I love Wendy’s. It’s one of those places that always hits the spot, and the food feels decently fresh for fast food. The Junior Bacon Cheeseburger (JBC) is my go-to— especially because of the $8 deal with two JBCs, fries, and a drink… absolute steal. It’s filling, tastes great, and you really can’t beat the price. Add in a Frosty if you’re feeling fancy, and it’s a killer meal for way less than most fast food places. Plus… My kids like it too, so a lot less fighting when it comes to quick meal options..

On two separate occasions I have ordered a Dave’s double with cheese. This is my go to sandwich wherever I am. This is the only location that delivers crappy food. The meat is always burnt. Today’s purchase came with two burnt patties and cheese. Nothing else on the burger. Thought maybe the first visit was a mistake. Give them another try. Fifteen dollars later I have gotten two burgers I would not give to my dog. Stay away from this location!!

I stopped eating burgers here. I got sick 3 days in a row. I stopped eating here. The stomach issues stopped. Orders are always wrong. Always forgetting drinks. Bagonator fries are never right. Precooked. Are only two pieces, supposed to be 6. I understand those is a busy location. Aren't they all? You're supposed to be busy. You're supposed to get orders correct. You're Wendy's! One of the premier fast food restaurants in the world. ACT LIKE IT! GET IT RIGHT! GET ORDERS CORRECT!

Y’all how do you manage to mess up a BIGGIE BAG order? Teenagers with gross attitudes are always working. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but seriously, it’s every single time I go. No other fast food place I’ve been to has workers like this who consistently are the absolute worst to interact with.

Boyfriend accidentally spilled a drink at this location since he had issues with movement since his motorcycle accident. After apologizing they made us clean it and put paper towels in our hand didn’t say shit and walked away. We asked for a mop or anything to help and got ignored till our order came out and they didn’t even say our order was ready the left it on the counter and walked away

I normally love Wendy’s, but this location has been going downhill lately. When my husband pulled out his burger and it was lukewarm with a rock hard bun, we tried to be patient and recognize that many places are understaffed, but then the chicken sandwich was also cold and looked like it had been stepped on, and my Coke was extremely watered down. There was hardly anyone in line (it was about 4:30pm, so not a busy time), and we waited over 5 minutes at the window for our cold food. Not sure how so many things went wrong, but we were very disappointed and did not even receive a receipt to get a refund. Giving 2 stars only because I want to give the benefit of the doubt that this was just due to understaffing…

Horrible experience, per usual. My entire order was messed up even though I corrected them multiple times. - Coke instead of Diet Coke - Chicken sandwich instead of Dave’s single - 4 piece nugget instead of 6 - paid for a juice box, didn’t receive it. The blonde employee working the window glared at me when I informed her the coke was supposed to be Diet Coke, and was very annoyed when we asked for the correct nuggets. She was also had earbuds in which would explain why she wasn’t paying attention enough to get a single thing in my order correct. I didn’t notice many of the mistakes till I got home. I called multiple times and nobody answered. This Wendy’s is a joke but I guess what do you expect these days. Side note- the cheese on the chicken sandwich looks absolutely vile.

Its fast food wendys it not going to be good, but this wendys is so slow it takes forever to get though the drive-through. They take one order and serve that same order before moving on to taking the next order most of the time

It's Wendy's. You order a JBC and a baked potato and you go home. What's everyone sad about?

SOO.. this place is usually okay... however after several times of attending this location I've realized that they really must have poor communication between staff. I understand that it must be high turnover but... they seem to be annoyed whenever I ask a second time for something after realizing I don't have it in the bag.

Not good AT ALL! this place fing sucks!! i moved here in june and EVERY SINGLE TIME we order from here our order is incomplet, missing stuff, has cheese when we ask for non, 3 nuggets instead of 4? flat soda. like? they do not listen!!!!!!!! it doesn't matter if you have a 3 item order, your guaranteed to be missing something. idk what it is i don't know how that haven't learned but this location SUCKS. its sad i have to drive 20 min for a good Wendys!

I ordered the chili today. It's was almost anything but water. Very sick, I always order chili from other wendys and never had a problem. Not friendly at all, didn't receive a recept. My first time at this wendys and will be my last. 0 rating

I doordashed Wendy's on Monday, and then my food got delayed for some reason, and then 30 minutes later my food got cancelled so I called them. And they said, "We let a doordasher that wasn't in our system take the food.". What that means is that some stupid worker let a person that was not a doordasher and just let the doordasher take it, so basically it got stolen. Why did you do this to me Wendy's?!?!?!?!?

Came for the spicy nugs.....stayed for the frosty. Every once and I while I crave cheap chicken nugs and Wendy's always hits the spot. Fries were a bit dry and cold and self serve- soda machine tasted flat but Nathan our server was seriously so kind and friendly he made our visit much more enjoyable!

Save your money. This Wendy's has some quality issues. Fries were cardboard, burger was a wad of grease. Not sure why the Wendy's in Lehi can make such better tasting food with the same ingredients.

Is this real life? We wondered my the line for McDonalds breakfast was so long when there was zero line at Wendy's. I guess we have our answer. It's TINY. I should have taken a picture how they handed it to us but I rolled it up.

The food was pretty fresh here this early morning, and the 2 ladies working at 7 am on 3/30/2023 were really friendly. Can't ask for much else from Wendy's. Thank you for starting my morning off right!

So they're obviously understaffed at this time; the line is horrendous; but they are open which is more than Can be osaid for other locations. The staff is friendly and polite and they are getting the orders out as quickly as they can.

God awful service. Incorrect, sloppily made food, and an obvious lack of management. Stay away.

They literally get my order wrong every single time I come here and they have gotten filthy! The restaurant is not clean at all! 3 strikes is enough for me to stop going permanently.

the food was so good! order was accurate! and the hostess!! *chefs kiss* shout out to Linda she was amazing! however much wendys is paying her isn't enough! she worked fast and was so helpfu. when she wasnt taking orders she was cleaning the dining room and taking care of the costumers who were already eating! let me just say, this was one of my best wendys experiences ever!

Not a great experience today- I wanted a sandwich a med fries- see picture for what I got for medium fries :/ Employees were arguing and it took a long tine to get my order. Probably my worst Wendy's experience

This place is the best Wendy's in Utah county, the staff is super friendly, and very fast to get your order. I always go inside because the drive-thru is always busy and if it gets busy inside they open another register. They also will walk around the restaurant and ask you how your food was and give you a free mint! Can't say enough about this location, I drive past two other Wendy's just to come to the AF Wendy's!

We normally don't have issues with Wendy's. But... we ordered and all the wrappers are covered in grease and ketchup. We did not get a thing of nuggets and my sons cheeseburger was a bun and hamburger. Nothing else.

Don't order their fries after 7. They make them way ahead of time and keep them under the lamps and by the time they give them to you they are burnt chips. Really disappointed!

Attempted the drive thru on Friday night at 9:26 P.M and THEY WERE CLOSED! No sign. No nothing! Don't bother coming to this location. On a whim, they may close.

This place is only decent if they get your order right. They have TERRIBLE customer service and they don't know how to take your order and there is always something wrong. They mess up the order every time I go there. They try to fix the problem but they can't really even fix it because they get something else wrong. Their debit card machine is a skimmer and can steel from you which also happens to me. They employees don't care about you and getting your order right. This is terrible and they should fix it. But the manager does NOT care.

Terrible service. The drive-thru was empty and we were still waiting for 5 minutes just to place our order. The location was really dirty as well.

10989 No, Town Center Blvd, Highland, UT 84003 The worst! Cooperate needs to take a look at this. The place is disgusting, filthy and The service is worst. You need a new manager. You can't get the right food. The food they serve is not up to temperature and not properly prepared. The health department needs to get involved with this. We live a short way away and You cannot get the right order if your life depended on it. You will pay for it but never get half of it. I talked to the manager. I cannot believe a franchise like Wendy's would even let her operate a store. My husband was given the wrong order. The Chicken burger he got was not even cooked and just a slab of half cooked part frozen meat on a bun Nothing else. I went and talked to the manager and she handed the half order through the window. called me sweetie and was so disrespectful. Definitely not to Wendy's standard. She told me she was short staffed. No wonder. I wouldn't work for her. There is a lot of money in that store and building. I hope that the corporate office does something about this. Disappointing food

Okay, I've given this Wendy's a fair chance, as I've visited this location a few times. Ordering is always difficult because whoever is on the headset in the drive thru not only speaks extremely fast but they have a thick accent which is hard to understand. When I get to the window the people there are always talking amongst themselves and obviously not focusing on order accuracy or their customers because my order is wrong every single time I come here, wether it's the wrong drink, the wrong dipping sauce...yeah, I think I'll be avoiding this Wendy's from now on.

These guys are terrible. I ordered food through doordash and they didn't get one thing on my order correct. They gave me cold fries, cold hard nuggets (that I didn't order). Cold hard spicy chicken sandwich (which I also didn't order) and a flat sprite mixed with lemonade (which again I also didn't order). None of the food I actually ordered was in the bags. Pretty crappy place.

"No pickles, no tomatoes, extra onions" does not mean "A ton of pickles, drowning in mayo, no onions, and cold." Try again.

The front guy, blonde and a little shorter, is absolutely amazing. Makes sure everyone is happy and satisfaction. Food is also great!

we got horrible service we payed for two fries but we did not get any of it never come to wendys because they will waste your money at the american fork location and the lettuce hamburger is barely even lettuce

Based on experience, this restaurant should be restaffed from incompetent management to drooling on themselves staff. Why? They took my order for a breakfast sandwich and delivered a drink. I reported the problem. On the third try, they delivered two pieces of lettuce and three pieces of bacon. Corporate said they'd be contacted because it took corporate four repetitions of the story to believe that this restaurant was THAT BAD. So time went on, I ordered a combo of a burger, fries, and drink. I got two pieces of bacon in a plastic container. The staff is aggressively bad at their jobs.

First off the lobby is closed. Which isn't much of a big deal but ordered a carryout order and I waited in the designated spot for 15 minutes. It's kind of pathetic so now I'm waiting in the line just to get my order.

Well, after a few bad experiences at this Wendy's location (the most recent was last night), I am writing a review that isn't so nice about this location. On more than one occasion I have waited in the drive through for a long, long time and once I got my order, found when I got home that order wasn't complete. I hate having to dig through the bag to verify my order when picking up at the window and paying (mostly I am trying to minimize the wait time for those behind me in their cars, waiting already an eternity, for their time at the pick up window). Now I realize that more and more fast food places do not put napkins, condiments, etc., in the bag these days. I guess it is a way of cutting overhead cost. But, when you specifically ask for ketchup to have with your fries, like I did last night, and then you get home to find one ketchup packet, you gotta admit it either funny or pestering, take your pick. Then, when I looked in the bag for a straw for my drink? Well, you guessed it. No straw. Another interesting thing is that last night, the drive through line was empty, so I ordered and drove up to the pick up window and guess what? My order was ready! Now, here's a little secret that I learned about Wendy's years ago, when as a vendor calling on Wendy's HQ in Ohio. It was there that I got an education by Wendy's senior staff on the hamburger franchise that Dave Thomas started--and on what made Wendy's burgers better than any other competitors. I was told that on Wendy's cooks your burger at the time of ordering and they are not precooked, like they do at other burger chains. In addition, I was told that every day the vegetables found on the burger and back then, in the salad bar, were sliced fresh every morning/day. Freshness and Made to Order where what Dave Thomas and Wendy's was all about. So, now back to my purchase last night. There was no way my order was cooked to order for me last night. it was a basic Dave's single with cheese. My guess is that it was already made and that's why it was ready when I arrived at the pick up window. No good. The fries were very salty, too. Add the missing straw and only one ketchup packet and that's why I am writing this review today. Wendy's are franchise restaurants. So, the owners and management of this one location might not own or manage the Wendy's in your location. But for this location, I don't think they are doing a very good job on qualify control.

No line but still waited about ten minutes just to place my order, so ten minutes out of my lunch break gone. I get my sandwich and it looks like someone with Parkinson's put it together. What a joke, to the employees, there's a reason you make minimum wage, it's because you put forth minimum effort. Just a thought.

This might be the best Wendy's I've been to. Hit the lunch rush at 12:15. They got my special order right , had my food within 4 minutes of my order and it was piping hot. Not to mention how nice and cordial they were

So I know I'm a bit picky on washing hands. But I have worked in fast food and it's usually a big deal for anyone with a food handler permit. I watched two different employees clean up at the condiment bar and throw trash away, then walk right back and start handling food. Yikes.

Great food, friendly staff, and my food was called in about 60 seconds after ordering. The tables were very clean and same with about everything else. One of the best Wendy's I have been to. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

The staff here is full of a bunch of disrespectful people. Today I tried to use a 5$ Dave's double coupon from the 2 for 1 app and I was told it would work then after I read the coupon code some other lady came over in a very rude and disrespectful way to tell me Wendy's doesn't use this app anymore for coupons this really angered me because I've used this app many times the coupon said "valid" and didn't expire till January 3rd" this right here is false advertisement and I will be contacting headquarters! Just to warn any of you wanting to go there !

Multiple instances of incorrect orders and high wait times. Doesn't inspire any confidence in sanitation or quality when I wait 20 minutes for someone else's order. Don't get food here. You will regret it.

My favorite Wendy's store. The staff is friendly and makes conversation, the food is great and comes out in quick time, and the restaurant is clean. I will continue to be a regular customer at this store.

Sometimes I'll go to Wendy's and they'll get my order wrong, but this specific location has gotten everything right without fail! Customer service is excellent and I look forward to coming here. Wendy's will always have a special place in my heart.

Over the past two weeks I've been to this location (drive through) 3 times. They've messed up my order every time.

I usually go to this Wendy all the time myself and with my family, and never had any complains; but today I went to the drive through and the guy on the speakers couldn't understand that I was saying no pickles no onions. The manager obviously understood and told him what I was saying and he started commenting on my accent. Then I gave my card to the manager. ( My card is a little bit bended due to the sun) and I see her going at it I thought she was going to rip the card apart. She gave me my card back all damage with scratches all over and the plastic almost coming off. I never had problems with the card until then and instead of been careful or asked for another card she completely destroyed it. I was not very happy and I don't think I would like to go back if they treat me and my things with so much disrespect.

I brought my kids to this Wendy's tonight for dinner and they were out of chili and potatoes just like they are every single time I come! We placed our order and had to change something and he seemed so put out. Then when we got our food they didn't give us our sauces and they were super slow and the guy at the register was not very friendly. My son walked up to go get our sauces and three employees came to the counter and looked at him and walked away without saying one word to him. It was a super frustrating experience especially given the fact that there was no one else in the restaurant and it was not busy. This is customer service at its worst!

I just came in to get a 4 for 4 meal real fast and was treated very disrespectfully by the woman at the register named Rosie! Will not be going back to this location

I can't tell you how many times I've gotten chicken nuggets here and never got my dipping sauce. Also the food tasted extra gross, half of the employees were completely obliterated on crystal meth talking completely tweakerish, fast, rude, and obnoxious all in one. Don't get the straws for my drinks here so many times. This was like a year ago though.. I do believe they have better staff now but damn that tweaker chick who would take orders like s year ago was insanely psycho

SLOWER THAN HELL!!!!! One poor lady running the place inside and filling orders. Over 15 PEOPLE in line waiting. She was running like mad and it still took almost 30 mins!!! Fast food my eye!!!

I don't generally review fast food places, but I've been to this Wendy's 3 times over the last 6 weeks and I'm very impressed with the people who work there. Today I was about to sit at a clean looking table when a worker asked me if she could clean it quickly for me because a couple had just left and she hadn't cleaned it yet. She came back later to see if I needed anything, all with a smile and cheerful attitude. (Her name tag said Gayle) The manager always seems on top of things, and even offered me a free drink once just because I was smiling. Wendy's pretty much tastes the same everywhere, but you don't always get treated so nicely.ld

So I came up to the drive through today and wanted to place 2 separate orders. We tried to ask a question if there was a different price for water instead of a soda in a meal. Only response I was getting was "ok" over and over. I told the lady, (by the way shes mexican and hardly knows English) "Look you're not listening to me, we are asking a question, a yes or no question. We want to get a number 4 with water. Is there a different price for that?" She finally spoke up and said "No it's the same price" Then she says to pull up the the second window" I wasn't even done with the order and she didn't even ask me what else can I get for you. I said "wait I'm not done with my order." she says again "Please pull up to the front window. I asked her "Can I make my order, are you going to let me finish my order I want to order a second order." She then said again "Please pull up to the 2nd window." I then spoke up and said "I'm hungry too I am not done with my order I would like to order something too its a separate order, we are doing 2 orders." She then said again "Second window please" I then said "Okay bye" I drove off and gave her the birdie, she immediately gave me the birdie back. I will never be going to that Wendy's again until shes fired. If I want a Wendy's I will take my business somewhere else. That is the worst customer service I have ever had and the first time I have ever been to that store. It is also the first time I ever drove off from a restaurant. One more thing, it is the first time I have ever gave someone the birdie. I immediately went to KFC to take my business there instead. They was much nicer and actually listened.

Today I went to Wendy's in American Fork and asked for a Dave's double with no cheese or pickles and a medium fry. I am normally not one to complain given that Wendy's is my favorite place to get fast food, but i keep having the same issue every single time I come into Wendy's lately. I have a dairy allergy so I cannot have cheese on my burger which is why i specifically asked for no cheese. When i got my burger I opened the wrapper and I thought I saw no cheese so I drove back to work. Once I got to work I opened my burger back up and took a bite thinking there was no cheese. Well I took a bite and realized I was biting into cheese and pickles as if Wendys didn't even listen to my request in the slightest. This is the 5th time I have had this issue at multiple locations and it sucks. I CANNOT HAVE DAIRY so now it's like I cannot have Wendy's. This is rediculous. At least the food itself is amazing....

Dollar $1.99 kids meals. Fed the whole family For under 20 dollars. And got a free bacon N ader. yum!
