I usually try to avoid this location because of the reviews on google but decided to give them a try because I was running errands, was hungry and thus was the closest and "quickest". I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and I think they left the chicken on the "grill" too long. I took a bite and it feels like I bit into a pork rind wrap. I unwrapped it after the first bite and not one piece of chicken in that wrap was edible. By this time I was like 10 minutes away and didn't even feel like turning around so I took that loss but never again!!

Horrible customer service, the young women was so disrespect. I asked for a dollar chicken sandwich on accident. Her reply to that was " do you see any sandwich for a dollar. This is literally the worst location ever, I would use the Wendy's app to order my stuff, and they would get everything correct. However, it's been giving me this location all of a sudden, and when it's this location, they would get my food right, but they would give me the wrong frosty. Every. Since. Time. And the worst part about it. Is that everything dasher that delivers the food said that they called me and said that I was fine with chocolate frosty, UMMM!!??? I have not gotten a single call from then or the dasher saying that I was ever okay with getting the other frosty. And it's always this location! I had decided to go to this location once, and soon as I wanted the frosty, they said they don't have it with the most biggest attitude!!! And I can't order it on other locations because it doesn't give me that option to do so. And that is so frustrating. I think this is the last time that I am going to use the app and go to this location. It seems like they can't keep it together if it's going to keep continuing..

There is always a problem with THIS Wendy's! This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to! A couple of days ago, they had a sign plastered on the drive thru "only accepting cash". This the 2nd time they've had to do this. Before that, at 2 Pm on a weekday, the store lights and drive thru appeared open but no one was at the drive thru window. The door was locked. Seneral people pulled up to the drive thru and drove away. No note or anything. I actually called the police as I was concerned something had happened inside the store! They were opened the next day as if nothing happened. Before that, I placed an order for a fish sandwich meal. I was told to pull up to the door and wait. I got home and discovered they forgot my fries! The time before that, they BURNED my fries. The manager needs to be fired. This Wendy's is liberally 1 mile from my home. I'll go miles out of my way before I go to this Wendy's ever again. They DESERVE to fail.

My food was cold and when I got to the window i saw the the cash register person she had long nails they were like long nails just like Nicki Minaj nails and I hope she did not put those nails on my food and then win I spoke to the manager he wasn't even focus talking to me he said were short on staff Sir I said I saw a lot of staff up in there there should be no reason you people have that kind of attitude and then when when the cash register person Took my card she said your card is declined sir and then I was like no it is not she just said that because she was mad after that I said I would never come to Wendy's again

This was my first time at this location and I must say never again although it's 3 minutes from me. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal add pickles and 10pc spicy nugget meal. When I got home my food was old as OLD. The lady even asked me if I wanted to add pickles or only pickles and I still didn't get pickles. The nuggets and fries was old you cam tell been sitting there. I called back and spoke to a young lady about my order and was hung up on after she was suppose to been informing a general manager of all my issues. She tried to tell me my fries was hot, i said no mam the fries the young lady dropped I didn't get, my food came up before those. However, I pay for fresh hot food not old and they knew it was old. If they wasn't so busy talking about how they ready to go home, hanging out in car, or on cell phones maybe I would have gotten quality food. As a GENERAL MANAGER for 19 years this is UNACCEPTABLE. Now if I decide to go back I have to make certain all my food is cook to order and I shouldn't have to do that. Also, clean the store a bit more and employees shouldn't be drinking were food is being made.

The customer service is horrible here. Food sucks . I would like to meet who manages this location because I do not think there is any managment .just a bunch of kids that dont give a damn about anything so they treat people how ever they want.

Awful. Horrible service, super slow & the food was cold. No masks or gloves worn by the employees. All they did have was a horrible attitude. Never coming here again.

I fell/tripped over unlevel unsecured flooring here over 4wks ago, I keep getting the promise of a call back but never happens. The fall broke my foot and I needed surgery, and when it happened the cashier just laughed it off.

The food is ok, but when you want a kids meal apparently you need to do the cashiers job and tell them what kind of side you want instead of them asking. When I asked about it I got an attitude about it like I was being an inconvenient customer.

I would never eat at this Wendy's again. My fries were over cooked and not hot at all. I was eating my burger and discovered a string of hair in it. I'm so disgusted and angry. I WILL ADVISE NO ONE TO EAT AT THIS LOCATION IF YOU DON'T WANT COLD FRIES AND HAIR STRINGS IN YOUR FOOD.

During day time the good & service is usually good, midnight shift can't ever get orders right, good is terrible! Don't understand how they do such a good job when it's busy in the early afternoon and in the evening everything just goes down hill in a big way!!!!

No one will believe this. I created an account here because of this experience... I recently moved very close to this wendys, and expected a nice and long relationship with delicious food a few times a week. Our house has 4 people that need food. We buy bags and bags of food...Within the first couple times of going there, my sister came back in a bad mood, telling me how she came back home, to find out a boneless skinless chicken sandwich was dry and burnt. The problem was there was a lot of char. When she went back and showed an employee the issue, another employee in the back said something along the lines of :uugghh, now i gotta deal with this white bi**h.. Loud enough for my sister to hear. All my sister wanted was a replacement sandwich, and she was told by the employee to come behind the counter if she has a problem. Asking her to fight. Well my sister went behind the counter and she kept descending backwards to avoid her. She was all talk. The manager saw the whole thing happen and told the employee to clam down and just go in the back. She was tall, had a gap in her teeth, was black, and very rude. And she instigates it. Im almost positive she still has a job there. Thats what scares me. If the employee standards are that low, i can only imagine what the standards are when it comes to improper food storage and improper cleaning. Along with mass, inferior, customer service. I went there one time after, and walked in to a girl standing backwards at a cash register working, which is fine, but id like to be acknowledged, so i know ill be served... Well another employee walked past without looking at me or the customers growing behind me. She wasnt overwhelmed, she wasnt too busy, she just doesnt have any customer service skill, like the rest of that location. I finally saw the manager, he was busy on the phone and doing something else. He halfheartedly looked at me to show me he saw me, but in all, i feel i was just a speedbump in what they would prefer be an empty restaurant. Ill admit the food looks harmless, but i would scrutinize the employees from the top to the bottom if you go there after reading this. This is just my in depth opinion. Im more picky about my service, than the actual food. I actually love all wendys spicy chicken sandwich, including this one... I just dont trust anything with this staff... Thank you for your time everyone... I hope wendys reads this and learns a thing or two. Maybe makes some staff changes.
