Best example of a Wendy's in Chattanooga ive tried so far/right now. Bonny Oaks sucks. East Ridge is okay. They did get my order wrong once in the drive thru here but they fixed it for me next time I visited. They cook their food really good here and the staff is very chill and try to do a good job.

Honestly I door dashed to try their new chicken strips and not only did they not bag my fries with a “combo” the strips were chewy and old. I pretty much knew this would be the outcome. I called and spoke with the manager on duty to let her know quality and order accuracy are the two main points. She only thanked me for letting her know but offered nothing more. Such a disappointment

I went through drive through. The people were polite however the bread on my burger was cold and stale. My fries were cold but the nuggets and drink were good. They didn't give us any straws. I've been before and it was better but this particular time I was highly disappointed.

This is the best of this restaurant around this area!! I'm telling you if you eat fast food and Wendy's is a spot you choose I would bypass all others and head straight to Gunbarrel, I work nearby and frequently order or pickup from here and the food is ALWAYS fresh,hot everytime. This time I tried the breakfast and it was just what I ordered everything taste fresh and not dried out or overcooked or recooked . Thanks to this team there ,great job! Try those French toast sticks omg 🤤🤤

Been to this Wendy's 4 or 5 times and every time the food is cooked perfectly. The staff is friendly, quick and the food is always delicious. Best Wendy's in town.

This location is the worse..my daughter went one morning before work a few weeks ago and got a breakfast baconator and when she was eating she found hair but didn't address the issue ..then today 10/30/24 ..I went to the drive through and ordered my daughter a spicy chicken sandwich, when I got home she started to eat her sandwich and there was hair again..my son in law took the sandwich back and got a refund..then he heard someone said something about wearing a wig..while the situation was being handled. Just called cooperate hopefully it will get handled..Food cost too much to get hair surprise.

I have never eaten inside this location. I use the drive-through, which has two available lanes to place an order. My favorite is the taco salad! I also love the flavored lemonade and their cookies. I recommend the strawberry lemonade and the sugar cookie. The classic frosty is also an excellent choice!

So, I understood when going to this place they would take a while for my food since they're still new and trying to get things together. However, when I finally received my Bacon Pub Cheeseburger I'm handed this burger that has lettuce and tomato on it with zero bacon or fries to be seen. The Bacon Pub burger doesn't come with lettuce or tomato. And I waited in line for 45 minutes; I know the lobby is closed, and I wasn't about to wait 45 minutes again just to be watching all of the staff inside dancing around and on their phones....I thought the Bonny Oaks location was bad but this one is proving to be just as bad if not worse.
