Great service, awesome chef. My partner and I stopped in here for a quick bite to eat around brunch, and I got the khichadi and my partner got a southwestern burrito. The khichadi was perfect, and reminded me of my Indian family’s home cooking. And the burrito was BOMB, so so good, with a lot of great flavors and ingredients. We appreciate how hard y’all have worked to open during a pandemic, stay afloat, and still make a great meal. We will definitely be returning soon.
Also to reviewers who say the Indian food is bad or that the chefs seem like they haven’t had Indian food - there must have been some change in staff over the past few months, because the chef himself is Indian and he knows what he’s doing at least in terms of traditional at-home Indian cuisine. If you’re looking for heavy cream sauces and strong tikka spices that no Indian person regularly eats, I would suggest something a bit more tailored to the average American.
