We treated a dear friend to lunch on a chilly November afternoon in Zürich — and discovered something truly special. From the first bite, the experience at Weisses Rössli took our breath away. The dishes were nothing short of exquisite — the best we’ve eaten this year, and genuinely one of the most memorable meals we’ve had anywhere. Our little group was composed of seasoned travellers with experience in Michelin-starred kitchens across the world — yet this elegant Zurich townhouse delivers at that level and more. The restaurant pairs French-Mediterranean refinement with Swiss precision, embracing seasonal produce and artisanal care in every dish. I would wholeheartedly recommend Weisses Rössli to anyone seeking a refined yet unassuming culinary gem in Zürich. Huge thanks to the team for turning a cold November day into an unforgettable memory.

Food here is incredible. So many unique flavours and beautifully presented, and absolutely worth its price. My favourite was the dessert. I was unfortunately on a business trip alone so didn't want to drink, but would love to take friends in the future here!

Fantastic restaurant! The duck was absolutely mouthwatering. The service was exceptional especially considering I was dining solo, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Special thanks for the help in choosing the perfect wine!

Had a team dinner here recently to celebrate a milestone. The food, ambience, and service was all exceptional. Quality of the food and creativity is very high with well balanced dishes. Anna and the team were also very easy to coordinate ahead of time despite being a larger group. Highly recommend!

The food was absolutely delightful, the atmosphere warm, cosy, and romantic, and the service wonderfully attentive. Our waitress was kind and enthusiastic, taking the time to recommend dishes when we were unsure what to choose. For my partner’s birthday, we both opted for the four-course menu, and it turned out to be the perfect setting for an intimate and memorable dinner. The wine selection was exceptional, complementing each course beautifully. A particularly lovely touch was the two complimentary offerings from the kitchen, which came as delightful surprises between courses and added to the experience. The only slight drawback was that some portions could have been a bit more generous—an extra 10-20g per dish would have made a difference—but everything was impeccably prepared and bursting with flavour. Despite this, we left feeling happy and satisfied with our decision to dine here. It’s a place we would wholeheartedly recommend for a special occasion or a romantic evening.

What a wonderful restaurant! The place was very cozy and cutely decorated. The service was great! We had a cheese platter for an appetizer which was absolutely delicious. I had the veal which was so soft, flavorful, delicious. The dish came with egg, which I loved. I really loved it here!

Great dinner for our last night of vacation. Accommodated reservations. 4 course menu with limited selections but they were all great options! Great local vibe and was location to walk from old town area despite the rain. Amazing service

One of the best restaurants in Zurich. You could easily spend twice as much for food that is half as good. Quality of food and service is about that of a fancy restaurant in San Francisco. I love the light colored wood and sun streaming through the windows. They have a lunch prix fix soup or salad plus entree that is CHF 31.50 and a great deal.

The wonderful owner of the super popular Weisses Rössli squeezed me in for dinner at the last minute. I was staying around the corner at the B2 Boutique Hotel and they highly recommended this restaurant. I was traveling solo so the owner seated me at the bar. It turned into a magical night with an incredible meal and a wonderful experience sitting at the bar chatting to him and two old friends of his who stopped by for a drink. This was the best meal I had in Zürich by far and the quality was superb and price was incredibly reasonable. The restaurant is small and beautifully decorated. I suggest booking ahead. What a fantastic surprise, I can't recommend Weisses Rössli highly enough. I will definitely be back!!!

If you want really good Ravioli , or excellent Curry (chicken or lamb) this is the place to go. The food is really a highlight in a place full of art.one of my favorites in Zurich
