Genuinely love Well Fed! If you’re looking for the best meal prep in Philly, this is it. The weekly variations and rotating menu options are incredible, but what really stands out — especially compared to other meal prep services we’ve tried is the seasoning. Everything is perfectly salted and thoughtfully seasoned. I can’t overstate how rare that is, even at some of the top restaurants in the city. From a customer experience standpoint, both delivery and pickup have been seamless. I even accidentally placed a double order once, and their team handled it immediately without hesitation — which did not go unnoticed. That level of service truly matters. Even though we’re relatively new customers, we’re true fans and proud to support such an amazing local, family-run business. And the salmon crunch wrap? Out of this world. Whoever created that recipe deserves Michelin consideration — or at the very least another “Best of Philly” award. Highly recommend Well Fed to anyone in Philly looking for high-quality, flavorful, healthy meal prep — they don’t disappoint!

Wellfed is the best meal delivery service in the city! (i’ve tried many.) They’ve done their big one for 2026 so far. the meals are fresh, new and delicious. You don’t have to eat boring to eat healthy! I also appreciate Adrianna and team for adapting to weather changes. It also feels like the customer service has gotten more responsive so far. I had issues getting ahold of them previously but recently they’ve been more responsive which i appreciate. I love these meals and am so excited to see what i get each week!

Amazing customer service and quality food! When I had trouble with a delivery, Adrianna didn’t hesitate to help me and make sure I still got my food for the week! This place is a lifesaver for anyone who is too busy or simply isn’t in a season of cooking or buying fresh groceries all the time, but still wants balanced, tasty meals. Also love that there’s no required subscription — I’ve been ordering on and off for about a year and they always come in handy when I need them!

BeWellfed has made creating healthy food habits so much easier! I love getting their meals and delicious cold brew delivered right to my door. No hassle, easy, and yummy! Definitely give them a try if you’re looking to get on your health food game :-)

Easy to order. Easy to pickup. Food was delicious. Will certainly be customers for the long haul. Macros were available and having the ability to make the meal high protein and/or low carb was a beautifully added perk.

The food is amazing! I love supporting a woman owned small business, but unfortunately, my latest pick up was not as I expected. I chose a gym and it does not say that I have to be a member there so I had a lot of trouble picking up my last order. I will be using delivery for now on

The meals I ordered were delicious! It’s so helpful to see the nutrition information upfront so I can plan my meals around my macro goals. I’m able to pick the meals up from my gym, which is super convenient! I’ve always been really skeptical of meal delivery services but I’m sold on WellFed. It’s an incredible value and I feel great about the food I’m eating!

I ordered weekly meal prep for myself for the first time and the food is phenomenal. I’m quite picky when it comes to reheating food, I usually struggle with how any sort of meat tastes once microwaved but everything was delicious. Great quality, reasonably priced, and love that they deliver to south jersey. Will be a regular customer!

This place rocks! First of all, the people who run this business are SO kind. They care a lot about their food and their customers. The place smells amazing when they're cooking. Additionally, they have this little coffee shop as their store front which has killer baked goods and house-made coffee syrups. I've never been a consistent weekly orderer of the meal service, but the food is great when I've purchased in a single meal fashion.

This is a review for the cafe. Be Wellfed has been operating as a meal prep company but just started serving breakfast and coffee out of their NoLibs brick and mortar. The inside is spacious and beautifully decorated with plenty of stylish seating. There is a stocked fridge for drinks and packed meals to go. I ordered an iced coffee ($4) and the blueberry sausage breakfast sandwich ($7.50). The sausage was super flavorful and I loved the burst of blueberry sweetness. I deducted one star for the sweet potato brioche bun- I liked how soft it was but there was too much of it in proportion to the sausage/egg/cheese. It might have done better if the bun was warmed or toasted. Overall, a bit of room for improvement but the sausage was a standout. There is a gated parking lot that is free for customers during business hours. There is also metered street parking along 4th St. Looking forward to exploring their other menu offerings and excited to have a new space to hang and enjoy a cup of coffee in the neighborhood!

Delicious. Great daily selection. Wish you could smell it! My new lunch place - and take another home for dinner!

5 stars for great, kind service, proximity to home, and tasty breakfast sandos (and a very cute space as compared to what's been in the space before they took it over). We got the breakfast sandwich #1 and #2. Both were divine. I particularly loved the bacon - cooked to perfection in my opinion - on sandwich #1. The brioche buns are tasty (but rest assured, if they run out, the backup bread they use is equally as tasty - so much so I wish I could select that sometimes, too). The girl working the few times we have been in is truly great. So welcoming. Great service with a smile. This goes far with me these days. Hours are presently limited at Tues to Fri 7:30a to 2:30, which would be my only complaint (I wouldn't mind at least one weekend day where I can venture in for breakfast or lunch, or grab and go). For those not coming by foot, parking does exist. Just buzz at the gate if it's closed.

Great space, love all the meals for a quick healthy option, great coffee! The daily breakfast is my go too!
