"This fast-food chain is planning to test dynamic, “surge” pricing at locations beginning in 2025, backed by a $20 million investment in digital menu boards intended to enable real-time price tweaks, AI-enabled menu changes, and suggestive selling for items like Biggie Bags and Frostys. CEO Kirk Tanner and company spokespeople say the technology will improve order accuracy, crew experience, and upselling while allowing easier time-of-day discounts (and claim it won’t raise prices at drive-thru peak times). Critics argue the shift mirrors surge pricing used by Uber and Ticketmaster and risks charging customers more for everyday items like burgers and fries when they’re captive or in a hurry, and it comes amid industry-wide inflation, shrinkflation, and a report that the chain was the most expensive fast-food brand in 2023. Many observers worry the tech could be used to personalize price hikes rather than pass on savings, and that other chains may follow—making routine purchases feel more like paying airport prices. Quick dinner so I could hit the grocery store in town. Ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie Bag. I took the chili home since the burger, nuggets and drink was enough to fill me. Have never had a real bad experience here and the employees I deal with are great.

Stopped here for lunch today with my toddler. The place was full and completely silent and everybody was angry and waiting. I stood there for 10 minutes and did not receive help but did receive an awful lot of bad looks and head shakes because I did not use the kiosk. We ended up leaving after 10 minutes of zero service The attitudes in this place were terrible. I will never ever go here again or suggest this location to anyone who comes through my hotel where I am employed in the same town.

Stop through the drive through to get my daughter something to eat after dance class. I ordered her a Dave's Double combo meal. She ate her fries and started on her burger only to find that it was completely raw inside and cold. Unfortunately we were the highway on the way home and couldn't turn around to take ot back. I tried calling and complaining . Someone would pick up the phone and hang up. Absolutely disgusting.

The guy that works in the morning who I believe is a manager is miserable to deal with. Never nice. Placed a Mobile order,the app has the name for the order under your initials,I tell him what it says and he tells me it’s a name on his end(with serious tude) ok great not on my end.Makes the entire experience terrible. It’s every time I’ve come here or when my co workers come here(which is 3 times a week) and he’s rude every time.

Because we have trailers we couldn’t go through the drive through and the dinning area was closed but the allowed us in to order which we were very grateful for and thanked them multiple times. When we ordered one of us was missing our order. We informed them and our other party came in to double check he didn’t get two sandwiches while they checked our receipts. Once we’ve confirmed that no one accidentally grabbed the bag we told them we were still missing an order. We were told “we don’t give out free food” even though we didn’t get the order and we paid for it. They were very rude and we could hear them complaining about us as we walked out even though it was very clear it was their mixup. Maybe they accidentally gave our order to someone in the drive through then proceeded to blame us.

I have never had such bad service. I love to eat Wendy's, but the experience at this store was ridiculous. The food was sloppy and greasy. The service was infuriating slow. No sense of urgency or pleasing the customers 🤔 🙄

Great experience! I went for lunch, food was hot and fresh. When I opened my Dave's Single burgers both were made with care and looked great. Most of the time at fast food places throw a sandwich together and it doesn't look good at all, this was very presentable.

Horrible service walk in the building at 8:30 to two employees getting upset bc I decided to walk inside and eat, get the food ask for a sauce the employees talks very loud and yells that will ne a dollar then proceeds to laugh while I was walking away. Staff seemed very lazy worst service I've had here. Been coming for years

The food is below par salads are awful pale lettuce and o my half the bowl and they forget or give the wrong dressing. The service is not that great either if you want Wendy's go into a2 and eat at the zeeb rd one!

I love Wendy's in the spring time, sounds like a song LOL, I absolutely adore there strawberry fresh salad including addressing in which the whole package it's only 90 cal. Clean place, clean bathroom, nice staff. A definite recommended by Rita.

Food was hot, but tasteless. The individual taking orders in drive thru was the most irritable person. If he is the best they have to offer, makes me wonder about the people making the food. Won't go back.

We stopped here after a night of bowling. We're visiting from Chicago and stopped here after our night of fun. David met us with such professionalism and a welcoming manner. He made our experience so enjoyable and because of that we came back through the drive thru twice. He was very communicative and respectful to our Wendy's needs. David is the best and we love him!

I know they're short handed, but can we get a correct order just once? Items missing, condiments messed up, wrong drink, sauces missing. Today we got the spoon for the frosty, but no frosty. Lobby isn't open, so you'd have to get back in the drive thru to get it made right.

This is the nicest and cleanest fast food places I've seen in a while. Stopped here on a road trip and visited the bathroom first. The bathroom was clean - no TP on scattered on the floor. The sink area was clean and there was soap in the dispenser. A clean bathroom is a good sign. Our order was taken by Connor, a teenaged kid. Connor is awesome. He greeted us, was knowledgeable about the menu, efficiently took our order. My burger was missing pickles, and he saw me and stepped to the side, and had someone get pickles. The restaurant area was clean. The bathroom and restaurant could just use an update.

The lobby is open sporadically. They NEVER post a sign that it's closed so you have to walk to the door just to find out that it's locked. Put up a sign.

Average fast food experience except for a very bizarre policy they have where I'm told by the girl behind the counter I can't have my drink until my food is ready because they don't want the customers to wander off to get their drink while they wait for their food. This place has changed management quite a lot lately but they are definitely trying to do a better job. The staff was friendly, the food was hot and the service was quick. Although the times they are open are incorrect on here. The actual times at Dining room 10am-9pm Mon-Sun. Drive Thru is 10am-10pm Mon-Sun

Just got off a 8.5 hour shift and on my way home (just after 10 at night) I stopped in at Wendy's and waited in the drive through for a few minutes. I googled the hours, which are from 10 AM to 11 PM. After waiting a little longer, a man said very bluntly, "We're closed." There were three other cars in line waiting. Either way, went to McDonald's across the street.

As you will know, it's a chain. But when we have eaten inside, there are tons of flies in the dining room! Tons! Gross! And only having 1 pop machine during a rush is dumb. Poor planning on their part. But as I said, a chain----not a good location.
