CEO Kirk Tanner and company spokespeople say the technology will improve order accuracy, crew experience, and upselling while allowing easier time-of-day discounts (and claim it won’t raise prices at drive-thru peak times). Critics argue the shift mirrors surge pricing used by Uber and Ticketmaster and risks charging customers more for everyday items like burgers and fries when they’re captive or in a hurry, and it comes amid industry-wide inflation, shrinkflation, and a report that the chain was the most expensive fast-food brand in 2023. Quick dinner so I could hit the grocery store in town. Ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie Bag. I took the chili home since the burger, nuggets and drink was enough to fill me. Have never had a real bad experience here and the employees I deal with are great.

Because we have trailers we couldn’t go through the drive through and the dinning area was closed but the allowed us in to order which we were very grateful for and thanked them multiple times. When we ordered one of us was missing our order. We informed them and our other party came in to double check he didn’t get two sandwiches while they checked our receipts. Once we’ve confirmed that no one accidentally grabbed the bag we told them we were still missing an order. We were told “we don’t give out free food” even though we didn’t get the order and we paid for it. They were very rude and we could hear them complaining about us as we walked out even though it was very clear it was their mixup. Maybe they accidentally gave our order to someone in the drive through then proceeded to blame us.

I have never had such bad service. I love to eat Wendy's, but the experience at this store was ridiculous. The food was sloppy and greasy. The service was infuriating slow. No sense of urgency or pleasing the customers 🤔 🙄

I work down the road and some times come here when I’m tired of eating at the typical spots in Chelsea. The last two time I have gone my order has been incorrect. Previously I went there and ordered one of their chicken sandwiches and did not find out till I got home that they gave me someone’s cheeseburger. Today I just went through and ordered a biggie bag with a frosty for a quick bite on my break. They gave me spicy nuggets instead of regular, and did not give me my frosty. I’m usually not bothered by this stuff since I work in the food business. But these are not the only two experiences I have had there in this nature. While I understand and sympathize with the lack of skilled labor force, the customer really should come first and better precaution should be taken to ensure everyone is getting the items they paid their money for. I do not think I will be going back to this location and hope that whatever manager reads this takes it to heart and starts to make a change.

Went there, kiosk wouldn’t work, tried app on phone. That also wouldn’t work, so I decided I’ll wait in line. Waited for 10 minutes, finally asked for help. Guy said use the kiosk we are understaffed, I told him I didn’t mind using it but it’s not working, and neither is my phone app. They ignored 3 other customers in there as well. People kept coming in and leaving. The worker was rude, I asked if he could take order at the register, and he yelled that I need to give him time. And I said I understand your understaffed no worries. Waited another 10 minutes and decided to leave. I don’t mind him saying they are understaffed, but to avoid customers asking for help or pretend we aren’t standing at the counter is rude. He didn’t need to yell.

Great experience! I went for lunch, food was hot and fresh. When I opened my Dave's Single burgers both were made with care and looked great. Most of the time at fast food places throw a sandwich together and it doesn't look good at all, this was very presentable.

The computer wasn't working, so when we pulled up to pay, the kid said cash only. We just waited 30 minutes for our food and we can't use a debit card, cash only??? Should we be told that before we order maybe? Just saying. We ended up getting the order for free though. I shouldn't complain, but it was horrible. Just a bad experience all around. I took a few pictures of the baconator fries... lol
