entire aisle, that is genius stuff right there when it comes to supermarkets. Only thing I say, be careful buying any Meat or chicken. We weren’t happy about the quality chicken was very stringy lots of fat . We heard about the meat from family member but their seafood is great and they’re eating areas fantastic also. Little pricey, so look for those red sales signs.

Kellie in the floral department did an amazing job making mini bouquets for my 2 year old for teachers appreciation week. She did a fantastic job assisting with flowers and color decoration. Thank you again!

Google
I like that you can find your items online and make a shopping list. Then sort the list by ailse. And the ailse system is actually intuitive. Lot of vegan options. Don't like that you have to bring own bag or buy them. But atleast you don't have to pay a deposit for the cart. I'd recommend

Google
Has a great wine selection. Vegetables looked great. The young man at the entrance was friendly and helpful. Poor service during checkout. He laughed and ke ke with the customer in front of me. When it was my turn, he didn't say anything except for bye. He didn't tell me a total or greet me. Didn't and wouldn't go back.

Yelp
Wegmans is the go-to grocery store in the Northeast, known for its huge selection of high-quality products. It's better than Publix or Kroger, with a laid-back vibe like H.E.B or Whole Foods. They make many in-house items, fresh bread, desserts, marinated meats, and ready-to-eat meals, everything feels fresh and special. They also have a great range of organics and specialty items, perfect for dietary needs or healthy options. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, and shopping is easy and relaxed. With a bakery, international goodies, and prepared foods! Next time im looking forward to getting a Sando, heard they were to die for!

Yelp
This a niche store for us and is used only for a three specific items (1) Steak (2) fresh Seafood (3) Wegmans brand Organic Pizza sauce {So Good!!} Food Lion for almost everything + Publix bread = Winning Wegmans Bakery / desserts are ludicrously expensive ... $28-$33 for a cake?! Too funny .... It is too easy to make a cake and icing at home .... and having tried several desserts that we simply will not make at home we can say the desserts are "meh" Service in the butcher shop is fine. Store is new, big, clean with plenty of easy parking (as opposed to Trader Joe's which always seems like a game of musical chairs to park). We like Wegman's but only in small doses

Yelp
This store is great. However, Wegmans is very pricey. Some find the experience worth it. They have a great selection--this store is huge. Today, unfortunately, their app was down when I got here. I wasn't able to access my list or any of the saved ecoupons. Only able to get 1/2 stuff I wanted using my memory. Stores like Wegmans don't have an excuse when they push using apps and the Internet. They need to make sure everything works with redundancy and/or other back up systems. Staff was nice as usual. Store is huge, clean, well organized, but hard to navigate without their app. I probably would have rated a four or five stars if not for the inconvenience of the app being down. Instead I rated this trip 3 out of five stars.,

Yelp
I visited this store on a Sunday afternoon around 5 it wasn't busy it was very nice paced shopping . They have a small food court type area, it's very nice and what I saw of the food looked good. I was stuffed from just having had dinner 10 min earlier so I did not try anything this time. It also smelled good and I'm looking forward to coming back. The prices were average in the food court. I feel like some of the grocery store items were more than say Winco or Walmart or even Safeway I would say in line with Fred Meyer but I'm here visiting from WA so we have much higher prices than NC no matter what . Overall I would say if you shop at Whole Foods, you might save a little by shopping here it's a very nice store and the Associates working in there are extremely nice. 5 full stars

Yelp
Always a great store, best bakery, best prepared foods, best cheese section, good groceries... We take the train from Charlotte, uber over, shop a bit and head back!

Yelp
Wegmans seems to be an upscale market for grocery shopping. Today someone asked for a review on the Wegmans 5 gallon Spring Water so here it is. The staff is usually kind and knowledgeable if you have questions about anything.

Yelp
I've always enjoyed the positive and welcoming atmosphere at the program. The staff is always available to assist me if needed. The food is always fresh and vibrant, and I personally love the Wegmans brand.
google avatar

Yelp
Love Wegmans .. The food is always fresh and the service is impeccable! There is always someone you can ask for help whether it's finding a specific type of cheese or just directions inside the store... It's a big store!! The ambience well , it's a very clean store ! Wegmans absolutely also has a great selection of cakes for all occasions; and also has great wine selection, including glasses to serve it in! From the bakery to the wine shop

Yelp
I've been in several Wegmans Grocery Stores in various locations and when I say that "if you've been in one, you've been to them all" that's not a negative comment, at least I don't mean it in that sense. These stores are all well managed and the staff is well trained. Wegmans sets the bar very high and they demand excellence from all of their employees. As a customer, I've come to expect a certain level of excellence and I'm consistently impressed. Sure, you might pay a little more but you definitely know where that extra money went. You will get top quality produce, meats, dairy, seafood, you name it, everything is just better at Wegmans.

Yelp
It's a really nice store. I love how big it is and how organized everything is. I went to order a cake and I did get help, but they apparently don't take orders in person. You can only order and pay online. It was an inconvenience because I wanted to pay with the rest of my grocery items. I went to pick up the cake that is considered large and it was small compared to what i can get elsewhere. I could've paid half the price for the size of the cake had i gone somewhere else. A basic $30 cake from a grocery store normally feeds a lot of people unless it's a specialty cake, but this barely fed the small amount of people we had (under 10). There was nothing special about the cake, no filings, no add ons or anything. This is my first time doing to a Wegmans, and I would shop there, but not order a cake.

Yelp
Great late night grocery stores Convenient for a chef like me. Specially for late night shopping.

Yelp
I came to see what the hype over Wegman's is all about. The store isn't very big inside and honestly it reminded me of Harris Teeter. Prices are high too. HEB Central Market (a Texas grocery store) is way better.
google avatar

Yelp
Love what a great supermarket, Charlotte NC is getting our first one next year cannot wait.

Yelp
The sandwich crave was satisfied by Danny's Favorite! I am happy to report the best service and customer care is here and at every Wegman's I have visited. The store is neatly arranged and the floors and aisles are clutter free and clean.

Yelp
I would and wouldn't recommend Wegmens The front desk people were great I had a return and they were really nice and helpful. Shopping and pricing not too great. I found prices higher then other stores. I was trying to find gluten free baking ingredients I asked someone and she said go up to customer service- not again. I only had two items for check out and they had plenty of self serve checkouts NO Cash! I pay with cash so I had to go to the regular register and they had 4 open but were long lines.

Yelp
My coworker and I stopped here for lunch only. We didn't shop in any way. I had never been here before but heard so much about this place. I heard the food was amazing, and the selection was awesome. We ended up getting burgers. The cost of was reasonable. The store was clean. The food areas were clean. The staff was friendly. I wish I had more time to actually go shopping. Next time for sure. I highly recommend this place.

Yelp
Arrogant people and management. Way overpriced on everything, especially pre-packed meals, fruit and bakery. example: $12 for a small 8" x8" single layer container of precut watermelon, at most a 1 and 1/2 slice worth. I only buy fresh Italian loaf and deli sliced roast beef there. Even their employees act arrogant and as if a privilege to shop there. The scent of racism and elitism is very prevalent.

Yelp
Their Naan Pizza is a star. While I don't typically shop grocery stores in person, I love Wegmans' decor and vibe. More importantly is the food and service. I find the associates to be very friendly and helpful. What I love about Wegmans' the most is the variety. Oftentimes, those hard to find specialty items can be located here (lemongrass, yellow lentils, Thai basil, Turkey wings, etc). Did I mention the bread..........
google avatar

Yelp
This is a great specialty store with plenty of wonderful selections and specialty areas. If you are looking for something special, you need to visit this store.

Yelp
Wegmans is definitely worth the drive even if it's not nearby. I've only ever been to this one location but it's huge like a warehouse but with high quality groceries like a whole foods or Gelson's. They have tons of great looking prepared meals, drool worthy bakery goods, fresh and large seafood selection, ample produce (they have a really good selection of Wegmans brand salads as well! I recommend the sunflower crunch!), and an aisle for booze that is as big as a Trader Joe's. The Wegmans brand food is really good too. I picked up some cheese sticks, cottage cheese, and veggie nuggets. Great cheese section too! This place really has everything you can think of. It feels higher end but won't break the bank. They have great cheesecake at the bakery. The cookies looked incredible as well. The cashier to me at checkout: "you only got one piece? big mistake."). The woman bagging my groceries chimes in said it's her favorite as well and I should have gotten an entire cheesecake with 15 slices. I started talking about the other bakery goods with the cashier and I said the cookies looked great but I decided against it because I would eat them all that night. Cashier: "you would too". So get the cheesecake!!!

Yelp
Guys, I just had my first Wegmans experience and it was heavenly. It's so so huge. Want fresh desserts? They have it. Need a food court moment? They have it. Need a high cheese selection? They have it!! I loved this place so much. I got a fruit tart trifle and it was magical, but I am a sucker for a fruit tart. You'll notice I only really took pics of the bakery because I was so amazed by it, so sorry for the lack of variety there. I will say that I took a really good shit in that bathroom. Nice and calm, the toilet was the perfect height, they had the nice toilet seat covers, and the sink was cool and modern. Definitely pricey tho. I could spend a whole paycheck in that place on like ten items. Love you Wegmans, once I'm rich, I'll be back

Yelp
I'm from VA and Wegmans is a known thing there, so when i moved to NC and there wasn't one, I was so disappointed. But then we got this one and I was ecstatic! The parking is insane here. There are always a lot of people so I would plan your trip accordingly. The food is pretty good and I love the bakery. I can always find things here that I can't at other grocery stores so I come here when I am looking for something specific. Its pretty organized and clean. Staff is also pretty helpful.

Yelp
2.0 star rating I drove the 6 miles from home to come here, bypassing Lowe's Publix and Food Lion which is literally right next door to my apartment. Ideally, when I'm entering a store of this caliber I expect better service. Especially with the prices charged. I absolutely expected better than what was experienced here this evening. First I was tailed by a staff member as I stood looking around for what I sought. Rather than say "Excuse me maam, is there something I can assist you in finding" he stood closely behind me with his buggy. The only reason I knew he was there is another customer said "excuse me" so they could pass his buggy which straddled the walkway. He was doing checks of grocery items in the same aisle I was heading too but couldn't be bothered to be bothered. Oh and well. Then I get to self checkout. The silver-grey somewhat curly haired middle aged man looked me directly in my face and never uttered a word. So I looked around and proceeded to the open register that I saw. It may not have stood out so much except that as I ring up my groceries I hear him then speaking to and directing every other customer that entered without fail. At that particular time, the next five who entered the self checkout did not share my same beautifully hued skin. To be clear I am a black female. He was white and the customers were middle eastern in appearance and white as well. I thought to circle back and say "good bye have a nice day. You're welcome for having had me shop here today. And THIS sir is how you extend general customer service EVERY time." Maybe it was a moment that didn't matter to him but as someone with 13 years in HR and 9 in management, 3 in retail IT MATTERS to me every time. Publix NEVER misses and I've shopped them from Florida to NC. Not one time have I been disappointed. Do better.

Yelp
Chelsea in the cheese department was extraordinarily helpful! She was kind and helped make our thanksgiving cheese board special!

Yelp
Great shopping experience. You must have a huge throw away of food. Not alot of customers in the store.

Yelp
One of the Best Grocery stores ever!!! I absolutely love going to Wegmans!! They have all the upscale gourmet foods that you can think of and more!!

Yelp
I love this grocery store so much. My dad is from Rochester, and when he heard that Wegmans was coming to the Triangle a while back, he was so excited and had so many great things to say from his experiences with this store back in NY. I grew up in Florida and always assumed Publix was the best grocery store, but once I experienced Wegmans... I have definitely changed my mind. From their wine selection, customer service, hot bars, and the quality of their store brand products, you really can't go wrong. Not to mention that this Wegmans is right next to a Trader Joe's. It's so convenient to do all of my grocery shopping without leaving the plaza. This place can get pretty busy, especially on the weekends, so be warned, but the store is always clean and well stocked, even on the busy days. Employees are always so friendly and helpful. Everything is fairly priced, in my opinion, and there is PLENTY of parking available, too.
google avatar

Charlie F.

Yelp
I finally ventured inside the Raleigh Wegmans. I wanted a salad bar (like they do at Harris Teeter) but discovered that isn't an option here. They do have a salad section where they will create a salad for you, but some items I would normally include on a salad had an extra cost. Instead I went to their sub sandwich area. You are able to choose from three different sandwich sizes with multiple bread options, I selected a small sub on white bread with three meats, cheese, and honey mustard. The small was a very reasonable $5.00 The clerk was friendly. I then used the Wegmans self check out. The sandwich was deleicious and the right size that I wanted for my dinner.
google avatar

Sindu K.

Yelp
One of the good grocery chains in the country which is at par to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. They infact carry a lot more things. Highly recommend
google avatar

Stephanie G.

Yelp
I was searching for a vegan gluten-free dessert at the bakery. Megan and Joie both suggested various options on where I can find some things but they showed me this new cake that has just come out and they aren't vegan and they said that they really loved it. I went and bought a slice and it was the best moose cake I have ever had. I was so happy with my purchase and the customer service. They were so helpful to find safe foods for me.
google avatar

Kai D.

Yelp
I was literally BLOWN AWAY! I never heard of this grocery store a day in my life. I came to the cafeteria area to eat my food I had purchased. This place is really big with so many options that I was overwhelmed. I am definitely going to come back to walk around and shop!
google avatar

Kenisha R.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my experience at Wegmans yes I said experience if you have not had the glory of going please do, they have something for everyone. I went to to find some veggies that was not at my local market and Traderjoes had a line taking you would not believe. They had clear spacing for you to distance yourself from others. The produce looked amazing and fresh. I took a chance on going there not knowing if I would be successful at finding what I needed. I found so much more. I am looking forward to exploring more of the store to give them the other star The flowers were beautiful, the sushi looked amazing and they had a variety of dairy items for all. The bagels smelled amazing I wish they had Clearly Canadian water is my only down fall.

Ron L.

Yelp
Our go-to place for just about everything edible...and they seem to have it. Kid friendly, helpful staff and great selection of prepared meals and such. I have a hard time walking through the desserts...is that a righteous complaint??
google avatar

Yelp
Please, Wegmans. Come to Charlotte. You're amazing! This store is danged massive. Imagine a Walmart but with quality merchandise. A huge deli, major produce, a top notch bakery, loads of meats and seafood. Tonight's experience went to five stars when Jen in the cheese department saw me wandering and wandering. I haven't met a cheese expert like this since De Kaaskamer in Amsterdam. This young lady knew her stuff and had recommendations and tastings that were ON. I only wanted a small portion and she was not only happy to point me in the right direction, she cut and re-wrapped a container for me so that I could buy the small portion I wanted. Thanks, Jen! Lots of registers and they're open. How about that! Cart corrals are empty. The parking deck (yes, they have their own parking deck) is clean and well lit. I love it. Yelp
My Late Wife and I used the branch in Lewiston, New York for over 20 years before I moved to NC Peggy , my Late and VERY MUCH MISSED!, tried many MANY time to get a Wegmans into Lewiston- Youngstown Area but met with hostile reactions by Tops Supermarket- possibly?? Helped by local Politicians??!!! Be that as it may be, I was VERY pleased to see Wegmans in the Cary+ Area, I would strongly support Wegmans in the Durham area!! JohnJ

Yelp
Wegman's is by far the best supermarket I have ever been in. The quality and variety are superb (virtually unbelievably good). Everything is first rate and superior to every other market I ventured into.

Yelp
Wow I can't believe it's been 7 years since I've been on this app :/ but wegmans is one of of my faves. I love the variety of pick up and go foods as well as the regular grocery items. I love going here for the the fresh seafood. My boyfriend purchased a tuna steak and cooked it and it was amazing. They have a great selection of items to pick up depending on the holiday or event. I am a plant parent so I love checking out the plant isles.Everyone who works there is so friendly and willing to help. They are also on Instacart. Never crowded and always convenient

Yelp
Wegmans is a grocery store supersized and on steroids. Some may find prices on the upside especially their bakery section. They are known for Cheesecake but it is $28.00. Their selection of food, wine, prepared food, fruits, vegetables, frozen and everything in between is exceptional This is a big, big place. I would be wrong if I didn't compliment the fresh bagels and lox spread. There is a big influence of New York in this place. Make a day and enjoy your Wegmans experience.

Yelp
We are all entitled to our own opinions, right? Well here's mine: Parking: 5 Location: 5 Decor/ambiance: 5 Customer Service: 5 The dopest grocery store i've ever stepped foot in! Mannnnn this place has everything! They even have IMPOSSIBLE MEAT!!! Listen, if you are looking for a good meal and want to grab something quick to eat, they have a whole section devoted to cooked meals that they prepare. Everything is fresh and soooo yummy. The staff are super nice and eager to assist. I just love the this place and can't wait to get back over there. This location is the ONLY one in the area and it blows because I drive from darn near Chapel Hill... but its worth it!
google avatar

Yelp
What can a person say about Wegmans that probably already hasn't been said. The selection is past expensive. Their store branded products are as good as any product line. Try the Garlic and Cheese finishing butter. Makes a great scampi and also add it to your shrimp and grits recipe. Store is always cleaned and well stocked. Employees are friendly and courteous and smiling. Parking lot is clean. Plenty of carts are ready inside. The prepared food section is as large as some grocery stores. Try it you'll like it.

Yelp
The deli selections for Italian meats is very good. Excellent place to shop for charcuterie board materials.

Yelp
Wegmans, I have finally gotten a chance to luxuriate and learn your wonders. I started with figuring out how to park. There is an upstairs and downstairs and a neat surprise (more on that later). Downstairs is great on a rainy day. Upstairs great when the sun is out and it is cold. Ambient heat to warm your car. Slip inside by the side door an you can have lunch before you get down to business. I had the hamburger. Expensive for what it was. Decent meat, but not really outstanding taste. I think they could do something better with the initial flavor of the burger on the grill. But well, i was very hungry and greatful. But next time probably for the price and quality of the burger, I'd pick a proper restaurant like Whiskey Kitchen or Wilsons for the price=quality equation. I have also nibbled the items from the hot bar which seems heavily Asian. And liked them much better. Although the Southern Bar has some interesting things, it is not the main feature, which is refreshingly welcome. I have yet to try the subs and pizza. Both boast long lines which bode well for the tasty factor. I am absolutely a big fan of two primary areas of Wegmans which may make it the place to beat the heck out of Whole Foods prices....CHEESE!! YES THE CHEESE IS EXCELLENT. I bought Wegmans brand brie, and other high end cheeses for a cheeseboard to be served for guests at Christmas. They praised every one of the soft, hard and medium cheeses I selected. So BAM! a hit! I also love the deli section and was intrigued by the dry cure meats enclosed in a glass case, that showed the stages of curing...while...curing...right before our very eyes. Cool! And for the rest of the store? Well pretty basic, except some attention is paid to the odd center feature of organic/healthcare...then kind of disintegrates into blandness until you hit the wine cellar. So far, mostly every single cashier light is lit with REAL human beings. A novelty that stores will pay people to work so they can...EAT. I really, really dig that concept. You know? So when you wheel your groceries out at the end of the experience...and you parked downstairs...don't panic. Here is the surprise I was telling you about..... Roll your shopping cart to the escalator. NO!!!! Don't....wait. Eagle eye between the up and down escalators....see it? YUP....your cart gets a free ride down right next to you and waits for you at the bottom of the stairs for you to collect. Amuse the kids. It amused the heck out of me!

Yelp
I'm from Upstate NY, but sadly we did not have this chain in my region of the state. I had been to Rochester a few times and had been to a few Wegmans, even the swanky flagship store! I was pretty excited that Wegmans was coming here since everyone loves it so much. I heard how busy it was opening weekend, so I waited until a weekday to visit. We arrived around 10:30 AM during the week and it was still fairly busy, but not unbearable. I had taken my parents with me, they wanted to get a snack, so they ogled the delicious looking desserts and pastries. They opted for a piece of cake and a fruit tart, both were delicious and better quality than what you would get at a grocery store. Some of this stuff was a bit pricey, but they did say it was up to the standards of what you would get in a real bakery. I opted to get a small sub combo. I'd give it about an 8/10, pretty good, but I prefer Jersey Mike's a bit more. If you are familiar with Dibella's Subs, the bread is a similar style to what that chain uses. Maybe it's a WNY thing? We enjoyed browsing the whole store. The bakery section is so impressive! There are also many dining options as well, in fact they have plenty of seating if you'd like to dine in the store. We didn't buy a TON of items, but we enjoyed what we did get. I'm a huge fan of the seltzer and look forward to going back to stock up. So many unique flavor combos such as Lime Mint. I also picked up some flavored Greek Yogurt and that was quite tasty, the price was reasonable. As far as prices go... There are deals to be had, but it also helps to know your prices as some items are pricey. I'm the type that generally shops at less expensive spots like Food Lion or Super Walmart. I'm not sure when I'll get back, but I'll definitely return! My husband needs to visit since he's from a part of NY that had this chain. I can't wait until the one in Cary opens.

Yelp
For a grocery store Wegmans is super impressive! I went in for a preview and got to try a bunch of tasty things before the grand opening. The highlights were the sushi and the wine section. We learned from Dan all about how they basically help buy all the stock out at small vineyards which allows them to bring unique wines in at only $6. They even have a special cold room for all your fancy wines and champagnes. Wegmans prides themselves on supporting local so you will see all sorts of local wines that you don't always see like Jolo. Another win is their sushi, they have something like 50 different kinds of sushi and they will make fresh customized rolls for you too. I also went later in the day on opening day. I find it so fascinating and amazing the crowds they were able to draw. I read that 3,000 people waited to be the first people in the store! It's hard to write a full review on my shopping experience since it was a madhouse. It was hard to really get around and look at things. I will say the produce area was impressive as well as the meat and seafood counter. I liked the floral section, but thought the prices were a bit steep. The other area I thought was a bit pricey was their pastry section. I know they don't use any artificial colorings or flavors which I love, but items added up quickly. This store is about three times the size of your average grocery store. Definitely not the best spot to head in and grab something quickly, but awesome to browse around. On this visit I used self checkout which was easy and fast. They had around 16 self checkout registers so it is a great option if you only had a few things.

Yelp
Opening day was crazy but employees were all super friendly and it was all hands on deck! Once the excitement wears off, it will still be great to have so many choices for organic, local, gluten free, and so much more. I love the variety and Wegmans' customer service can't be beat. There's a burger bar, a produce department that goes on for days with tons of fresh local and imported goods, hot foods bar with various ethnic specialties, and more. You can eat in also at the large seating area. We have consistently shopped at our local HT but there are certain items that we need to go to WF to buy such as goat's milk yogurt that HT doesn't carry. Also, we normally get dark chocolate almond milk at HT and the sale price is a penny more than Wegmans' regular price, even in the Rochester stores so this does not appear to be a temporary special price. Anyway, there are humongous mums out front along with pumpkins, painted or not, and more fall goodies. I loved seeing people wearing their hometown flair and we saw people from Buffalo and of course Rochester (moi) where Wegmans was born. Looking forward to more Wegmans in the area!

Yelp
I had never heard of Wegmans before. Clearly, I've been in the South for too long because I did not realize how much we were missing out on! I had a pleasure of going to their sneak peek event and I fell in love! Here is why: Their food is NOT grocery store quality at all. Amongst their wonderful food stalls, make sure to check out their sushi. It's honestly better than some of actual restaurants I've been to in the Triangle. You can get pre made sushi or you can get them made to order! Wines. Oh, my gosh (in Janice's voice with the hands and all) They have 3 never ending aisles just of wines. Can I get a hallelujah. From $6 wines to fancy wines that I can't even afford, they've got it all! Employees. I've never met grocery store employees that are so informative, educated, accommodating, and friendly! You can grab anyone in the store and they'll have expert answers for you! To top it all, their prices are beyond affordable! I went in today for their grand opening and needlessly to say it was CRAZY but all employees were still very patient. They have an underground parking so there's plenty of parking available on site.

Yelp
It's that time of year for me to eat lighter and cleaner. I dropped in for fresh produce for my spring salads and smoothies. I found things here costing a little less than where I would typically shop. I love that I can scan and bag everything as I shop, pay at the self-checkout register (without rescanning). I love the shopping experience here!

Yelp
Wegmans is a very upscale grocery store and I love it. I signed up for the My Shoppers Club for discounts and coupons. The store is a lot to take in when you first walk in. The produce section is massive. They have a huge selection of cheese, beer, wine, deli items, single serve and family size premade meals, an impressive premade appetizer and pizza section, a bakery and sushi section. They even have a Burger Bar! Every food item I've bought here has been delicious.

Yelp
Decided to check out the hype that is known as Wegmans! I really loved this place. 1st, it's huge and just has so much to offer. It really seems to be a mix between Whole Foods and Publix or HarriS Teeter and then some! Lots of variety, the prices were competitive with Harris Teeter but it also offered unique items. There are several eating places within the grocery store. I didn't try any of them out today, but I'd love to go back and experience that. There was a huge wo I've section, and the bakery items looked decadent! The bathrooms were clean but for the life of me I couldn't figure out how to dry my hands until another customer luckily came in and told me. The dryer is part of the bar that is over the sink that is also the faucet ( see picture). I really loved this store. Not sure how frequently I woUld actually shop there due to prices, but I will definitely try some food there!
