I'm working on a construction project immediately adjacent, and everybody on site was eating these sandwiches That looked incredible, so I just assumed they were from here. Unfortunately I was wrong there's another place nearby that is quite a bit better. It was very expensive, $16 for the world's smallest, most watery coffee, a breakfast sandwich that was soggy the instant it got to me, and the world's worst home fries. It was a terrible breakfast at any price, significantly worse than even fast food

I really wanted to like this place because they were so friendly and it's got to be so hard opening during the pandemic, but the food we got just wasn't good. I ordered the Tikka Masala and I think it was just Campbells tomato soup poured over chicken? It was probably the least delicious Tikka Masala I've ever had... My gf ordered something totally different and it had the same sauce on it. Service was great so maybe we just caught them on an off night?

Great service, awesome chef. My partner and I stopped in here for a quick bite to eat around brunch, and I got the khichadi and my partner got a southwestern burrito. The khichadi was perfect, and reminded me of my Indian family’s home cooking. And the burrito was BOMB, so so good, with a lot of great flavors and ingredients. We appreciate how hard y’all have worked to open during a pandemic, stay afloat, and still make a great meal. We will definitely be returning soon. Also to reviewers who say the Indian food is bad or that the chefs seem like they haven’t had Indian food - there must have been some change in staff over the past few months, because the chef himself is Indian and he knows what he’s doing at least in terms of traditional at-home Indian cuisine. If you’re looking for heavy cream sauces and strong tikka spices that no Indian person regularly eats, I would suggest something a bit more tailored to the average American.

Took my parents here for lunch. Really unique menu and food is amazing. Gnocchi with korma sauce is unreal. There's a number of really interesting modern and traditional Indian dishes that I am eager to try. Chai masala hits the spot on a chilly spring day. Staff is very sweet and clearly spends time finding and preparing fresh and quality ingredients.

Food was okay. I had to microwave everything when I brought it home because I had concerns of staff hygiene. Through the small opening where you can see the cooks work, I see 2 cooks that were not wearing masks and one even touched her nose with the back of her hand. During this pandemic, I have to say this place is a great public risk. The cooks obviously has no concerns of your health. Also - face masks were off of the staff in the front of the restaurant and they only slid it up when I walked in. Keep in mind, the front staff also handles the food by bagging it up during take out. I think 2 stars for the food is reasonable, but I would not recommend this place otherwise due to them not following state recommended hygiene rules during this COVID 19 pandemic.

I feel bad for this place because it’s difficult to survive in the Pandemic but I’m sorry guys. The Indian food here is just terrible. We got the Chole Kulcha and it was just awful. The Kulcha was like rubber and the Chole was truly tasteless. (and this is after picking the “Hot” option) I shudder to think what the Medium or Low spice version would be. This seems like a cool bar/hangout place but they have got to get better at the food.

The most diverse menu I have seen for a restaurant in a while and literally everything I have had so far has been top notch. - Lal Jhols - Omelettes - Khichadi - Burgers - Caesar salad - Salmon tikka masala Everything is always freshly cooked and special shoutout to the best veggie burger in town.

Came here while waiting for the duck boat with my son. Very clean and nice restaurant. Ordered the tomato soup and kale salad. The taste was superb! Strongly recommended!
