I stopped by Wendy’s for a quick lunch and was genuinely impressed! The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and my order was fresh and exactly how I wanted it. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was hot, crispy, and full of flavor — definitely one of the best in fast food. The fries were hot and perfectly salted, and I appreciated how clean and well-kept the dining area was. Whether you’re in a rush or just craving something satisfying, Wendy’s continues to deliver on quality and consistency. I’ll definitely be back!

I had the absolute worst experience here ordering from Uber last night! I ordered initially and they forgot most of the order. I contacted Uber and sent them a picture of what I had received. Uber gave me a credit which I used to reorder. I decided to reorder the whole order since we all had to share the little bit we got and were still hungry. When the driver got there, Wendy’s refused to make the food even though they had a new order from me on the screen! I explained to them that I reordered the whole order, but they argued that they would only send me the items they missed the first time. I tried to explain to them that I had reordered the whole thing again so they should send me what I paid for. They refused to so Uber kept sending drivers to get my order and they kept rejecting them. Eventually the order got canceled and I got my money back but this was absolutely crazy! Uber took care of the mistake they made to being with and instead of listening to what I was trying to explain they treated me like I was trying to get free food or something, even though they knew they messed up the first order. It was a combo! So it made more sense for me to pay for the whole combo again rather than the individual items that were missing. We order here once a week and never have had problems but this ruined our night so bad last night that I don’t even want to think about Wendy’s again! So disappointing! I don’t want anything for free from this. I just want the employees that worked last night to realize that they made a mistake and caused what should have been a relaxing family evening to be a stressful night without the food we had been looking forward to.

The Lantana location is hands down the best one in the area. I drove up to the drive thru and sat for a minute before anyone came to the speaker to take my order , and when the lady finally came she sounded lazy and unhappy. I could barely understand what she was saying. I drove up to the window she looked exactly how she sounded unfortunately. The fries were cold and stale, burger was cold and dry. Get some people that want to work. I really should call their corporate after this.

Criminal activity at the drive-thru window. Google absolutely needs to look into the option of allowing a review with a negative amount of stars. First, this location has employees that will try and charge you twice, especially if you use Apple Pay. What they are doing is taling the phone, taping it. Claiming only 1 or 2 dollars, then saying I have to charge it again (as if the customer cant see its approved on our end) doing this to a good amount of customers, will leave the extra amount at the register as a credit from them to remove the cash after closing. They are stealing from Wendy's and the customers. Second, the store manager is a horrible man who knows what the staff is doing. When me and my family tried to bring this to light and request a refund. The store manager because aggressive, a violent natire and almost came through the window. All of this being done with toddler in the back seat. Store managers aren't their to create arguments, he should have listened, kept the food and provided the refund, then investigated the matter with the employee. We finally received the refund after speaking to the GM of the location, who was aware of the store managers behavior and nothing about it. STAY AWAY FROM THAT LOCATION. WENDYS BOYNTON BEACH NEAR TROY"S BBQ. If you do go pay CASH!!!

Went as a door dasher, one guy ahead of me. The heavy set Haitian woman wouldn’t acknowledge my presence, I tried several times to get her attention. Then after about ten minutes his order was complete. She the then started talking to the customer behind me, I showed her my phone with the D.D. Order she glanced at a bag behind her. This er woman is so rude. Very stressful dealing with employees like that. She may be the same woman who used to give horrible service at the Woolbright store, about a mile away. Wendy’s is good help that hard to find, you’re scraping the bottom of the barrel with her.

Baconator & Fries. GOOD. Basically a Cheeseburger with double the Beef, double the Cheese and double the Bacon. Better in size, shape and taste than anything BK or McD's offers. WENDY'S Fries are also as GOOD if not BETTER than McDONALD'S Fries. RECOMMEND.

I ordered a diet coke with no ice and a burger with ketchup, mustard, and no cheese. Instead, I got a diet coke with ice and my burger had cheese. I corrected them and they told me to pull forward as they fixed my order. After waiting for forever, I got a burger with absolutely nothing on it. Horrible service

We couldn't understand what they were saying. I think they're all Haitian. Regardless, they are clueless as to how customer service is supposed to work. I see why they have one star and 49 one stars only. This place is horrible.

Burgers It seems that the Wendy's locations in the Boynton Beach area are having a contest as to who could be the worst of the worst. Right now, it is a toss-up between this location and the one up on South Military Trail (Lake Worth) with this one edging slightly ahead. Not once, ever, has this place gotten an order correct. We order on the app and it never fails that when you pull up to the window, there is always some sort of commotion inside - loud noises, yelling... just seems like mayhem. Orders are never right, contain things like onions, when you ask for none - that kind of stuff. To be fair, the people at the window are ok - but the whole place just gives us the creeps and we have stopped going there at this point. You've been warned

Whoever cooked my food today at this time needs to get a raise. Ordered a 6$ biggie bag with a cinnamon roll and it hit all the right spots. Staff was pretty nice and understanding. I hope the staff at this time knows they are cooking straight HEAT in the back. Best Wendy's I've had in a while

I went here with my cousin and uncle and we went to the drive through, sat there for a few minutes trying to give the lady who didn't know what she was doing our order, then went to the drive through to be met with the wrong order, an attitude from the lady and a back and forth conversation on what was missed. we ended up leaving with half of our order and a 1000th eye roll from that lady. Food was fine, service was horrible.

I just recently moved up with way. I had a brand new Wendy's by my house. The staff was friendly, could communicate in English and the food was fresh/hot. Plus they had the cool coke machine where you can get basically any drink (even Dr Pepper). This location is the complete opposite. It's old, dingy and dirty. My food never seems fresh and hot, fries always mush and stale. The employees seem miserable and can barely communicate to take orders or if you ask for napkins, sauces etc they look blankly at you. Since moving to boynton I skip Wendy's and drive the mile down the road to Chick-fil-A!

Never again will I order from here. I ordered a salad with nuggets and it came up to $15.70. I asked the girl if they use Apple Pay and she told me yes. She scanned it on my phone and I immediately got a notification on my phone saying a transaction was made for $15.70. She then proceeded to let me know that it didn't go through on their machine. Like wtf? Are you kidding me? She did it twice and I got charged twice. I was pissed and I asked for a manager and she came to the window giving me an attitude, telling me to get out my car and look at their machine. Like no! I'm literally looking in my account and it said the payment went through and I tried showing it to her but she shrugged it off saying their machines this and their machines that. Straight robbery and now I got charged twice for some crappy tasting salad that wasn't fresh at all. Very upset about this but it what it is. Stay far from this place. The customer service sucks and very unprofessional the way they handled the situation. They can keep that extra 15 bucks for all I care but F**cking never again!

Slower than snails. I don't know if it's a staffing issue or what but this Wendy's has got to do better. The staff is pre closing everything so it's taking longer for them to put orders in. Maybe my standards when I was a general manager in the service industry for 6 years are different but this Wendy's is not it. I would only recommend going here if nothing else is open. Also if you show up an hour before they close all they're going to give you is a 10 piece nugget meal.

HORRIBLE! Food cold, dining area not clean, condiment packets were FILTHY covered with dried food. Pecans for salad were expired!! When I brought this to supervisor attention, she shrugged her shoulders as if it did not matter. Worst of all, I tried to reach the restaurant manager twice, being promised a callback from him by the Wendy's main customer service line. Manager did not care to call back at all. I have not been back to a Wendy's restaurant since (about 2 months). This establishment will not see me gracing their doorway again.

Seeing all the one star reviews it seems the owner doesn't care about their business are the service provided. I ordered a single with cheese plain. It is one of the worst burgers I've ever had. The burger was dry and the cheese was absolutely ridiculous. They didn't even put a slice on it. It was a glob of shredded cheese. Save yourself some trouble and go elsewhere.

I've never been inside this establishment but the drive-thru service is rushed, unfriendly, and unorganized. Having worked in the fast food industry while in high school, I understand the business model of serving "fast" food. I understand that each individual restaurant has goals to achieve, times to beat, and quotas to meet. However, a restaurants "window time" should not take precedence over quality of service and customer satisfaction. Time and time again I have patronized this establishment (generally because they are the quickest and their is never a line during my 30 min lunch break) and each interaction has been the same. The staff is normally quick to respond when you approach the intercom. After the automated greeting, you will hear the depressing and monotone voice of a staff member asking what'd you like. My real issue is when you approach the pay/pick-up window. The only food item that is ever hot, would be the chili. Everything else is always lukewarm. Fries are rarely salted and the cheese on the burgers is always cold. On several occasions I've had the drive-thru attendant drop my change on the ground as they rush. My order is often blatantly wrong (I'm given someone else's food), I'm asked what I ordered when there are no other cars in the drive-thru (how could you forget?) or sauces, napkins, straws, and utensils that have been asked for (some of these items should be common sense) are not included in the bag. On the occasions that I have sat and checked my bag at the window, management has rushed over to ask me to whats wrong, if I'm ok, or plainly to move up if I would like to verify my order is correct. I try NOT to patronize this Wendy's as often as I can and when I do its solely for chili alone at this point. I'd rather patronize Checkers or drive further to McDonald's out of my jobs zoning area.

Store #1955 in Boynton Beach left this in a KID'S MEAL CHEESEBURGER!!! Luckily we looked to see if pickles were on it or my six year old may have choked on it!!! Brought it back to the store and the manager said it wasn't her fault. She didn't make the burger!!! No apology... ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING!!!

I don't ever hardly eat Wendy's, but one night I tried the one in Deerfield off of SW 10th and the food they gave me was FRESH AND BUSS!. Funny part I pulled up last minute too; during their closing hours. I enjoyed their unique Pretzel burger and Jalepeño too with their fries and drink. I thought I'd get the same results from my local Wendy's tonight. It was the complete opposite and it's only 11pm. The fries tasted like CARDBOARD BOX and the BROWN WENDY's bag! the burger wasn't as fresh as when I tried ir in Deerfield. It was a bit sloppy which was fine, but seemed underheated and tasted similar to what I had previously BUT PLAIN. At least they got the Tropical Berry to taste decent and I didn't have to wait as long as the other drivers in Drive-thru smh. I wonder if they care. Surprisingly with the ratings they have!.

Beware of using a credit card here. An employee scanned or snapped a picture of my card. I used the drive through on Tuesday evening. No one will answer the phone over there but I'll be making an appearance and pressing charges, I know sadly enough not much will be done so I'm just trying to warn others.

Horrible customer service. I just went to the drive-through and when I got to the window, the woman asked me if I had cash and I said no, I have Apple Pay. Another woman then states they don't take Apple Pay, so I say okay, I can pay with card. She then proceeds to say that their computer just shut off and I said okay, with a confused expression on my face. She just stared at me awkwardly, so I asked can't I pay with something else besides cash? Her response was "he is trying to fix it now". I said that's fine, I can wait. They started arguing with each other and then she took my card and rung it up at the front register, which is fine but when she came back she had a horrible attitude as if I had done something to her. Then I asked after receiving my bag if I could have a receipt, you would've thought that I asked for her firstborn child with the way she acted, so when they came back with my receipt I said I'm missing something and she said that it was in the bag, which was my bad it was but I did not see it. So I acknowledged that it was there, then I asked can I have my sauce and she said what kind of sauce? Meanwhile, I told them when I ordered two times what kind of sauce I wanted.

Sadly this could be one of my worst Wendy's experiences. First I should say I love Wendy's, I would put this as my favorite fast food burger place but this Wendy's was beyond sub par, the burgers were cold, the fries were too, the service was totally unfriendly. My husband actually said to the girl at the window thank you, good night and after no response had to say "you should smile and say thank you to your customers". It was truly such an unpleasant experience that we will not be back to this location again.

These workers treat their customers like we aren't paying for their services. They never have anything you want and it's always an attitude when you ask for fresh food cause I'm telling you if you don't ask for fresh food your meal will taste old, refried and rough like it's been microwaved. They either need new management or a new staff but either way something needs to change. What makes it worst is that they always getting orders wrong!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Wendy's is Wendy's, but THIS Wendy's is AWFUL. Corporate needs to fire everyone at this location and step in, it's honestly a joke. Your order is ALWAYS wrong, when you ask them to fix it they ARGUE with you, tell you your wrong...when they finally agree to correct THEIR mistake they make you wait FOREVER. The drive through takes a million years. We have literally waited 15 minutes for a food on more than one occasion. They make you pull forward sometimes and then bring you your food through the side door after waiting for ONE simple meal.

Placed mobile order Sunday morning at 10:00am I arrived 12 minutes later after only ordered 5of the same item pulled up and gave my code pulled up to window and was told to pull up after went inside to see where my order was person inside would not even answer me after I went back to my car the door was locked behind me guess that's why no customers where inside 5 minutes later my order was brought out to me asked for receipt that person didn't have any idea what I was talking about this was not the first time having problems with this store at 701 W. Boynton Beach Blv. Sorry to say I won't be visiting this place anymore.

Don't usually Yelp about fast food places, but this place is so poorly staffed/managed that I had to write to at least warn other potential customers. Ordered 2 vanilla frosties 1 large and 1 small in the drive thru, when I checked the receipt after driving away I noticed I was charged for 2 large,,, so I parked and went in to get it fixed. The person at the counter (I really couldn't say if it was a fat boy or girl) was really confrontational and indignant about fixing the issue, and refused to fix the issue and had the Manager come and make a large frostie,,, never had such a piss poor experience when placing such a simple order,,,, simple math,low class ownership = low class management = low class hiring = poorly delivered customer service... I didn't expect white glove service, but I did expect human behavior from Wendy's employees.... ok there you go.

Food was standard Wendy's fare. The reason for this 1 star review is one of the kitchen staff used the ladies room, didn't flush the toilet OR wash her hands before going back into the kitchen!!!!!! Hello health department!
