Went there, kiosk wouldn’t work, tried app on phone. That also wouldn’t work, so I decided I’ll wait in line. Waited for 10 minutes, finally asked for help. Guy said use the kiosk we are understaffed, I told him I didn’t mind using it but it’s not working, and neither is my phone app. They ignored 3 other customers in there as well. People kept coming in and leaving. The worker was rude, I asked if he could take order at the register, and he yelled that I need to give him time. And I said I understand your understaffed no worries. Waited another 10 minutes and decided to leave. I don’t mind him saying they are understaffed, but to avoid customers asking for help or pretend we aren’t standing at the counter is rude. He didn’t need to yell.
