Worst Wendy's I've been to yet! Ketchup dispensers are completely empty, tables are greasy, crumb-covered and filthy, and service is mediocre if not disrespectful. Made a mobile order ahead of time and they didn't even START on it even after I came in. One of the cashiers just stood there giving me a nasty stare for a few seconds before completely turning her back, neither greeting me or asking my order. I can even see other people waiting over 10-15 minutes for their orders when there's almost nobody inside.

WORST fast food service I've ever experienced. Left our order on the counter without ever contacting us, we had to go inside after a while of no communication and saw everything sitting there. They forgot the kid's meal and then threw those items into a bag. They weren't busy, they're just lazy or incompetent. Oh & they didn't add the meat to my salad. It's not rocket science, it shouldn't be that easy for that many people to screw up a whole order

Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I went with my grandma to get food for my grandpa who's in hospice right now and the shift working today at 5:50pm absolutely had nothing but an attitude towards my grandma who was just trying to order a hamburger. When we got to the window to get the food they tried to have us pay for the wrong order and they didn't even give us the sweet tea that we were supposed to get with the burger. Worst location I have ever been to. DO NOT GO!! Waste of money, time, energy and gas!!

Never in my life have I witnessed a more lackadaisical, disorganized crew. This isn't a one off. They are truly slower than molasses and not motivated to get orders out at all. Usually I avoid this location at all costs because this has been a problem for years now. Don't do it. It'll literally be faster for you to drive to main Street than to go to this location ever.

Update 06/22/24: it has been 10 months and I can now confirm that this is the worst Wendys in America. The general manager, regional manager and owner need gone. Stopped in again because it was convenient. 10 or so people inside waiting for food with 2 cooks visible. The male cook became so irritated that he yelled in back for someone to come help expedite and give out food...the food was ready. The manager got on him for yelling but he was right. Everything was ready and once 4 other workers came from the back the food was given to door dash and those of us waiting. Time took about 30 minutes but the cooks had made the orders and they were just sitting on the counters...This is the poorest managed restaurant in the US. Has to be. Horrible horrible place. Shocked at the lack of service, the lack of cleanliness and the total confusion of workers. Was served a raw hamburger. Supposedly impossible because it's on a timer. Showed workers and tool pictures. Waited 15 minutes and was not acknowledged. Kiosk had said to order at the counter but the 6 people working never said a word to me. Only 2 others in the store eating. Not only is this the worst Wendy's in the United States but also the worst fast food store in the United States. The store manager and the general manager should be fired at once. This is really bad. They had plenty of workers so being under staffed is not the excuse

would give 0 stars if it was an option, not the type of person to complain about this stuff but every time i’m here the wait is super long, this time i was sitting in line for about 40 minutes and there was only three cars in front of me, ten minutes or more between cars is litterally so crazy, and it’s 10:00 at night, the workers are nice but seem doped tf up and hyper witch would explain why the foods not even hot for waiting that long. idk i rly just don’t like this location

Waited 15 minutes for cold fries. When I asked for hot fries- they said I had to wait 10 minutes.. so I left with cold fries. If you feel like Wendy’s- drive to a different one. It’ll take less time to get back home and will be superior.

Looks a little suspicious. Some cars had to wait to move forward. Looks a little dangerous. I saw this 01 July at 6:07. I watched for about 15 minutes before I left and were still doing it. Service looked slow as they took one order at a time

The service is very slow. I recently went with my son. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich in the drive through. When I got home, I took one bite and instantly knew it was undercooked so I did not eat it. I broke open the chicken to check and it was pink and undercooked. I had to throw it away. I tried to write to customer service but no one ever responded. A waste of $10

Waited in the drive thru for 30 mins, watched the guy with the headset go out to a friends car, sit for 15 minutes, and go back inside the locked doors. Only to to ignore the wrap-around drive thru line of cars for an addition 15 until close. I get workers are hard to find right now... but it's rare to see people get paid to smoke in the car and leave the entire restaurant when an entire line of customers are waiting. Everybody eventually left to go to the neighboring stores that have their paid staff operating inside. I left a review for the sake of management, but with the 1.5 rating already here, I'm guessing this must be the norm or the standard at this Wendy's. I hope management finds a way to fix this problem before this place closes down

The food is terrible, the woman at the rest hate their lives so much you can feel it in the sandwiches you eat. the manager here has the absolute worst attitude and caught an attitude when I asked her to fix my drink she put ice in when I explicitly stated I never wanted any.

After waiting in line for 10 minutes at this wendys a woman came up to me and told me someone would be right with me, i waited another 5 minutes and after the woman who told me just a second clocked off and we left because no one was taking our order, after leaving the line had wrapped around the building like usual and the service at this wendys is slow as it always is a 15-20 minute wait

Several of us were waiting to place an order for about five minutes. We were told it would be a few more minutes. A person who appeared to be the manager was wandering around the dining area. When he returned to the kitchen area I said we had been waiting ten minutes, when would they take our orders. His reply, "If you don't like it you can leave." So I did and went to the Main St. store. I won't be back. This has been one of the most poorly managed Wendy's stores for years.

Order a hamburger, but most of the toppings were missing. Plus where you get drinks, napkins, etc was so filthy I was afraid to catch some kind of disease. This is not the first time in this Wendy's but I will guarantee it will be my last. The time to use the excuse of COVID and not enough workers is over. If the workers are overworked or not enough then the owner/manager needs to get in the store and clean it. Actually one star is too much for this Wendy's.

Zero stars for this store. The slowest crew I've seen and I saw one of the employees eating an ice cream cone while making sandwiches. My order was wrong and the chicken patty on my sandwich was stale. So disappointing.

Worst experience ever at a Wendy's. 5/20/2023, 12:30 Lunch. Carry out, two people were in front of me and the cashier looked me up and down and walked away. It was busy, and it looked like she was going to help get orders out before taking my order. NOT! She pretended to help get orders out as a pretext to flirt with the fry guy. She was laughing and touching the guys arm, his hand. All the other inside orders were done and I was left standing there. Everyone else on the food line were looking anxious and nervous - cashier was slowing everyone down. So much fun, ha ha ha. Then she laughed and hit the fry guy's arm, it looked like he was maybe pouring oil in the fryer(?). Well, whatever he was hold jumped out of his hands and the whole restaurant froze when fell with a loud crash. Everyone was still frozen in place as cashier was yelling for someone come up to the line. "No, now!" That was my cue to walk away. Left and watched as a couple of suckers were walking in to the s*&t show as I was leaving. All I wanted was a premade salad. Cashier could have taken my money, and I could have walked out happy. Instead, 20 minutes later I was pissed off and hungry.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ive been here 3 times. Waited in like a total of 45 minutes to get a kids chicken nugget meal with only 3 cars ahead of me. The second 2 times I waited a long time again just to be told they are out of chili both times. Just don't waste your time here.

So my husband went to get us dinner and when he returned, they'd given us the wrong salad. I didn't mind walking back over and getting a replacement but told me it would be 12 minutes for the chicken. I said I was fine with that and proceeded to wait for half an hour outside because their doors were locked. One employee was getting off of work and went to check for me. They gave me a second wrong salad.

Drive Thru worker very rude! Grabbed a fry to tide over my hunger it was cold! I'm stunned....So very rude and cold fries. Had to wait 10 minutes and had to say hello to drive through speaker for someone to take my order. Got a reply will be with you in a moment. Would have been nice is they were alert and told me will be with me and not me having to wake them up. Go to another location where one is treated better.

Literal trash. Waited in line 20 minutes just to pull up to the speaker and be told they're closed. Usually you get everyone already in line before close time through the line(since you can see when people arrive and can see them sitting there waiting to order) then i was so rudely disrespected by the flamboyant boy in the window informing me they dont have to accept orders after midnight. in my defense i was there before midnight like i said waited for 20 minutes and it turned 12:00 on the dot as we pulled up to speaker. Just felt completely unprofessional and rude.

This Wendy's has a lot of nerve calling themselves a fast food restaurant. I waited in the drive thru for about 32 mins. I would have left, but I had committed myself at the 15 minute point. The girl who took my order was less than enthusiastic about her job. She seemed bothered to take orders. I ordered only two chili's with some hot sauce on the side. They didn't include the sauce in my bag. Big bummer! The manager really needs to get control of this store . Teach the staff correct ways to take orders abs become more efficient . Won't be back to this Wendy's again!

Why isn't zero stars an option? "Worst Wendy's ever" is by far an understatement. The employees sure know how to put on an act for all of the drive through to see. A little hint for the first timers who have never held a job, if you're going to talk JUNK about someone at the window you might want to walk away to where they can't hear you. THE LINE is always long at this location. DO YOUR EMPLOYEES GET ANY BREAKS? & because of this that is probably why the young lady at the window had a pissy attitude when I told her the lid wasn't on my drink and then wanted to argue about it. WELL no argument is needed when the lid that was half on pops off and spills in your car. The verbiage used was very explicit since someone doesn't like constructive criticism. Managers stood by front row to watch the class act. Way to go Wendy's owner your place is a dump and the employees speak volumes for what type of reputation you have and the behavior that you condone

This is literally the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I waited in line for every bit of an hour. When I got to the window somebody told me that they would be with me in just a second. Then they close the store and nobody told me and let me sit for another 15 minutes. I only found out when somebody turned off the drive through lights. As somebody who worked in fast food for years and manage the restaurant. I can say that the service here is truly unacceptable in every single way shape and form

I went thru the drive thru at Wendy's to pick up a couple small sandwiches for a quick meal for my husband and me. There was Arby's, KFC, Taco Bell, McDonald's, White Castle, Skyline Chile and Wendy's. I chose Wendy's. I pulled up to the drivethru menu and it had the new breakfast menu up! I was very excited to try a few things on it! I ordered and the very lackluster person at the other end of the speaker said, "Breakfast is over". I guess it must've ended at 10:30 bc it was 10:34. I said "can you change it over to the lunch menu so I can order from that?" She said yes. A few minutes later she came out and turned the 5 menu boards. I then ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and a double stack. The chicken was not crispy, although it probably was at one time. The lettuce was limp and it tasted like there was no mayo on it, but looking for it, you could see there was some mayo that was sparsely spread on it. I knew the burgers on the double stack were going to be small which is why I ordered the double stack. They were very small! But that's not what the real problem was. They looked old. Not like they were cooked yesterday, but like they were cooked last week, heated up every day, not sold and then heated up the next day!! They tasted like they had had all of the tastiness, flavor and freshness microwaved right out of them! Why, oh why didn't I pay attention to the ONE STAR rating this Wendy's had? I usually give a place a break, but I cannot find a single redeeming quality about this visit! Not the personnel, not the food, nothing! I really doubt that I will be back and if I ever do, it will be at least a year or two, to give them a chance to turn over all of their personnel and ways of doing things!

I did a mobile order at 10:19 for a breakfast order. Been waiting in line and it's 10:55 i did the pick up. I'm currently sitting at the window and no one has even opened the window to greet me. This is the worst that I've ever experienced.. even when they said i had to be at the location by 10:30 to get my order. Never again! My coffee is now ruined at Starbucks since i ordered it about an hour ago now!!! Two times waste of money.

Went for chili! They were out of chili and potatoes - ordered a 4 for 4 Food was cold and stale after I waited in line for over 15 minutes with an toddler in the car. Instead of making a fuss I went back through the line for another 10 minutes politely asked if they could remake it. I was questioned on the timing of when I got it in minutes??. I was informed " to make sure no food was taken out the bag" or they wouldn't replace it which I had just went through so no food was eaten. When I got to the window no manager came, no one apologized for the inconvenience?? the bag was snatched the window was closed and I was talked about as they remade my food. When handed my food I was told bye still waiting for an apology for the inconvenience etc. so I asked for the store number to complain and I was told I can "google it" I said this was the worst service still speaking politely and I was told I can call the general manager tomorrow and the window was closed! They didn't even care to be complained on. No one cared about their job it look like it was a hang out session . Everyone was rude, working in customer service all my life I'm just shocked that a simple apology wasn't given. I'll never go to this Wendy's ever again!

SLOOOWWW! Line wrapped around the building at all times of the day. This used to be a good location. Turned to absolute trash in the last 2 years. Take the hit & drive to pataskala. That's about the only decent wendys on the east side.

Drive through takes almost an hour. NOT fast food. The Frosty had melted, the fries were ice cold, they got my drink order wrong and gave me grief when I asked for replacements! Don't put someone on the drive through who only types with one finger at 5 letters an hour. Horrible food, rude service and NOT worth the wait. Decidedly not a typical Wendy's. Corporate should replace 97% of the team.

Late night run through the drive thru because we both missed dinner before a late night business meeting. The headsets were "out of order" so the line went super slow but that's forgivable because stuff happens. What is deplorable is the behavior at the window. The lady taking our order was polite, even while she stepped to the side of the window to text on her phone. The young man who handed us our food was also polite. However, the other young lady working at this time was dancing by the window and yelling about N****s doing this and that over and over while the other young man with hair covering his face just laughed. I saw no manager in that particular area but if I had I would have hoped the language and behavior would have been addressed. I don't care who you are or what job you work, if you can't have some level of professionalism you don't need to work serving people. Yes, I understand it is fast food and 10:30 at night but your employees are a reflection of your management and your establishment.

It's amazing how slow this Wendy's is. You think they would adjust or prepare for lunch rush but every day the have cars lined up around the building. Don't bother going inside, you can be the only person inside and they'll handle about 5-6(20 minutes) drive thru orders before they finally get to you so your better off just waiting in the drive thru line. Food's okay but so so so slow.

12/30/2019 11:00 went through drive in and ordered chili fries and a sprite. The only good thing is the sprite...... I never eat fast food for this reason but I needed something small. $6.00 on some trash wish I would of just waited till I got off work.

Signed up just to let people know NOT to come here. Waited in line for 20 minutes just to realize they were only letting one car through at a time? Then after i get to the window, the guy who took my card kept getting on his phone while having my cardwhich made me feel VERY uncomfortable. Then after waiting an additional 5 to 10 minutes, i got cold fries and old burgers. All staff was standing around joking and talking. The only good experience was the gentleman with a neck tattoo who came out of nowhere to see what was goin on and what i needed.

My wait times at this wendy's drive through continues to be 10 plus minutes. Shorter lines makes no difference. Today I waited 30 minutes only to finally make it to the window and be requested to pull up while they wait on meat. The fact that i could have cooked a quick meal is my sign I just need to cook. Im still curious how wait times are managed at this location as they get progressively worse

My co worker and I Went there On Oct 7th it was busy and then I got my order of 4 jr bacon and two chicken nuggets and I went to take a bite of second hamburger and it taste like rotten meat my co corkers second burger did as well ...

I am a VERY satisfied customer! I've never had Wendy's breakfast before until today and I was impressed! The chicken honey biscuit sandwich is AMAZING and the potato fries are delicious. I will definitely be going back! The drive through only had 3 cars ahead of us. Fast service and the employees were friendly.

Slowest fast food service. The drive thru was busy, so I went inside. Only two people inside. I was ignored for five minutes. I ordered and the worker was rude and walked away before I paid. Waited another 10 minutes for food, now I was the only person inside. Food was sat on counter with no drinks. When I asked for the drinks, she asked what I ordered. She sat the drinks down and walked away without saying anything. The person making the fries had NO mask on and the other employees making food ALL had there masks below their noses. Awful customer service and unsafe food prep!!!!!

That star should be 1/16th of a star. The host Aniyah cut us off when we were trying to complete our order & the burgers were dry & nasty the salad was the wrong salad. The cashier Justice was rude. This is the absolute worst Wendy's I've ever been to. They got our order totally wrong and when I tried to reach someone at the store so they can give me a credit for the meals I paid for that I didn't order no one answers the phone. That's a damn shame

Decided to try this Wendy's because it was on my way home. One car ahead of me in line. When I pulled up I sat there for quite awhile with no one taking my order. I said "Hello?" and a girl said VERY RUDELY, "Just give me a sec, ok?". I said ok and waited again. Decided to leave. This has been happening for years and is why we will drive out of our way to another Wendy's. Extremely slow service and rude staff. Many other much better options near this location will get my business. With all these bad reviews, why is this Wendy's still operating this way? Only gave one star because I can't give any less to post this review.

We just stopped at this Wendy's and went inside to eat. Garbage cans inside were over flowing, you could see back through the kitchen, boxes and garbage piled up at the exit door. Waitress was dirty looking and not friendly! We only ate a little of our food! Place was disgusting! I will never eat at that Wendy's again!

Best Wendy's ever. I go here sometimes for lunch and let me tell you, they are super go go gadget fast!! They can be lined all the way around the building and I bet you will be through that line in 5 minutes or less. My order has always been correct. The food has always been hot. If I ask for ketchup, it has always been in the bag. Love their great service.
