The restaurant ambience is very nice, the employees are very friendly. Each dish is briefly explained at the entrance and the dishes arrive at a perfect time. Allmost all the taste creations of the individual dishes were very good and perfectly coordinated. (We did not like some of them) There was a small bread accompaniment with tasty, home-made butter. The dishes were fine dining, very attractively presented. We chose the 5-course option. The portion size was just right for us, there was nothing to complain about here either. All in all, definitely recommended, we had a very nice evening and the Weinklang, currently more than an insider tip without asking exorbitant prices, is a good choice in Nuremberg. The reservation was confirmed very quickly and we received the table we wanted. I would say you need to know it is a Gourmet Restaurant and shall not be expecting prices like a normal restaurant.

We’ve spent a highly pleasnt dinner at Weinklang, the waiters are very friendly and welcoming, always prepared to be at your service, knowledgable but yet subtle. The food was an A+ for us, the fish soup was one of the finest I had in years, the iberico was so tender and tasty, the vegetarian option with Maroni soup and fresh pasta…. It is certainly worth a visit if you are near Nuremberg, if they work a tad more on the presentation of the food, one Michelin star is something they will achieve in the next few years. The restaurant itself is very beautifully decorated, cozy and yet elegant. Could only be a bit warmer. When you book, make sure to mention not to sit at the two tables between door an toilet.

The dinner took 3 hours and 15 min to complete, and for 5 courses only, portions were not on par with the number of courses „you get a single small raviolo for a main course“ and the wine paring was not profound. On the other hand the food presentation was good but nothing new and the taste of the main ingredients was over powered by the use of dressings and seasoning. Part of the main course „a tenderloin beef stake“ was over cooked, it’s sad the didn’t even ask. Finally the bill had a mistake, really a shame!

Super service, atmosphere and food. The wine recommendation was very good! True that‘s a little expensive for Nuremberg, but totally worth it.

Nice fine dining location in Nuremberg. Great food (course menu) and an exceptional great service! We didn't have a lot of wines, but the ones we had were delicious and very well chosen by the sommelier. The two aperitifs we had were also very tasty and well chosen. Worth a visit if you're up for fine dining with your partner and or friends in a relaxed atmosphere.

Great food, presentation and service.

Food was very nice and thoughtful made and the wine selection slim but made to go with the current menu. Three stars however because the bill we received at the end not only was higher than the prices on the menu, but when paying by card you are "made" to tip twice. Might just be a new procedure where the waiter was just not in the know. However the price should have been the ones in the menu or at least informed that there were any changes.
