I cannot express at how easy and professional this team is to work with. I highly recommend them for any turnover or cleaning services- we use them for a townhome in Scottsdale.They offer everything at every level. Very trustworthy, incredibly Dependable, and again just the ease of coordination was next level.

After being a host for numerous Airbnb’s, Well & Good is easily the worst cleaning service provider I’ve ever had to deal with. If you are looking for a cleaning company with a horrible platform, no flexibility, hidden fees, this company will work perfect for you. After paying for all the restocking fees, the company decided to show up to our property during off-boarding and remove them from the home. Not only did they take what we paid them for, but they also took items that our new cleaning company had JUST purchased. Extremely shocked to see good reviews. It’s been nothing but problems to the point where we paid thousands of dollars just so we didn’t have to deal with them.

Well & Good are extremely reliable, punctual, and always leave the place looking immaculate! Alisha and the team are extremely flexible. When you hire this company you literally do not have to worry about anything as they do all the work. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

I recently stayed at a property that was serviced by Well & Good, and I found out that W&G not only does the cleaning but also supplies the bedding. I LOVED the white sheets and duvet where I stayed - so comfortable and clean - I slept better than I had in months! Hotel style bedding in a short-term rental property makes a huge difference!

We have used Well & Good Property Services for 3 cleans of our short term rental property. The first visit was for a deep clean of the home and the results were fantastic! There were some questions, but we worked with the on-site team and the client support team to ensure that we were all in sync. Since then, we have had 2 standard cleans that followed guest stays and the results were stellar. I have found that the client support team works dilligently to ensure that their customers are cared for and their teams deliver the value for money. It is also worth noting that the back end support was phenomenal in helping us get our calendar integrated into their system. We worked around a few hiccups until everything was correct.

Well & Good is by far the best short-term rental cleaning company in Scottsdale. I have been with them for a few months now and working with them has been a pleasure. They do incredible work and help me keep my properties in perfect condition. The teams at Well & Good are so thorough and take extreme pride in all that they do. They truly treat your home as theirs and do a phenomenal job. I highly recommend them, they will make your life so much easier!!

Stayed at an Air BnB that's was serviced by this cleaning/property service company, and wow was I impressed with how clean and accessible all they necessary items were for our stay.

Cleaning company owners coming on as contractors beware! We worked with well and good for several months in Colorado Springs. Went above and beyond, we're commended for our quality of work and told we were doing a great job. We had our employees working for us doing good and well cleans. Long story short during a trip out of town our team lead took advantage for several weeks reporting more hours to us than she was working. She was being overpaid and when we caught wind of it we let her go. That employee then went to well and good and told them that we were refusing to pay her (lie) we were not contacted by well and good in any way regarding an employee of us, the contracted company. Instead we were let go by well and good, and they gave our work to the employee! Unbelievably unprofessional and completely unethical. Moral of the story. They don't care about what you do, how hard you work, or how above and beyond you go. They will replace you in an instant and cut you out completely and then take your employees. Our employees are also in a non compete contract, and we found out through research that she is an undocumented non citizen. We are perusing charges for the hours she claimed and money she was overpaid. Also pursuing the non compete contract. No ethics here with well and good and how they do business. If you own a business and come on with these folks, track every little thing! Cover your butts!

Well and Good is a very unique and well needed service in the short term rental industry. They currently service all 24 of our Airbnb properties in the greater Phoenix area. They are extremely hands on and very passionate about offering a 5 star service to us, and our guests. They do whatever it takes to make sure our homes are always in tip top condition for every check in.
