Just long wait not many people in front of me. I've worked fast food recently. So I understand. I wanted to wait longer it just got to long to be serious. I hadn't started least ordered... I'm extremely patient... Very clean store. Security on site. Inside. Just was slow service. Who know they could have been short staffed. I'm not sure. I just left. Would go back...

I love the employees. The young lady’s always smiling and give great customer service. I come here almost everyday and fries is always perfect and sandwiches is always hot and fresh. If not eating in I always come out within 5-10 minutes

Improving but still have a ways to go. Serve cold food fast, even people have to wait longer than 5 minutes everything should be fresh and hot. Also focus on entering the order correctly as well as preparing it correctly. I ordered only mayo, cheese and ketchup on my double classic and drove off with a burger fully dressed and warm fries. Wendy's is only cheap when ordering 4 for $4's. We pay for and expect quality food from you all.

I love Wendy's it's my favorite place. I like to ride my moped up there when ever I get the chance. But the cashier was unprofessional and rude and did not seem to care if she kept her job or not. (8-30-19 2:30pm). Food was good and very very fast. But the cashier needs retraining.

The worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. Right away there was an employee smoking dope in the bathroom. All the while a security officer hanging out in the dining area. My loaded baked potato didn't have all the fixings that I asked for and when approaching the counter the person replied "that happens some times". So rather than making too big of a deal about it, I retreated back to my table. As I indulged In my meal, i noticed my potato was a bit brown. Yeah brown from probably being there for days cooking. I wouldn't have given it a second thought however the woman next to me had one as well and was the nice white potato color that I felt it should be. I was extremely disappointed as I had high hopes for a edible meal while traveling. Hopefully top level management will read this, do an investigation and take action. Otherwise, just close the place and put the workers on the street. As they shouldn't serve food and treat customers like they do.

Not very clean. Clerk doesn't know difference between ordering, preparation and pick-up processes. The slowest fast food restaurant I've ever visited. Ran out after standing like 10 minutes when the clerk spent more than that time to take order and prepare the food herself when she was the only clerk at the order desk.
