Great atmosphere, great cocktails, food was delicious and the staff were all very personable. I’ve visited probably 100 different cocktail lounges, ultra lounges and speakeasy’s across the U.S. The cocktail presentations and tastes were amazing in comparison to even some of the top names in the cocktail world! Every time I come to Denver, this will be on my list of stops. Can’t give enough good comments on this place… it’s a must visit!

Are you looking for a chic weekend brunch spot where you can dress up and have some of the prettiest cocktails in Denver? Welton Room is the spot. Craft cocktails are combined with a lush lounge, featuring modern American dishes with a global twist that will keep you coming back for more. The girls & I dined here for brunch over the weekend and had the best time! We arrived and were seated in the main dining room on lovely velvet banquettes. The owner Champ & his staff were incredible (we loved them). They ensured we had everything we needed while we dined and had stellar recommendations - they really knew best, and we let them lead our brunch experience (and we’re so glad we did). We started with Sunday’s Bathtub cocktail. Sunday's Bathtub was made for 2-3 guests with vodka, elderflower, strawberry, & lemon. YES PLEASE. This cocktail was so refreshing & fun (we loved the little rubber duckies). The Raspberry Beret was made with gin, raspberry puree, elderflower, white cranberry, lychee, lemon, & egg white. This was our favorite cocktail; the white cranberry really came through & each sip was velvety in character from the egg white. The Riveriera Maya was made with tequila, prickly pear, lime, black lava & pink Himalayan salt. Another gorgeous cocktail that had summer written all over it. The Not Your Everyday Paloma was made with tequila, aperol, elderflower, grapefruit, lime, & sparkling pink grapefruit. This was a solid paloma with a good balance of citrus notes & bitter-sweet tang of aperol and grapefruit. The Nexpresso Martini was made with vodka, espresso, coffee liquor, coconut milk, & honey lavender syrup. The teacup the Nexpresso Martini was served in was lovely. This was an indulgent drink that combined the bold flavors of espresso with smooth vodka and sweet coffee liquor. The French Omelet was made with hollandaise, sausage, & peppers. This is the best omelet I have had in Denver. The eggs were cooked on low heat for an extended period of time giving them a rich taste and making them fluffy & lusciously creamy in texture (also the side potatoes were unreal, and we couldn’t get enough). The Brioche French Toast was made with thick-sliced brioche and topped with sweet fruit. The Benedict was made with avocado, hollandaise, roasted tomato, & fresh pita. This was a delightful twist on a standard benedict; the fresh pita used instead of the usual English muffin provided a different texture. The Pita Bread was soft, slightly chewy, and absorbed the flavors of the other ingredients nicely. The Steak and Eggs was made with ahi panca, fingerling potato, & pickled onion. We all swooned over this steak; it was cooked & seasoned perfectly. The eggs were sunny side up with runny yolks (a classic).

Came for Mile High Asian Food Week so it's a bit of an offshoot review but the cocktail was really unique and fun, which seems to be the usual for them. Staff was also very friendly and welcoming! I think it would be a great date location but also just fun for girls that like to yap over fancy and whimsical drinks.

All I can say is: WOW! Welton Room does brunch food RIGHT. Finally, thank you! When I say I have not had better brunch food in Denver for the last 7 years, this venue gets it. Exceedingly friendly staff, thank you for your contagious smiles and hospitality. Unfortunately, spirits are wasted on us as we cannot drink- so we enjoyed a mocktail just for the fun of it with their Sunday’s Bathtub. The chicken and waffles were elevated with chorizo butter and not one flavor was too much or too little, but it melts in your mouth after the crunch. The umami was absolutely popping. Their lemon ricotta pancakes were THE perfect consistency in tandem with a blueberry preserve/compote that you’ll want to enjoy straight with a spoon. It was also wonderfully balanced between sweet and tart, highly recommend. And do yourself a favor & don’t skip the smashed potatoes either. I’m sure we’ll be back, absolutely wish more restaurants in Denver would take note from their kitchen!

Service at Monkey Room was great. The espresso martini flight has interesting flavor combinations and comes out on a cute tray! Definitely would recommend this place to espresso martini lovers especially. It seems to get busy quickly so make a reservation if you can!

Excellent brunch experience, we’ll definitely be back in the evening. Drinks were creative and delicious, and adorably presented. French omelette, house made breakfast sausage, and focaccia were all outstanding. Service was friendly and accommodating. All around great!

I had an amazing experience at the Welton Room in Denver! I ordered the chicken and waffles with chorizo butter for brunch, and it was absolutely delicious. The combination of crispy chicken and the savory chorizo butter was a flavor explosion in my mouth. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing meal. The service was top-notch, and the staff was attentive and friendly. I can't wait to return and try more dishes on their menu. Five stars all the way!
